Yellow eyes stared at the scene before them, a gleam of wicked fun shining in their lemon-colored depths. Hazel sat behind a bush nearby, watching the man work on his task. While paying absolutely no attention to the fairy with green butterfly wings and long purple hair who had a mischievous scheme in mind at that moment.
Going invisible with a wave of her hand, Hazel crept forward, quick and quiet to where the lad was putting up a tent for some show he was about to do. Oh, this was going to be so much fun! she inwardly squealed to herself. Going over to the twine, Hazel attempted to undo it while glancing up at the man with weird feet in the air. However she failed to unravel the twine, for it was done up pretty good. After a minute of futile attempts, Hazel gave up with Plan B in mind.
In one fell swoop she created a grand illusion, making the ground and cart underneath him seemingly disappear, now instead with raging waters beneath him and where the cart once stood, was a boat pulled by sharks which promptly started to move the boat. Meanwhile, the ropes that the man was climbing were promptly turned into illusory writhing snakes! The people and streets of Serendipity no longer in sight (for him at least), Hazel sat down by the bush again to watch the results of her marvelous handiwork unfold.
