The young dragoness's wings retracted just moments before she reached the front of the citadel causing her shoes to skid just a bit on the marbled floor. As she landed she immediately began storming inside completely ignoring all the guards and servants with their "Good afternoon Lady Kaida" bullcrap.

Her shoes clicked on the floor as she stormed through the doors and down a long hallway before veering right and pushing open another large set of intricate doors. As soon as Emelia was in sight sitting on her large and beautiful golden brushed throne Kaida stopped in her tracks before formally taking a bow to her eldest sister. After that all sense of formality was thrown out the window. "I found Aeizith and the rumors were true. He is a vampire now and he also has a new wench. It seems the angel is no longer his love interest but instead a lowly..." she paused taking a gulp trying to swallow down a bit of vomit she felt rising in her chest. "... with an elf mutt, I think."

The look of disgust in her eyes should have been enough to describe the being's insignificance to their holy race. "He also tried to attack me with his ice magic." This is when the tears started to well in her eyes again as she relived the horrible encounter with her brother. "I told him he was dead to me and he responded with brutality. He told me that if I hurt his new bitch I would wish I never stepped out of your shadow again." From there she went full on running at her sister with her arms open wide, a sobbing mess. "He pointed an ice shard at me ready to kill me Emelia!" she sobbed some more before continuing. "He grabbed me and his ice started to cover my clothing... and the way he looked at me... I think he wished he could have stabbed me right there..."

The royal guard within the hall seemed to jump up in surprise as someone slammed through the doors, but quickly relaxed when they realized it was indeed Kaida that had just passed them, figuring she had come to talk to her sister.

Meanwhile Emilia had just begun speaking with a local landlord, one whom thought he was in any position to make claims about who or what ruled these lands. Quickly waving him off as Kaida came in ''Your threats are pathetic human..'' she eyed the two of his guards that escorted him ''Take him to the gallows, hang your old master and I will take you into my armies.'' the two looked at each other, before grabbing onto their former masters arms, dragging him out, the man screaming and flailing about what he would do to them when he got out. This simply caused Emilia to smirk, before turning her attention to Kaida.

She listened to her sisters frantic speech ''Does it matter? Aeizith made his choices and if he broke up with that Angel then that's only good for us. She was a threat.. I'm sure this.. Elf mutt, as you put it is an in-significant whelp in comparison.'' however when she mentioned that he had attempted to attack her Emilia's eyes narrowed, the tell tale sign of boiling anger within the dragonness. She listened in silence while Kaida spoke, the moment Kaida began crying she stood up letting her little sister bury herself in her chest and wrapped her arms around her. ''You were the only one worthy of standing in my shadow little sister.. let that be clear. Secondly, if your brother thinks he can threaten you and get away with it he is severely mistaken.'' tucking her sister close, she sat back down, letting Kaida sit down in her lap should she wish too.

Gently she moved her fingers through Kaida's hair, hoping to relax both herself and her little sister. ''Your brother was never very intelligent. He gave up the one person that could protect him from me, if he thinks his vampire-ism will save him he is very mistaken.'' she placed a finger on Kaida's chin, angling her little sister to look her in the eye ''Now chin up, little sis. You're better then this.''

She took a moment of pause before speaking again ''Your brother is becoming a liability anyway, unworthy of the name Black-hearth.. And he should be dealt with accordingly.''

Kaida felt better immediately after Emelia wrapped her arms around her. Now sitting in her lap with her hair being toyed with Kaida listened as Emelia declared that Aeizith was never very smart. Even when she pushed her chin up to look into her eyes Kaida smiled through her now drying tears. Emelia was right... Kaida was better than this.

But then the conversation took a dark turn as Emelia declared Aeizith was becoming a liability and not worthy of the Black-Hearth name. Was that not exactly what she had told him earlier in the day before she fled? Because now it almost seemed wrong. "I don't want him to die Emelia." She looked up into her sister's eyes once more from her lap. "I do however want him to regret how foolish he has been. I want him to pay for what he has done by causing yet another fracture in our family, but not with death. That would be too easy."

Eventually she would rest her head against Emelia's chest, completely comfortable with sitting on her lap. "Perhaps we should force him to come home this time. Drag him back and place him in my dungeon. I will even share his torture with you." Kaida then giggled with a creepy undertone to it. "My first duty would be to slowly kill that girl in front of him. Or maybe torture her and make her my servant and another sworn member of my death guard. Her abilities could be useful in the long run." She could see it now as she twisted that silver headed bimbo's body until it would almost break.

