Physical Description
Not tall by any means, if anything Phen is about average height and weight with a decent amount of muscle that's more for speed than brute force. His facial shape is long and rectangular, lips thick with a cupid's bow. And he's more handsome than ought to be legal.

His skin ranges from a rich, coppery brown to a more deep caramel, depending the time of year and his amount of time in the sun. His hair is the color of a full moon, appearing almost white in certain lights but has the palest hint of something else. It's long and normally worn back in a loose braid, with other loose strands decorated in dark colored blue and black beads and gold rings. When not tied in a tail or braid, it falls to mid back and he has a sweeping set of bangs that hang over surprisingly dark colored eyebrows . Even his large, exotically slanted eyes are framed in long, dark lashes that only emphasize his flame-bright blue eyes.

He has a number of small, gold ring piercings on his left ear covering most all the way up the entire cuff. His right ear has one long tear drop piercing that houses a small opalescent gem against some form of black metal. His left eye has a ringed brow piercing in the same black metal with a tiny opal like gem. He also wears (like a necklace) or carries close to his person  an odd shaped gem tied to a thick leather band. It appears as if a blue swell of opalescent fire lives within the gem.

His usual attire is some form of vibrant blue accented in deeper blues, rich purples, blacks or creamy whites and gold. The style is normally a high, open front cuffed collar without sleeves that's typically accented with a leather layering of a pauldron style of fashion .  Gold cuff jewelry lines his wrists and magically enhanced rings line his fingers. Even one of his jeweled wrist braces is magical , producing a protective shield when needed. His rings are unique to the type depending on which ones he is wearing. Each magical piece of jewelry or clothing needs a phrase spoken to release the spell it's blessed with. He also typically wears calf high boots or slippers of matching deep leather and style and comfortable, silk pants. His normal style of shirt has exaggerated tails down the back, typically embroidered with gold detail and beads.

Another feature that garnered his adopted name of "Pheonix" is the blue tattoo crawling up his right arm. It's an impressive piece of art that unfortunately Phen has no recollection about. He'll playfully make something up. But he honestly wishes to know more about it and subsequently himself.


Personality
Naturally born as a leader, whether it was due to his adoptive parents or his unknown lineage is still to be debated...
But one thing is for certain is his growing obsession with memory gems and finding out the truth of who he was.. and what these 'visions' are he's receiving from these mysterious gems. He has found a total of 3 so far and is beginning to realize there is something bigger at play.

Phen is generally a playful individual, maybe even a little bit flirty but can be stubborn as a rock. However he is very protective of his adopted family and has an adventurers spirit laced with his insatiable desire to know who he really is.

Also he really loves the Essryni cereal known as crispy hexagons. Serve it with goat milk and be could marry that meal.


Magic/Abilities
He normally purchases his magics but has an unknown power brewing like a storm within.. the power of the blue Phoenix,  which might answer some of the questions as to his affinity with storms

Usually enchantments mixed with a dance like grace fighting ability is how he would defend himself if the occasion called for it. He knows how to fight with a bo staff, spear or blade.  He's somewhat decent with a bow and arrow.

Relationships
Thythis and Kru - Adopted parents

"Sister" (tbd) - she's a few years younger than Phen's presumed age and she's madly in love with her adopted brother. He sees her as merely a little sister, but she's hoping to ask her parents if she can marry Phen one day

Ar'ruubis - A 50lb lanky, half jackal dog. Phen always says his ears are too big for his head. The dog is more or less a big goof  ball and more companion than a protector.  The dog was found with Phen on an Essryni beach,  and has never left his side. There could be more to this dog than meets the eyes... (nicknames: Ruru, Rubie, Roobieroo, Ar-ar, Ar'ruubious,  'Ruubis)

Seskah- golden maned dragon bird (nick name: Sassy-sessy, skha-skah, sessie)

History
He couldn't tell you his history if he tried, but a fateful day when he came into possession of a memory gem, and more importantly his ownmemory gem..  things began to open up, cracks to the surface of his own known past... of water and oceans and jungles and storms..

His only known history is he was apparently found naked on a beach in Essryni by his adopted sister and was nursed by his future 'parents' who did just that, eventually adopted him into their family. They're fairly well off merchants but by no means the most wealthy but everyone is aware of their family name.
