A small building squeezed between much larger weaponsmith and armorer shops, a sign reading Zell's Sigils & Signs hangs above the door above a smaller notice reading NEW LOCATION, SAME GREAT SERVICE. The building looks cheap, as though it may have been bought with whatever was left over in the profits from a much larger store; say, the pile of ashes across the street.
Inside, a man with silver hair wearing a red robe covered in arcane runes stands behind a counter. One wall is entirely bookshelves packed with thick tomes, some of which look rather singed. Behind the man, weapons and armor hang, dotted with symbols. All other available wallspace is taken by papers upon which more symbols and runes have been written..