Emilia listened intently to Kaida, simply smiling as she did. She knew this was her sisters error. She believed in her brother, despite everything he had done. She knew the moment she let him come home she would instantly forgive him despite his transgressions. She would have to learn the hard way that being needlessly forgiving wasn't going to advance her position in this world, that it would only bring pain.

''Have you learned nothing, Kaida.'' she simply began, not sounding overly spiteful, just somewhat concerned ''Your brother has stabbed us all in the back several times, I cannot permit this to continue. Blood bonds only protect him so far..'' she made sure to direct her anger away from Kaida, she wasn't angry at her little dove, she couldn't be. ''You need to learn to be steadfast, even against your own.'' she placed a finger on her chin again, confronting Kaida with her eyes ''You cannot become stronger if you let others, in this case your brother, keep you down.'' she however did think Kaida's idea's were better then just outright killing him. She was going to break Aeizith into tiny little pieces, then crush those as well.

''You will find this ''elf mutt'' and bring her here, that should garner your brothers attention.'' her tone was now ordering, figuring that Kaida needed to hear the harsher tones as well ''Do not let him stomp on who you are any longer, as you've let him do countless times.'' she paused for a moment ''Either you do it, or I will.. And then your brother will die.''

She figured Kaida might get angry after hearing those words, but she still believed Kaida needed to learn from this situation, not everything was going to be solved by peaceful negotiating around a family table, no, Aeizith had to finally be punished for his impudence. She immediately thought that letting him go that day was a mistake, he was clearly incapable of disappearing without help.

''I will not let him dishonor my order any further.'' she spoke lastly, her mind made up.

The young dragoness hung on her sister's every word, taking each of them in and locking them somewhere deep within her concious. The command to capture this elf woman though peaked her interest greatly and caused an evil smile to cross her face. "I will take her while he is uncompasitated. I do not wish to fight him on my own and I do not beleive I could make it out unscathed if I did so. The elf mutt will be no problem."

From there she pictured how best to get Aeizith away from the woman. He was probably already on guard just from her gracing them with her presence. He would have to know there would be consiquences to his actions. "So what will you do with Aeizith when he comes for the girl?" Kaida was truly curious as to what Emelia had planned for him.

Emilia stared off behind her little sister. She didn't know Kaida would like what she had planned for him. But as much as she loved her little sister, he had to be punished. His insubordination would not be tolerated and more importantly him walking around showed weakness in the black-hearth, that escape was indeed possible.

''Just remember I need her alive... As for your brother, I will break him until he is nothing but an obedient little lap dog.'' she visually smirked at the idea of revenge. If her little brother was going to try and stand defiant against his much stronger, intelligent and powerful sister, then he'd suffer the consequences for his little rebellion.

''I cannot promise you he will survive.. But I can assure you, I will not let him damage what I've build over hundreds of years.'' her voice was strong and steadfast, clearly emotionally invested in what she had build. Being the perfectionist, Emilia did not like the thought of even a stain on her order. There were few things more important to her then her order, but despite all this. Kaida WAS one of those few things, she knew it was wrong.. But Electi, Aeizith.. they mattered little to her, they had shown their willingness to betray her. Even now she figured Electi was plotting against her, sadly for him, all of his men had already been replaced with ones that she knew were perfectly alligned to her doctrine. In fact, all of the soldiers within Black-hearth, save for Kaida's death guard were 100% alligned to Emilia, almost seeing her as a god.

Kaida nodded as Emelia spoke, still trying to determine the best course of action to take. "I shall summon a member of my death guard to help. The girl is a wind elemental so Jaela would do perfectly at canceling her out if need be. Not to mention she is a worthy distraction since I broke her mind."

Sitting up from her sister's lap Kaida straightened her white silken tunic and long hair as if she were about to try and impress someone. "I will leave in a few hours for the girl. From there I am sure Aeizith will follow after I have taken her." The young dragoness then turned on her foot and started for the door. "I shall not dissapoint you sister." her voice was full of determination as she spoke, meaning every single word.

Once outside of the throne room Kaida walked down the large halls of the citadel once more, still ignoring the formal greetings the staff and guardsmen offered. "One of you summon Jaela! Make sure she is here within the hour, her vacation is over!" Although she was loud with her request it was only because Kaida was eager to go. She was ready to finally bring her brother home. "If she is too far away simply conjure something up to get her here."
