Well, since Le'raana is the only continent in game, it's a little hard to place the equator on the whole wide world.
But logically, I imagine it runs through the desert part. Considering the far upper area is icy (Implying it's close to a pole) and that it gets hotter as in goes south, just stick the Not-Quite-Official equator in the constant hotter deserty-jungley parts. If we ever make an entire world, I'm sure we'll stick an official imaginary line down! (:
