The personal wing of the Ninth Councilor in the headquarters of the Vampiric High Council.

6. Additional Information
The ranking system is comprised of Teachers and Students. Once an Initiate awakens their various gifts from Donne, they are then ushered into either a specialty, or to a Praxist(General Teacher) position. No one teacher outranks another; it operates as one cohesive court, sharing its information and working towards a unified goal.
