Physical Description
She's somewhat tall with the right curves, though would be more hourglass had she not lost much weight from her travels. She has pale, porcelain like skin and hair the color of the night that is thick and springs in tight curls down to her shoulder. She is normally decked out in clothing with multiple layers that represent the style of her people and church.  Her eye are dark gold, with a bright, crystal-like cerulean blue center around the pupils, and trimmed in laces of purple and green. Her lips are sharp on top and medium thickness and aren't drawn very widely across her face. She has a square shape with a strong jaw and thick eye brows that frame her exotic eyes.

Due to the fact her race is like elves, they seem to never age and won't die unless intentionally killed.  They have human like features except what is mentioned in some of the more thorough descriptions below. (so no pointy ears!)

Personality  Very head strong, Su-lahna was once a very devoted believer in her religion, becoming the head priestess of her church, however, because one of her people sold her out, she has since found herself questioning her own faith, though she holds onto it with a vice grip.  She's very stuck on her religion, even as she knows she could possibly be one of the last of her kind left. Her doubts only seemed to come into place because of her association with Oberin, though it seems his want to deter her from her faith is only making it stronger.  She also has a lot of faith, even in people.

Magic/Abilities and unique race traits
THE TWILITHS

The twiliths are a very rare race. Su-lahna is one of the last of her bloodline, as her people have been hunted down for centuries due to their unique qualities their gems and bodies produce.

Their blood represents good luck and prosperity, and their youthful features represent eternity, as the Twighlit can live for quite a long time, several century before they'll actually die. Most of the time, the Twighlit are killed, poached because of the rare items produced from their death produces. The gems in their bodies are the rarest and most expensive in the world because only this breed of beings can produce such a sparkling, luminescent gem. The purer the blood, the bigger and purer the gem will be and the richer the holder. Su has one such gem in a necklace around her neck, which holds as a keepsake for her and reminder of what can happen to her kind upon death.

Su-lahna presently wears favorably, bright colors and golden jewelry, clothing that appeals to her master and make her appear more exotic as he struts her around like the rare items he sells (after all, her master (see below) views her more or less as part of his 'wares')  Her hair is so thick, sometimes her Master wishes for her thick locks to be worn in a high, tall pony tale above her head.  She wears more jewerly depending on the mood and tastes of her master.

Her Former 'love interest' who sold her out- Oberin (but they currently have 'made up' and have performed a ritual to become mates for life)

History
Su's people have been hunted for ages, and up until recently they've managed to protect their Nation. Somehow, their defenses were weakened and almost the entire population was wiped out for their gems. Twighlit are mortal, but have longevity, similar to elves.  Their bodies regenerate at night during prayers and offerings towards the stars, so like the stars, the people seem timeless and beautiful.  (during this phase, their skin will glow like the moon)

A unique element of this specie of magical beings is that they appear almost human, but if killed in ordinary light, they will have corpses like a human mortal, but if it is dusk or dawn, or night.. (or any presence of stars really..) their bodies change, glowing slightly as they feed upon the ethereal energies of those stars, so they become vulnerable. Kill them during this state and they can bleed a rare, black, shimmering blood their bodies melt away into a single, sacred twighlithic gem.   This is the most rarest gem in all of the world, because it contains the soul of a twilith.

Also, the twilithic race were hunted for their wings. The wings bloom out from a twighlits backside, with large, peacock flavored wings that are hung upon a pearl-esque harness laced in opal. The Pearl compound and opal lacing as well as the silky peacock -styled wings fetch a fine price for poachers and wealthy alike. When the Nation was over thrown, Su-lahna was ordered to flee...... for now she wonders the earth in search of the rest of her people in hopes to rebuild her once honorable nation of peace loving, earth nurturing peoples.   Her people had once lived in peace on the outskirts of the Ancient Forests, but had, in more recent times, disappeared into the protection of this forest and have almost turned into a race of myth.

The Twighlit possess powers of the twilight, that range from conjuring healing magics to special summoning abilities that are honorary to the stars and the night. The Twilight have impeccable night vision and can never be blinded in the darkest of pits. Also, the tears of a Twighlit produce a milky, opal type mixture, which can also be sold in the market and has been known to cure the rarest of diseases, and some of the bones of the dead Twighlit have unique luck properties (as noted above in the profile, their bodies will melt away to produce a gem if killed at ight, but skeletons remain if killed during the day).  It's even rarer if their midnight blood is collected (the shimmering black liquid only formed when a twilith is channeling energies from the sky at night)

After Su had fled her kingdom, she had ran into a man she thought loved her, but sold her at the first opportunity he could to a greedy dark mage who released the curse on the man (her former lover), and the dark mage took Su-lahna as his slave in his place. The dark mage now travels, making a profit as Su-lahna finds herself chained to his drifting wagon full of wares....

She is very resentful and bitter, and her once naive heart has changed, becoming very sarcastic towards the idea of freedom or a friendly face- after all, it was a sweet, kind and handsome man who tricked her into a life of a slave... She hasn't seen the man since she was sold and it has nearly been a year of life on the road.

Much to the chagrin of her Master, she has steeled herself, refusing to shed tears for him to sell, for once they had come a plenty after she had been sold out.  However, he finds.. other uses for her as they travel about, making profit as well as dark connections, which Su-lahna is forced to be a part of against her will.  Whenever she is not bound by the physical chains she wears, her master has a magical one on her that allows her the chance to travel, but he will always know exactly where she is located.  She had tried to escape once, but only found herself toyed with before he brought her back to the chains on his wagon.

There is a gold cuff on Su's left ankle she can never remove- as it is the property of her Master and (from her knowledge) is only able to be removed by her master himself.

Religion
The twilith race views the sky as the embodiment of their holy Goddess, who is also known as the Keeper.  She houses the stars within her body; the stars of which are the resting souls of the dead twilithic race.  It is said, when a twilithic dies, their soul goes on a journey to the heavens to be with their Keeper and up there, they watch down upon and help protect their brethren with magic and luck. the stars also form images of stories via their constellations, which are well known throughout the people and passed down through word of mouth.  Shooting stars are known as extremely good or bad luck, for if a star falls to earth, it means a soul is reborn; or, that the ancestors are angry with you.
The job of a priest or priestess is to preserve the ancient stories by retelling them, and devoting a lot of their efforts through prayers and song.  Priestesses and Priests tend to have more potent powers and have deeper connections with their deity, and are often selected for the job because of this.
