Title: The Dragon Game (And the Not-So-Useless Lesbians) [Private] [M]
Post by: detectiveryan on March 27, 2017, 03:25:44 PM
If there was one thing Kallisa Noctia "Flicker" Davennus knew about mysterious anonymous notices posted, somehow simultaneously, posted upon every bulletin board in the city, it was that it was better to not trust them.

Kal had her finger on the pulse of the mercenary underworld in Reajh-- at least she made people think that she did-- but even one who didn't would've questioned the sudden appearance of a notice, written in impeccable script on the finest of vellum, with black ink that shimmered in greens and purples in direct light. It looked like it came from a very wealthy person, but the words of the request were odd, at least contextually:

My sources tell me there's enough treasure in the caves a mile west of the city to set a man for life. Additionally, I am prepared to personally reward handsomely the brave soul who discovers the secret that lies beneath-- provided you survive, of course.
--An interested party

So, suspicious. And ordinarily it wouldn't be Kal's job to scope these things out-- she'd send her people to do so. But somehow it'd spooked even the best of her mercenaries that no amount of bribery could sway them, and upon learning this Kal had taken a moment to wonder who had replaced her squad of strong, hardy men and women with a scurry of squealing chipmunks. But perhaps this was what Kal had been missing lately-- the adventure of a job that frightened those of lesser wills, and the promise of a reward. It was true she'd been sticking to the city lately, managing the mercs in her employ and continuing to charm the city guard into letting her stick around. It was an awful lot of paperwork and that kept her on a leash within the city limits.

Kal remembered her younger days of unbridled freedom-- raising Hell in the city and out, adventuring across the continent with a gaggle of adventurers thrown together by circumstance, delving into caves and dungeons and camping in trees, barns, and tunnels. Life on the road was a tough one, and not for everyone, but Kal missed the adventure.

So she delegated her paperwork to a group of teenagers looking for work she'd found in the marketplace, got her old pack together, and set out for the caves. This had better not be false-- she had a reputation to uphold, and that reputation was that if she didn't get paid after doing a job, she'd be very, very angry.

The cave wasn't far, and already there were about a dozen other treasure-hunters and thrill-seekers that'd set up their base camps in the first big room of the cave. Flicker placed herself with her back to the wall, beside another tunnel leading down. She sat on her bedroll and started cleaning the mechanisms of her crossbow while checking out her supposed "competition."

"Excuse me. My, you look absolutely delectable, don't you?"

Minaeve cooed temptingly to a man who looked to be in his late twenties or early thirties as he hurried strapped on a sword with a piece of vellum scrunched in his hands. At Minaeve's sweet, sultry tones, the man looked up and nearly dropped his sword belt before finishing the fastening strings.

"Y-yes?" He was enthralled by the tall, beautiful and very well developed woman before him and he had to gulp as he began to sweat out of awe.

Minaeve smiled mischievously as she moved towards him.

"I couldn't help but notice that you were excitedly rushing to equip yourself with a weapon. You made me curious. Where are you headed off to?"

"W-well," the man stumbled upon his words. "I-I don't feel comfortable sharing that with someone I don't know... e-especially a woman."

Minaeve pouted and stood very close to him. Her advances forced him backwards towards an alley, and Minaeve smiled as she turned her body and his towards one of the walls in the alley. She gently walked two of her fingers up his chest as she purposely moved her face close to his - allowing her aura, which worked much like a very effective aphrodisiac, to do its work.

"Awww. Are you worried for me, my Dear?"

The man nodded slowly, incapable of much else. "I-I wouldn't feel right giving an unarmed woman information that could be a danger to her..."

"You're very considerate, but don't worry. I know my way around a sword. Especially longswords."

Minaeve crooned sweet whispers, intoxicating the man's mind with her erotic temptations. He couldn't help but rest his eyes on her generous bosom - nearly bursting out of her silk top as they were- as excitement rushed through his body- a gesure Minaeve noticed with an enticing smile.

"Like what you see? They do love to show off."

The man nodded again, licking his lips nervously. His eyes flicked between Mineave's gaze and her luscious lady lumps, unable to keep focus on either for long.

With an experienced hand, Minaeve pulled her top down, allowing her large bosom to go free, and giving her top a much needed break. Breasts bare and fair, Minaeve pressed her body tightly against the sweating man's and caressed his cheek with her own.

"Won't you give a woman what she wants? I can be very appreciative."

"I-I don't know..."

"Your chivalry is very admirable, my Darling. Deserving of its own reward, I'm sure."

Saying that, Minaeve stood up straight again, and grabbed the mans hands in her own. Smiling most sensually again, Minaeve gently placed the man's hands over her breasts.

"Th-they're big..." The man choked out the words, incapable of speaking much coherently at this point.

"Yes, they are. Your hands are barely effective at keeping them at bay, it seems. But your touch does feel good. Very good. They love attention, see?"

Minaeve pressed herself further into the man's touch.

"Let's forget going anywhere, shall we?" As she spoke, she laughed and pushed the man down onto the ground.

"Here's a new bounty for you."

----------------

Some time later, Minaeve left the alley - clothing in tact, and an unconscious, smiling man on the ground. In her hand, Minaeve gripped crumpled vellum. Deftly, she uncrumpled the notice and read it's contents.

"Most curious," she whispered to herself. "It is most definitely not what it seems, but I just have to see this 'treasure' for myself. A woman's best friend is often said to be jewels, after all."

Laughing to herself, Minaeve left the city and headed towards the location the vellum had upon its surface.

It took some time, but Minaeve eventually came across a cave. It certainly fit the place and description the notice stated, so Minaeve continued towards it, eventually entering the mouth.

After delving into the cave a little bit, Minaeve could hear some hustle and bustle nearby, and upon entering a large cavernous area, saw many people.

"Well, well. It's a proper party after all. Isn't this exciting?" She took up a spot away from most of the others, yet had a good view of all of them. She noticed a particularly professional looking woman messing with a crossbow close by. She couldn't help but be curious. She seldom came across women with crossbows.

"Most fascinating handiwork, my Dear."

Kallisa did fancy herself a professional, if she did say so herself-- she wasn't a kid with a stolen pair of knives fresh out of the Reajh slums and looking for a quick way towards gold and glory anymore, after all. Although she'd started as a simple mercenary rogue, she'd made her name as quick, clever, and good and that was what let her rise to the top.

She glanced up when the other woman spoke. Nice, was her first thought, but she quickly put that back into the Gay Box where it belonged. "Aw, thanks," she said with a grin, packing tightly a box of crossbow bolts made to explode when fired. "She's a beauty, isn't she? Moira here is one of a kind. You just can't get precision like this in standard armories, you know? She's custom-made, and never obsolete."

It was then Kal got a good look at the woman speaking-- one of the few other women there, and the other few seemed to be keeping to themselves. Most of the others-- about ten or twelve in total-- were men, polishing swords or sharpening knives or axes. There were a few with hammers, one with a longbow that almost certainly wouldn't work in his favor in these tight caves, and one with a distinctly magic-looking tome that'd absolutely get him arrested in the city. Kallisa was the only person with a crossbow, and the crossbow itself almost looked more like a piece of art than a weapon.

"I take it you're here for the treasure, too, huh?" Kal asked, arching an eyebrow. "Looks like pretty stiff competition if you ask me. I'll have a go at finding the treasure and such, but I might just steal everyone's purses and get back to the city with my life rather than some supposed glory, no matter what that paper says about a reward."

Which was a lie. But best make herself seem like an unassuming lowlife, just in case.

Minaeve couldn't help but be most amused by the way the woman seemed to gush over her crossbow. She even named the admittedly lovely looking contraption. She smiled, intrigued.

"I can appreciate a woman who takes care of her tools of choice. It often means she's clever and talented, and I think that is so appealing." She was never without a sultry tone to her voice when she spoke. "So... attractive..."

Minaeve folded her arms beneath her breasts, pulling them tight against her abdomen to perk up and emphasize her gorgeous bust, though she made it seem unintentional for the tease to be much better. She's made many men and even women weak in the knees with her subtle, yet deliberate gestures and postures. She loved the feelings of satisfaction and excitement that brought along with it.

"I don't have a crossbow, but I do have a few tricks up my sleeves - or lack thereof." She chuckled at her own little joke. And...."

She made a pointed look at the men about the place - some of them were staring at her with obvious signs of lust in their eyes. "I'm sure that more than a few of these hooligans are stiff somehow." More sensual chuckles.

"Anyway, my Dear. I am not here for the treasure, specifically - though a girl does love a pretty trinket every now and then to be sure - but rather for the 'show'. I saw the notice, thought the way it was worded was most curious, and decided to check it out for myself. I don't know why, but I don't think I'll be disappointed after all..."

The lusty queen took subtle glances at the woman's body - from her thick, delectable thighs, to her admittedly small, but still very there bosom. The feelings of desire she knew so well grew within her, but she wasn't stupid. Unless she thought this woman would want her, she would do little more then croon, entice, and occasionally brush a hand here or there.

Wouldn't you just be a delight to get to know in and out. Especially out. These lovely thoughts danced through her mind as she continued to wait patiently.

Nice, Kal thought again. She shoved it back into the Gay Box-- not now, gay thoughts. "I certainly try," she admitted, though not without a little prideful quirk upward of her mouth-- one side went higher than the other in true cocky city rogue fashion and one of her long ears twitched with it, the little golden studs moving in response. "Can't get too far in my line of work without maintaining your weapons, is all. And-- there she is." She clicked the last of the mechanism back into place and put a dud bolt into the launcher. She pulled the cross back and took aim at a rock not far from where she was sitting, her long legs crossed on the bedroll. Her leather trousers hugged her thighs without being too elastic to be practical, and the thickness of the fabric provided a layer of protection where her greaves didn't cover. Not that it'd stop an arrow or blade, but it was by far better than bare skin.

"I guess I'll have to see the treasure for myself to believe it," she admitted. She took another glance at the adventurers preparing-- one had already left, and a few of the others were testing their weapons. The mage was getting ready to move out, it seemed, with a strangely small pack of provisions. One of the warriors picked up his metal shield and tossed it to himself, and only succeeded in dropping it on his foot. If the others were of his ilk, maybe even her unassuming lowlife persona would have a fighting chance at outsmarting everyone else and making it to the hoard first.

"I figured someone like you wouldn't be here for the glory, or even the riches," Kal commented, looking back at Minaeve. She stood, rolling her shoulders, and flexed her fingers in her sturdy leather gloves. Even at the edge of the cave, the ceiling was high enough that Kal's head didn't hit the ceiling-- which was a feat, given her well-above-average height for your average elf. "But I suppose it remains to be seen how entertaining a show it'll be, huh?" She chuckled, giving Minaeve a bright grin with a chipped tooth.

"Between you and me," she said, lowering her voice. "It all feels like some big setup. Like whoever sent out the notice is pitting us all against each other. I'm almost insulted-- have you taken a look at some of these folks? That one with the hammer doesn't look like he could find his ass with both hands."

"I can appreciate one being good with their hands." Minaeve cooed and licked her lips. Watching those legs move as the elf prepared to fire a shot drove Minaeve's inside wild. She wanted this woman. Badly. She wanted those hands moving along her body and she wanted to caress those thighs.

It's so hard being patient. She was tingly inside and had to squish her legs together to keep from fidgeting from arousal. Despite her inner turmoil, she managed to retain a composed demeanor on the outside.

"I've no doubt there's treasure here. I highly doubt anyone else here could possibly have a chance of getting their grubby little hands on it, however. But you, my Dear. You are a treat. I just know you'll do lovely." Her grin showed off her sparkling teeth, and she gently ran a hand up her side absent-mindedly.

She wasn't certain why everyone was waiting in the same area. Surely there was something else to be done. She watched with enthusiasm as the elf woman stood up.

"Tall, too. My, my."

All the better, Minaeve thought, to throw myself against.

"I've the suspicion that whoever sent out the notice is in this cave right now. Perhaps they're personally involved. Whatever is deeper inside.... Well, let's just say I'm not likely to fall to my knees like a scared schoolgirl.

"I don't doubt most of these idiots will die or run away within the first ten minutes."

Now that was definitely overtly flirtatious. Kal's ears flushed-- how had she not recognized that earlier? Damn her inability to determine when she's being fucked with. Kal cleared her throat, trying to cool her head. She fired the dud bolt at the rock and Moira the crossbow fired like a dream with freshly-cleaned mechanisms. A well-oiled machine, both weapon and weilder. The bolt dug itself into the rock and Kal grinned in satisfaction, switching Moira to rest position.

"A shame, really," she commented. "Ah, well. I suppose I'll just loot their corpses when I come back through-- but you believe you're different from them? A higher caliber?" Not that Kal doubted this. There was no way a woman with assets like hers didn't know how to use them, and that point was most definitely true if Kal assumed that she'd been flirting the entire time.

