It was a quiet time for one wonderer who was moving trough the quiet land. She was far from where she usually resided but that was nothing new. Sometimes the beast within her took her to the most remote of places. Much like the place where she was currently wondering. It was very quiet here. Almost as if the creatures here were aware of something that she was not. Though what that was was still to be determined.

She took a big breath of the idea cold air. It did not seem to make her too cold. The beast inside always made sure she was warm. She looked around at the scenery. It was kind of pretty her. Though that feeling that she needed to leave was still there. She gave a low growl. She was more used to being like an animal then she was being a human. Mostly because she could relate better to them.

She now paused in her walking. She wondered what kind of creatures would be out here. She doubted that there would be too many out here in the cold. Though she knew that whatever was here probably would not want to be messing with her. Most could see that she was different. Most could but not all.

It had been a long, uneventful hunt in the frozen, miserable tundra. The trolls under Rk'stl hadn't killed anything whatsoever, at least nothing that could feed the entire camp. As they lumbered over the massive, rolling hills of mud and ice, spears in hand, they paused, spotting the human-looking form wandering alone through the tundra. It was a foolish decision. Most had to fear the harsh climate, but to a lesser extent, they also had to fear the infamous Sionad trolls. This was a fact this human might have not considered.

They didn't immediately strike the human. Doing so would ensure that she would be able to flee. Rather, they waited for the right opportunity, following behind her at a distance, using the hills for cover and keeping as quiet as a mouse. Rk'stl hated humans, so as long as they captured this one, it would make up for their shortcomings during the hunt. Returning empty-handed would be a definite punishment. Something awful, too. Such as a few toes being cut off. Rk'stl was a cruel leader. They'd surely still be scolded for not having food, but to a lesser extent. If only humans were edible...

Once they were close enough to her, they released a number of hateful roars, surrounding her in wild, apelike stances, shaking their spears in the air. "Capture the human filth!!!" One of the trolls spat in his unknown language, gesturing forward. As he did this, two other trolls tried tossing weighted nets over her head, the steel on the ends of the strong, intertwining ropes enough to anchor her to the ground. The leading troll laughed in triumph, pointing in the direction they came, which was at least a two mile walk. "Seize her! To the camp!"

Ice

Vega frowned as she heard a sound. Something big was here. Just as she was thinking this she caught an awful stench. She did not know what it was bit she certainly did not wish to find out. That's when she heard the roars . Oh no she had heard that there were some aweful creature in the north. She just never thought that she would be encountering them. It was then that she found herself surround by them. This was not good at all.

She had no clue what the one creature said to his companions. She did not that she could not take them all on. She gave a bear like snarl at them. However she held the beast back. Even it could not win against these creatures. They then slung a heavy net over her. Now she was stronger then most humans but the net still made he fall. She gave another snarl at her attackers.

She thought that other were going to try to eat her. But then that made no sense. Why go through the trouble of catching one small human just to eat? She struggled as much as she could in the heavy net. She did not like being trapped.  She made more growling sounds as well. She wasn't going down so easy.

There was not much to see on the way back to the camp. The trolls simply lumbered along in silence, over the hills of snow. After awhile, the terrain became more jagged and rocky, one of the trolls roaring out every now and then as they stepped on jagged gravel and pointed rocks jutting up from the ground. They came across a wide stream, which had slowed to a snail's pace, the roaring water reduced to a frozen slurry. Not daring to set foot on the unstable mix of ice and water, the trolls found a set of stepping stones, hopping over them with Vega hoisted up on their backs the whole way.

After crossing the stream, the faintest trace of smoke became visible on the horizon. The trolls grinned, chuckling as they successfully navigated their way back. Climbing another rocky hill, a set of giant, wooden pillars set up in the form of a wall revealed itself, a stack of smoke rising from within to indicate the tribe's bonfire. Marching towards the gate, the guards that stood on duty on either side lurched in disgust at Vega's smell. "That'd better be a tribute for Rk'stl, you heathens!" One guard snapped in a hateful fashion. The trolls gave their nods. "We'll have her beaten into submission... She'll work the stables and tend to the barracks like a good whore! As all human filth should!"

With this, the guards exchanged amused looks at the thoughts, one looking back at the troll up in the tower. "The gate! Open it up!" He spat. In mere seconds, a series of chains were pulling the frigid iron bars up, just enough for the trolls to go through. They did just that, the sounds of singing and festivities getting louder as they neared the center of the camp. As they walked down the paths, which were neatly cleared of snow, small, wodden hovels covered in fur tarps presented themselves, mostly devoid of their usual residents. As they stopped in the center of camp, at the bonfire, it became clear why.

