Physical Description:
In her true form she is slender, like an anime-character, and very pale with silvery hair and fully blackened eyes. She is terribly beautiful in her natural form, however, she rarely occupies it. Her professions, assassin and thief, are best performed by shifting into several different forms to remain anonymous to her victims and others around her. The form you'll most likely see her in is her female human form. She varies her looks depending on the situation, but if you were to catch her walking around without a job to do she would most likely have pale skin, piercing green eyes, long raven hair and be wearing her leather assassin outfit and gear.
Personality:
Having lived a life of solitude, self-reliance and abandonment, she is extremely untrusting of everyone around her. No one has gotten close enough to find out what she really is, yet, and no one has earned the right to be called her friend. To her knowledge, she is the only changeling in existence. She is approachable when you have a job for her, but otherwise, she rarely invests her time in conversation or casual interaction. It would take a great deal for someone to get close to her.
Underneath her callous exterior is an intelligent and calculating individual. She is sharp, cunning, and fulfills the requirements of her trade well. There is little that slips past her unnoticed. If anyone were to break through her hardened shell, they would find a tender and devoted friend. Once a person gains her trust, there is nothing to compare to her loyalty. She would die for them, if the choice presented itself.
There is a part of her that has a deep disdain for what she does. She uses her sexuality and charm to gain the trust of others, and then destroys them for money. She doesn't see herself being qualified, or vindicated, enough to do anything else. She has a deep seated guilt that haunts her causing nightmares to plague her conscious and subconscious mind. It tortures her, yet she continues on because it's the only thing she knows how to do.
Magic/Abilities:
An expert assassin and thief, she is talented with slight of hand and lightning quick movement. She is a deadly killer and a conniving thief. She often performs both tasks at the same time, making sure to take full advantage of a situation. She only kills people who, in her eyes, deserve to be dead. There is a morality to her choice of victim, and she won't take just any job. She has to know that the price is right, and that the job she is doing is for the greater good.
Along with her changeling abilities to shift into anything she has personally seen, she has magical abilities that are loosely honed. Not knowing how powerful she really is, she keeps the usage of her magical powers at the level of parlour tricks. In reality, she can create fire, move water, create storms, lift objects, turn objects invisible, and more. She is gifted beyond her own recognition, and could be much deadlier if she knew how strong her powers really are. She is not able to commune with demons, nor does she know how to harness their powers. She can heal herself and others but is only aware of the healing effect she has on herself. She does not worship a god or goddess or any divine force, and therefore does not have divine powers.

She was abandoned as a small child with no memory of her parents. She has no friends or family.
History:
Fawn was abandoned as a child at the age of 3 and was left to live on the streets. She learned to be a survivor and found that using other people rather than befriending them served her better. Her relationship to other humanoids is tenuous, fraught with mistrust and alternative motives. She grew to recognize her ability to shift, and slowly began to be aware of her magical abilities. By the time she was sixteen she learned that she could shift into anything she had seen before, and therefore, could use this skill to shift into any type of female a man might desire. She had already utilized this skill for thievery. It was an easy trick to be one person during the act and then slip away with a different identity. It was an entirely new idea to use her sexuality to rob rich men. By the age of eighteen she decided it was time to test the waters. She began hunting wealthy, arrogant men and seducing them as a different woman with each person. No one was able to identify her, and therefore, she was never caught. However, there came a time when, after love-making she was caught rifling through a particular aristocrat's valuables. It was then that in her fear she made the instant decision to kill him. This was her first taste of blood. The overwhelming fact that she was a natural killer tortured her for some time. She had murdered someone, and she had done it well. It was a part of herself she hadn't previously discovered and it came as an unwelcome shock. It was a reality, however, and it opened up a myriad of possibilities. Suddenly, she didn't feel powerless or insignificant. She had the power to take life, and to avoid the consequences. The question wasn't whether or not she would do it again. It was how she would use this skill. It didn't take long for her to hear stories of assassins guilds and blades for hire. It seemed a perfect fit. However, she wouldn't take just any job that promised wealth. She would be decisive, cautious, and would only eliminate people whose existence brought evil to the world. She would be a vigilante of sorts. From that day on, she made a name for herself. That is, her name was whispered upon the lips of people far and wide. Yet, no two people could say they met the same woman. No one could accurately describe her, and to find her was a task in itself. However, if she wanted to be found, there was no mistaking her. She might even find you.
