Physical Description
Adrianna is for the most part, on the surface, a typical Serenian woman. Her soft lavender hair is cut in a short bob that frames her face, deep brown eyes large in her heart-shaped face. Despite her short stature she carries herself in such a way that seems to make people think she's taller than she is, even if just for a few moments.

She's built naturally soft and curvy; no matter how much training she puts her body through she knows she'll never quite qualify as "lithe".

Personality
In the gaps between her feedings, Adrianna is a rather subdued individual. She seems to exist in a semi-constant state of listlessness, able to summon up smiles or an easy conversation when she has to sell her wares, but otherwise just sort of...existing.

In the high of feeding, which can last up to a week--or sometimes a bit longer, if she's lucky and the emotion she drinks is powerful enough--she seems to become almost a different person. She is lively and fun-loving, with a mischievous streak a mile wide.

Regardless of if she's fed or not, Adrianna maintains a fundamental wariness of people, though it is often kept hidden. She is not easily trusting, and prefers to use her wiles and cunning to be the betrayer rather than the one betrayed.

Magic/Abilities
Adrianna's abilities are...odd. She is not exactly a mage, but her life in inexorably bound to magic. When she "feeds", she can use physical contact to siphon off strong emotions from her chosen prey. The stronger the emotion she "eats", the longer the benefits last.

Luckily, there is very little evidence of this happening--perhaps a slight lull in her victim's emotions for usually at most few hours, a sort of calm that settles over them, but they will quickly enough return to normal. In fact, the most obvious effect is the one it has on Adrianna herself, seeming to give her more life; which in a way is true, as without feeding off of others' emotions it is incredibly difficult for her to feel real emotion of her own.

Years spent living on the streets as a child have also left her with two very valuable skills: pick-pocketing and sweet-talking.

Plus she's not bad with a dagger.

Relationships
The gang of street urchins she grew up with, though she has limited contact with them now.

History
Adrianna's first memory is of pain, a burning brand pressed against her skin. Though she has no real context for the memory, she still bears the mark of it: a softly glowing golden hand print on the back of her right shoulder. It is easy enough to hide with the right clothing, but the gentle warmth of it is always there.

In fact, the warmth of the mark is often the only warmth she feels- from her earliest memories Adrianna has been constantly chilled. Feeding will help with this, giving temporary relief, but it fades in a matter of days. She's simply always cold.

It was one of the main things the little gang of street urchins she grew up with complained about, when they would all pile together in some alcove of a forgotten alleyway to sleep: Adri was just too cold, it was impossible to sleep next to her.

Somehow they persevered. Adrianna learned to steal and lie from the older kids, and then taught the younger ones in turn as she grew into a teenager and the gang took in more little ones. That was just the way of the children of the street; when you grew up you left, tried to make enough coin to get by, maybe sometimes stopped by the typical hideouts to pass around some bread or spare coin, and soon enough another abandoned waif would take your place.

So when Adrianna was sixteen she decided to give flower selling a try. There were plenty of forgotten little corners in the lower districts of the city that sported lovely, natural gardens, full to bursting with uncommon blooms. She set about tending these little natural treasures, and selling all manner of excess flowers.

It helps that a wandering street vendor has plenty of excuses to touch a person's hand or arm, which makes feeding relatively easy.