Before them, around the bonfire that was lined with various tributes to Rk'stl, the troll king, including meats, human bones, gold artifacts, and so on. A band played in front of the fire, female trolls dancing almost completely naked in circles around the fire as trolls sitting at tables on the sides drank and sang along with the music. On a throne on the far end, Rk'stl sat, tense with both massive hands clutching the armrests as he observed the festivities. Everything seemed to slow as Vega's scent rolled into the other troll's nostrils, who stopped drinking, stopped singing and dancing, stopped playing their music as they looked towards the returning trolls in confusion.

"We bring no fresh meat for our kin... But we do bring an unwanted guest." One of them grunted, the trolls throwing the net holding Vega out in front of them, which hit the ground with a, 'thud.' Upon sighting her, every troll there went nuts, shouting, screaming, and roaring in protest as they reached for their weapons. "Enough!!!" Rk'stl's voice rang out, the king along with a young Hyoite female walking over. He had her by the hair, throwing her down onto the ground in front of Vega. Kneeling, he glared at Vega, spitting something in a hostile fashion. "He... He says that you must be rather foolish to enter this part of the land uninvited..." She translated fearfully.

Ice

Vega remained silent was the trolls made their treck back. She could feel the beast inside wanting to come out and protect her. However she knew that it would not be a wise idea to do that. She knew that's stinky creatures would likely kill her if she attacked them.  Doing stead she remained very quiet and hoped that whatever they were going to do with her that it would be done quickly. She did not wish to be tortured.

As they got closer to the camp she could hear the sounds of the trolls. It sounded like they were celebrating something. She gave slow growl not liking this at all. She really could not understand what they said. However she was wise enough to know that they thought she was human. Boy were they wrong.

She was then brought into the camp. She noted that they were not pleased by her presence. Well she wasn't happy to be here herself. She grunted when they dropped her onto the ground. She did not get up though. She just renamed on the ground trying her best not to look like a threat.

She glanced up at the troll king then to the girl that was talking to her. It took her a section find her human voice. " The beast chooses where Vega go not Vega. " She said in a trembling voice. She did not speak very often and it showed here. " No mean to upset no one" she added with a soft whimper of fear. She did not want to become dead.

KingTyrant

Rk'stl glared at Vega, obviously confused by her words, which he could not understand. He glanced at the second woman, a low roar rumbling in his throat as he gripped her by the hair, yanking her up so hard that you could almost hear the follicles being pulled from her scalp. She yelped, immediately shuffling to her feet and translating Vega's words for the king. Rk'stl paused, giving a slight nod as all the other trolls looked utterly surprised. The mention of a beast... Made them nervous.

Nervous was an understatement. They all went wild, screaming in protest, most requesting Vega's death right on the spot. Rk'stl's lips curled in annoyance, lifting a hand and roaring out once more. Everything went eerily silent besides the crackling of the fire, Rk'stl kneeling and taking Vega's chin between his massive thumb and index finger. "What kind of beast do you speak of? What are you?" He demanded in a spitting fashion, gesturing for the woman's help once more.

Kneeling as quickly as she could, her breath shaky, she looked at Vega with wide eyes. "Y-You claimed to hold a beast inside you. Please... I beg of you, free us! Free these slaves! I-I've been here so long... I'm so afraid!" She pleaded, knowing that Rk'stl had no idea what she was saying. However, Rk'stl became impatient, and demanded her to hurry up in a mighty growl. She squeaked in surprise, flinching. "H-He demands to know what you are, miss..."

Ice

Vega frowned as she looked at both the creature and the woman before her. It made her kind of sad when she saw how he treated her. There's were definitely horrible creatures. She had to get out of this place. Once angin the beast stirred urging her to let it out. She knew now was not the time for that.

She heard the way they reacted to what she had told them. She was scared that she might be killed. Then it seemed perhaps he had told them to quite down. She looked at him with a slight whimper. She was afraid. She instinctively wanted to flinch away when he touched her. Though she knew better then to do that.

She did not know what he was saying though. She then heard what the woman was saying. She wanted her to free them. She looked at her then back to the creature. She knew that she had to help thread poor people. Somehow she had to help them.

" Vega  will help you . "  She said to her. She then looked at him with a shiver. " Vega just know that she is a beast. Vega no know what it is." She said now. She really had no idea what she was.

KingTyrant

The woman translated one final time, Rk'stl grunting in annoyance. The king couldn't wrap his head around the idea that one could go their whole life without knowing what they were. The idea confused him, frankly. "You are a danger to me, to my people..." He started, standing and walking around her slowly. An unnerving grin spread on his face. "That is fine. With just enough discipline, I will turn you into a weapon. One that will make Le'raana quake in fear!" He roared, a cackle escaping his lips as he laid his massive hands on her shoulders, squeezing the timid little thing painfully hard.

The woman's eyes went wide at the king's words, her gaze shifting from him to Vega over and over. "F-Forget about us! There can't be another slave in this camp... There just can't... Please, whatever you are, let it out and escape!" Tears were now streaming down the woman's face as Rk'stl gestured for two more trolls to take her away. Grabbing her by her arms roughly, they picked her off the ground and stomped back to wherever they kept the slaves. Rk'stl picked Vega up by her shoulder forcefully, pushing her around the fire and further up the path.

The gathered trolls, mostly out of fear in not knowing what she was or what she was capable of, hissed and roared as she passed. Some threw garbage at her, others trying to strike at her with big, open hands. Rk'stl silenced them in no time, continuing to push Vega further up the slope, towards a massive structure at the very top, one that was built much sturdier than the other structures in the camp, and one illuminated with torches and constructed with strong, ornately-carved wood. Ascending a small flight of steps, the king's personal guards moved aside and opened the doors for him.

From within, it became evident that most of the palace was made up of one singular room, pillars on both sides of a huge, dragon scale rug extending to the ceiling, torches set up on each one. At the end of the rug, a wooden throne rested, dressed in human bones and animal pelts, two female trolls in skimpy clothing on either side of the throne. They gasped at the sight of Vega, snarling and hissing in fear. Rk'stl growled, shooing them towards his bed chambers as he threw Vega against the floor right in front of his throne. Sitting, he examined her for a moment and ran his fingers through his scraggly beard, thinking of what to do with her first.

A very old advisor to the king stepped out of his chambers, jumping at the sight of her. "My King... You've returned... With a guest...?" He raised a brow. Rk'stl glanced at him out of the corner of his eye. "Take her to the dungeon. Find out what you know about her, Muld'ukt." He gave his low, bellowing order. The advisor gave a respectful bow, stepping into the light of the torches. He was quite scrawny, for a troll. His head was mostly bald, and what hair he did have fell below his shoulders in smooth, white strands. He wore robes made of wolf fur, his big hands clasped together as he kneeled. Old age had made this one kinder than most.

Extending his hand, he cleared his throat and spoke what little he could of Vega's native tongue. "Much greetings. I Muld'ukt. You... Have name? Yes?" He smiled faintly. Rk'stl narrowed his eyes at his advisor's benevolence. Muld'ukt, gulping, stood. "King... Want you follow. We go now?" He asked in his ugly, troll accent, somewhat sweating as Rk'stl's gaze burned into his own.

Vega could tell that the troll King did not seem to believe her. The fact was that she had never been told what the beast looked like. There for she could not discibe it to anyone. She did not know what he was saying. However she did not like the grin that he gave. She growled a bit looking away from him . She was afraid of this creature. She whimpered when he squeezed her. She fought the urge to snap at him. That would probably be a bad idea.

She looked at the woman when she spoke. Vega knew that she did need to let the monster defend her. However she was simply to afraid to do so.

She was then pushed along the path that when to the kings palace. She stumbled along trying to keep up the pace. She could feel the monster inside again. She gave a soft growl . She would let the beast out to defend herself. As they got inside the palace she could feel the pains that her change brought. She growled again as she was slammed down.

She started to shake now . She could no longer hold the beast back.  As the change took pace the framing of bones and tracking of skin and cloths could be heard. With in a few moments where the girl once was there was a huge growling beast.

The beast looked like a huge bear with human features. She glared at the troll King . She stood up and looked at him. It was a clear challenge. This beast was a powerful one who did not take kindly to being captured. And she would not go down without a fight. A fight that she intended to win.

KingTyrant

Rk'stl's advisor backed away, his eyes wide at the sight of Vega's transformation. He turned to fetch the guards, Rk'stl holding out a hand and giving a grunt. The king looked upon his new challenger with a bored expression, standing at around the beast's height. He had fought many a beast such as this, but most of them happened to be of larger scale. This one meant nothing to him. If anything, it'd just be a slight workout.

He reached down, drawing his mighty stone axe before reaching down with his other hand and drawing his stone cleaver. His lips curled back in fury, twirling his weapons before giving a roar at the creature, the battle-cry echoing across the palace. He charged at Vega, striking downwards at her shoulder before slashing sideways at her gut. His muscles rippled as he attacked, animalistic snarls accompanying his movements.

"Show me how your filth fights, beast! Show me how you wish to best me!" He laughed at her, taking both weapons between his clasped hands and aiming for the side of her neck. He was on the offense, not even paying attention to his defense whatsoever as he attacked over and over, obviously looking to maim and incapacitate. If anything was going to get the king killed today, it would be his pride.

At the same time as all of this was happening, deep within Rk'stl's dungeon, a very valued prisoner was being kept in max security. His blonde hair and long, well-groomed beard were dirtied with dust and soot, wearing nothing more than filthy rags as he sat, chained to the wall by his arms and legs. The guards in the dungeon clearly heard the commotion from up top, and fearing a security breach, entered his cell and prepared to unchain and transfer him.

As they were doing so, he sprung to life, delivering an uppercut to the guard in front of him, before giving a swift kick to the side of the head of the guard next to him. The third prepared to strike him down with his club, the man dodging and kneeing him in the back of the head. Once his guards all laid unconscious, he took the keys off the closest one and undid his cell, running off to storage to look for his armor and weapons. A look of determination filled his face, which made it painfully clear that this man had been here a long time.

This man was no ordinary man. This was Victor, king of Serendipity and renowned general in the Serenian army. This was a man who had been ripped from his home and forced into shackles, stripped of his dignity due to a grudge. A grudge held by Rk'stl himself. Not only was the king taking the opportunity to free himself, but also free everyone else and take some revenge of his own. Although, perhaps the first step was finding out what kind of monstrosity was making all the noise above him, in Rk'stl's throne room.

Ice

The beast just growled at the troll King.  No longer was the fear that her human side had. no all that was there was pure animal instinct and rage. that was all this monster could feel. And that was usally enough to make her for run. If not though she would rip them to shreds. Though unlike most she killed she would not eat this thing. He simply smelled to bad.

She watched him prepared for his attack. As he swung at her should she moved with surprising speed. She snarled at him as she swung her claws at his side. He did manage to hit her though. It hurt but the monster would not give up that easy. Instead she stood on her hind legs and gave a roar at him.

She aimed a bite with her huge teeth at his shoulder. She interested to bite down hard enough to make him drop one of his weapons. The monster was not aware of what was going on below her. She knew that she currently just had to concentrate on fighting this evil foul smelling creature.

KingTyrant

Rk'stl dodged the claws with a quick backwards step. He wasn't able to dodge her jaws, however, the troll giving a loud roar of pain as he felt her teeth sink into his shoulder. With a grunt, he used all of his upper body strength to toss her backwards, into his throne. He stamped angrily, fists tightening even more around his weapons as he stared her down. The guards outside rushed in, the king lifting an arm to stop them. "No! She is mine... Come any closer, and I'll have you both gutted!" He snarled at them.

He spun his weapons in his hands, slowly coming towards her. "I live for this... You do not frighten me... However, you will fear me!!!" He roared, picking up his pace into a full-on charge. He jumped, clasping the axe and cleaver together as he raised them above his head. He brought them down, aiming a devastating blow at her head as his massive form came crashing down above her. The king was clearly getting cocky, already knowing that he had hit her, meaning she'd be weaker to his attacks. Still, Rkstl had a pretty nasty bite on his shoulder, which bled heavily. At this point, it was anyone's fight.

Viktor had recieved his armor and weapons from storage, not before taking out a few of the guards in the dungeon who were guarding the area. Once he had his heavy, double-ended spear, his job became a lot easier. He actually had something to fight the armed trolls with, instead of using his fists like a suicidal idiot. Making his way up the main hallway, he dodged the blades and clubs of Rk'stl's finest guards, slicing and jabbing through them expertly as he spun his spear in a deadly circle.

The king of Serendipity began opening cells forcefully with his trusted weapon, freeing emaciated prisoners who were there only because they were humans. They had been starved, tortured, and worked to death by the trolls, and whenever Rk'stl felt like seeing something die, they'd pluck one of these poor sods from the dungeon and execute them before the king. Viktor knew this, and he wasn't going to have it. As he freed them, they eagerly flooded from their cells in mass, some rushing for the exit, and some rushing for storage to recieve their belongings, which included weapons.

