Caitiríonas erupted from the river with eight fush in her jaws. They were still flopping around trying to get free and back into the water which was pointless ro say the least. She had them firmly in her jaws. The dragonness has been a bit enjoying life near and in the riverlamds. The food wasnt to much of a hassle to find and the weather was perfect in the summer and soring months. Except the occasional rain and tempature drop she was perfectly fine. The only true things that worried her were winters since she did not have the thick scales that others had of her kind. Instead she had fur, and not thick enough to sheld her from the cold winds of winter.

She came ashore and gave herself one final shake to help dry her off. Caitríonas lays down then and starts to eat the fish she caught. They were delicous. At the end of her meal Caitríonas set off again after a quick nap to find some gold and maybe another dragon to keep her company. Or even a person, she just wanted someone to talk to and not live by herself forever. This time flying around the forest and keeping an eye on the forest below for anyone or anything all the while staying far enough above to look like an eagle to the naked eye.

Argos walked through the forest, on his way to Arca to see if he could find some work. It had been ages since he had a job, and he was bored. Life needed excitement. And as if the universe had listened to him for once, he came across a large set of tracks. He knelt down in the grass, and examined the large prints. "Dragon." He spoke softly with a voice slightly awed. He had only seen one dragon before, and that had been in Adela. But here was a wild one. His eyes lit up slightly when he saw fish bones nearby.

He stood up in a hurry and began looking around the forest. He checked all around the tracks, but it looked like the dragon had taken off. Slightly disappointed, he laid down next to the river and looked up through the trees at the sky. He began to stare absentmindedly at the clouds, when movement caught his eye. In the distance, he saw what appeared to be a lone eagle. He smiled; the eagle looked like it was purposefully searching for something. "Silly eagle, there are no other birds in the sky." He said, joking to himself.

Dan'l loved spending time outside of towns and cities almost as much as he loved his time in them.  The city was ideal for learning and implementing new skills as a thief while the roads and forests offered something entirely different.  He licked the blood off of snout and sniffed the breeze coming his direction.  The overpowering scent of fresh rabbit mixed and mingled with other scents making it difficult to acertain what they were.  Fish there was the unmistakable odor of dead fish but there were other scents as well.

It was best to keep a low profile around the unknown Dan'l told himself.  To do so he kept himself in his wolf form and plodded up to the water drinking deeply as he looked, and smelled, around the area.

"Dragon."

That one word was enough to instill fear in any creature.  It might be why some of the smells were so troubling.  Dan'l had yet to meet an actual dragon.

"Silly eagle, there are no other birds in the sky."

Birds no but there just might be dragons as the strange scent wasn't quite as strong as it had been at first.  With one last lap from the water Dan'l circled three times and lay down staring at the figure who had been talking...

Caitríonas spots a figure mov in the distance and her sight zoomed in on it like an eagles. There was a man just layung the the grass after examining the evidence she had left behind looking at the sky under the trees and a wolf. Seemingly lying down and looking at the man he seemed to have no intention of huritng the man, well atleast from her angle.

Caitríonas smiles slightly, a few newcomers to her part of the forest and riverlands during the summer. This was literally the best timing in the world! She started to make her way down the sky and lands a few pacs down and stealth fully walks up towards the man from the direction he was facing while looking at him rather courious but very very cautious so she kept a few feet away and stayed quiet. She had no idea who or what this man and the wolf was doing here and it was better to be safe than sorry if your a dragon.

When a wolf came up to the river, Argos slowly stood up, making no sudden moves. In his experience, wolves weren't always friendly, and even though this one showed no signs of meaning to attack, however, caution was always a good idea when presented with possible danger. He began drawing the metal beneath the surface towards him, while keeping it underground. Gathering material to fight with if the need be.

Argos saw a movement in the foliage in front of him. He looked hard, and saw a large beast. Definitely not a bear. But it had fur like a bear. And wings. Was this the dragon? He froze and took two steps back. It seemed he was trapped between a rock and a hard place.

The man showed obvious discomfort at Dan'l's presence which was slightly amusing.  Of all the things to be wary of when there was a dragon present in the area.  Dan'l inhaled deeply smelling the human and there it was again a strange scent, stronger now.  He turned his head slightly and fought to keep wave after wave of fear from washing over him.

Story after story and tale after tale were told about the beauty, majesty, and dangerousness of these wonderful creatures.  Seeing one anywhere other than inside of his own mind was, truth be told, mind blowing.  Then again the tentative behavior was also mind blowing.  Weren't dragons supposed to be the fierce kings and queens of the deep? This one was acting almost like a scittish pup.  Dan'l found himself in an odd predicament unsure if the best course of action was to go talk to the creature... or flee.
