He seems super cool! Did you have a particular kind of plot in mind? I have a few free characters floating around, I could probably give ya a variety of different tones, if you're interested ^.^

Hm....I'm not sure. His entire goal is to rid the world of crime, so maybe you have someone similar? Or, perhaps the exact opposite? I s'pose for tone it doesn't really matter to me, whatever seems like it would be the easiest/most fun for you.