Viktor, spear over one shoulder, headed for the exit himself to see what was going on above him. He was more than likely going to find Rk'stl, and whatever he was fighting. Rk'stl could always be found in the throne room, but very rarely was blood spilled in his mighty hall. What could be going on? Driven by revenge against the troll king, Viktor ascended the stairs, bracing himself for whatever was to be found. As he went up, an army of weaponized prisoners came up with him, prepared for a revolution.

Ice

The monster was happy that she had managed to bite into him. Though he really tasted horrid to be honest. She then growled as she was doing into his throne. She cringed as her back hit very hard. She had to admit that hurt. However she still was not going to give up. That was until he hit her with that last attack.

As he tried to hit her head she did manage to move though it was not very much or as fast as before.the blow hit her anyhow and broke her right shoulder and made her roar out in pain. However he was closer to her now. So she snarled at the troll King now. She needed to react quickly.

So using some incredible strength she tried to smack him in the face with her claws on her left hand. She did not know how much longer she could keep this right up. She just knew that was not going to get killed but this evil thing. At least not with out a fight first.

KingTyrant

Rk'stl's lips curled in anger as the bear-like monster moved out of harm's way, all except for a glancing blow on her shoulder. Yanking his weapons from the now demolished throne, he sprinted at her again, dropping his axe long enough to grab the paw that was aimed for his face. Chuckling menacingly, he lifted her off the ground, rearing his cleaver back for a finishing blow. "End of the line..."

Just as this happened, the door to the dungeon behind the troll king flung wide open, a wave of prisoners pouring through. They screamed and shouted, all of them circling around and ignoring him and Vega. Out of the raging crowds jumped a familiar, emerald-clad warrior with a massive spear. He was silent as he decended upon the two with his deadly weapon, anger plastered on his face as he drove the point deep into Rk'stl's wrist, the one that held the cleaver.

The troll king let out a pained wail, attempting to throw a punch with his other hand. Viktor ducked, yanking his spear free before clotheslining Rk'stl with the pole of the weapon, right across the bridge of the nose. This managed to knock him unconscious, Viktor turning to Vega cautiously, his spear set in a defensive position. "If there is any shred of humanity left in you, werebear... I mean you no harm." He knew a victim of lycanthropy when he saw it. This was no ordinary bear.

In due time, the throne room was empty, all of the prisoners who had gotten free now storming the rest of the camp. Torches, maces, axes, and any other crude, rusty weapon in hand, they fought the trolls who had imprisoned them, setting fire to the tents and causing mass panic. Slaves who worked the farms were now taking the chance to escape, as the prisoners, ill-equipped to take on the entire troll army, dropped like flies.

Ice

Vega was kind of surprised as her paw was caught. She thought for sure that this creature was going to kill her. It was about that time that she heard the others come in. She frowned kind of confused as to what was going on. Though she was relieved that she was saved by a man who looked like he might have lead this... She was not sure what the word she wanted was .

She starred at the man for a few moments as the troll King was knocked out. She gave a soft growl as if to say her thanks to him. She was still human enough not to hurt those who helped her. Though she was still wary of him since she did not know what his intions were yet.

KingTyrant

Viktor gave a nod, jabbing one point of his spear into the floor. "Introductions can wait... We need to get out of here." He told her, rushing to the exit. Viktor didn't know why he trusted the creature... Maybe it was because she hadn't attacked him yet. Plus, she was fighting the troll king himself. Anyone who was an enemy of Rk'stl, was a friend of his.

Viktor pushed the doors open, eyes narrowing at the few trolls that sprinted up the steps to meet him. Wielding circular, wooden shields and stone war axes, they roared out hatefully. Spinning his spear, he blocked one of the trolls' axe blows skillfully, jabbing the spear up into its abdomen before cracking the second one over the skull with the pole of his weaon. Regaining his composure after the squabble, he watched from the top of the stairs as the prisoners fought back, a growl escaing his lips as he noticed they were losing.

Desperate times called for desperate measures. Looking towards Vega, then back at the chaotic fighting going on within camp, he huffed. The only way they'd get out at this point, is if he used his magic. He knew how devastating the spell was, and how risky it would be for all those he fought so hard to free, but if his comrades were killed by the trolls, he and Vega would have no chance of getting out. Looking back towards her, he narrowed his eyes. "Turn your head. This will be... Bright."

Ice

The bear beast just listened when the man spoke. She really had no idea who he was but she did know one thing. He had helped her and he might have been the reason that the reast of those humans got out. Of course she could really only assume such things. Not that it really matter at the moment. She needed away from here. She need to protect her human side.

She noted how good the man was at fighting these creatures. She wondered if he was some sort of fighter where he came from . However as he finished she looked to see that his friends were not doing as well. She looked at him as he spoked to her . It took her a second to realized that he was wanting to use magic. So she did as he asked and turned away . She hoped that whatever he planned to do would at least help them get away from these awful creatures.

KingTyrant

As soon as she had turned away like he asked, he turned back towards the fighting going on in the camp. He took a deep breath, relaxing his muscles as two gigantic, glassy wings shot from his back, blinding rays of light stretching for miles. If one in the distance didn't know any better, they'd think the sun was rising from the wrong direction. The blinding light caused troll and man alike to cover their faces, unable to look up and see what was causing the commotion.

The king, grunting, bent his knees and jumped, the wings flapping hard and sending him even higher. Stopping above the camp in mid-air, the wings kept him perfectly elevated as he spun his spear in front of him in a perfect circle. He stopped, the spear vertical in his hands. He thrust one point towards the sky, which illuminated just as bright as his wings. At that moment, little pockets of light seemed to open in the clouds, almost looking like the sun's rays poking through an overcast sky. From there, tiny needles of pure light shot down like lightning, the trolls' and mens' eyes widening in fear.

The men ran for whatever cover they could, the trolls doing much of the same. Some trolls threw up wooden shields, the light-arrows burning straight through the wood and hitting their tough flesh. Similarly, the arrows burned straight through, cauterizing and damaging vital organs beyond repair. It was if the arrows were trained on them in particular, as the men weren't nearly as bombarded. After the onslaught, Viktor fell back down to earth in a kneel, his energy almost completely drained from his body.

Looking back at her, he gave a nod as his chest heaved. "You... May turn your head back." He told her. At this point, more men were running for the exit rather than fighting, as the arrows had done most of that work for them. "We're not done here... There are slaves trapped in holding cages around camp. I need to free them." He said, standing with shaky knees. "I expect you to help me... You can do that, right?"

Ice

Vega kept her head turned as the man had requested. As she stood there she heard a great deal of noise. She hoped that she was not in any danger as she stood there. Soon though she did give a small glance out of curiosity. What she saw scared her a bit. She did not like magic especially this kind. She hide her face again though knowing that he was trying to help.

After a bit longer she heard him talking to her again. She looked at him and nodded. Though she knew that she would not be able to stay in this form for very much longer. Her human side would need to come out. Of course that could wait a while longer still.

She seemed to nod when he asked if she would help. Anything to free people from these awful creatures. She did not like knowing that more people were trapped here.

KingTyrant

At that moment, Viktor sprinted down the steps, making a sharp right between two huts, jumping a wooden fence that separated the path from a garden, of sorts. Slaves that had been working on the trolls' crops and such had already made their escape, but some were unfortunately cut down by the trolls who saw them leave. It didn't take the king long to find rows of huge archways in the wooden wall, closed off by iron bars, which rusted ever-so-slightly.

He approached one, prepared to jam his spear into the lock, when he heard a vile noise to both sides of him. He turned his head, seeing a female troll with a bird-mask of sorts, riding what looked to be a disease-ridden, deformed dire wolf. Wielding a staff, she lifted it high in the air, the very end igniting with a white-hot flame. Viktor looked to his other side, seeing the exact same. His eyes wide, he turned to Vega sharply. "Move!"

Those were the only words hew could mutter, both mounted pyromancers shooting a torrent of white flames in their direction. Viktor jumped back between the two huts, which burned away into glowing embers and ash almost as soon as they were hit by the fire. Viktor used his shoulder-cape to cover his face as the ashes blew left and right, jumping up onto one of the huts, which nearly gave away at his weight. From there, he kicked off towards one of the trolls, slamming the spear right into her throat. As she was pinned against the wooden wall, she gurgled and spat out a mouthful of blood before dying almost instantly.

The dire wolf turned to him, flexing its claws and wagging its tail threateningly with a loud snarl. Its lips quivered as it bared its teeth, foam erupting from its mouth and falling against the snow-covered ground. It leaped, attempting to pounce on him. Viktor rolled out of the way, the wolf colliding with the bars and prompting a scream from all the slaves within. Viktor swung his spear in a downwards direction, slicing through the creature's side and exposing muscle and even a rib or two. It yowled in pain, snapping at the king, who merely backstepped to avoid the attack. "You, bear! The other one! Take out the other one!" He called to her.