"Perhaps we could help each other," she decided, switching to business mode. "An understanding, if you will-- we both want something from this adventure, and I think we could help each other get it better than any of those boors ever could. Oh-- forgive me, where are my manners? I'm Kallisa Davennus. My friends call me Kal, but you can call me whatever you like-- since it seems we'll be spending some time together." She stuck out her hand for Minaeve to shake. This could not possibly be anything but a great idea, even if something in her got the vague impression that Minaeve ate women like her for breakfast.

Minaeve laughed at the elf's words. "A practical woman, I see. No need for a sense of respect for the dead when the dead care naught for it. I like you already."

She noticed that the elf woman seemed to be very aware of her assets now. She "innocently" stuck out her chest to give the woman a better view as she spoke.

"I would love to work with you and see how you work."

And watch that lovely rump work, too.

The elf introduce herself as Kallisa, and this made Minaeve smile.

"Well, my dear Kallisa, it is most pleasurable to meet you. I am Minaeve of Valyria. No doubt you've never heard of it, unfortunately. It was a wonderful city."

She smiled without hinting at the brief moment of sorrow she felt for her lost home. Kallisa held out her hand towards Minaeve, who took it gently, and shook it with her long, delicate looking fingers.

"I do hope we spend much time together, my Dear." She leaned down to plant her plump lips upon Kallisa's hand in a most sensual kiss. This, she did twice, and she let go of Kal's hand before she felt she would be incapable of doing so. A rush of ecstasy from feeling the woman's flesh upon her lips flooded Minaeve's body. It both amused and aroused her even more. What wonderful energy it was. She was confident today would be a good day for many reasons.

This woman would be hers. She had to be.

Fuck.

Kallisa felt her face heat up to the tips of her ears. She swallowed, and it took all of her willpower not to let her knees buckle when Minaeve's lips brushed her knuckles-- from there she could feel warmth flood through her very bones, making her heart speed up and sweat bead behind her hairline. Was this because of some kind of aura, or because she was just that gay? Both, probably. Great.

Kal cleared her throat. "That's-- that's great," she blurted. "I mean-- ahem-- sorry-- considering the maps of this cave system I've looked at, there's quite a lot of... cave... to explore." She winced at her own lameness. "I think we ought to get started, then. All that treasure isn't going to find itself, right?'

If only to distract herself, she packed her pouches of bolts onto her belt and slung the strap of her combat bag over her shoulder-- packed with her canteen of water, some rations, a few basic first-aid things, and a few extra knives just in case. All one could need for an adventure down in the bowels of the earth.

Aha. Minaeve held back a chuckle as she saw Kallisa turn red in the face. The elf woman's demeanor changed rather quickly, Mineave could see, and she enjoyed it.

So she does like it, then. Goody for me.

Minaeve nodded at Kallisa's words about the cave. There would be a lot of ground to cover, to be certain, but Minaeve was sure she would enjoy the view immensely. She was excited, both sexually, and adventurously. She wanted to get started on finding this treasure and confronting whatever it was that lurked in the darkness.

"Lead the way, Darling. I'm sure you're more well traveled in places such as this than I. I shall be close behind you." She crooned.

Very close.

As the two women began their journey further into the cave, Minaeve occasionally stared at Kallisa's ass. Damn did she have a fine one. It moved as she walked in such an enticing way. It was sad it was stuck in those trousers, though. Minaeve figured it could do with a bit of fresh air, and a spanking or two.

She nearly outright giggled from the thought, but caught herself, and continued to follow.

"This really is quite a large place, isn't it? A lot of privacy to be had down here, if one were to look for it. Dangerous, though."

It was a very nice ass. Tight and well-built, all muscle like a distance runner. Made for sprinting, and occasionally crawling through tight spaces. Kallisa had her back hunched as they walked through the caves, Kal holding the lantern and leading the way.

"I mean, sure," Kal admitted. "If you want goblins on your ass the second you try to get nasty with somebody. Then you're both unarmed and naked in a cave full of monsters, your partner's dick gets snapped in half like a twig, then what are you gonna do? Fight them with the power of sensually swaying hips and bosoms?"

She glanced back and cleared her throat again. "I suppose that depends," she admitted. "I don't imagine you'd have much trouble."

That aside. The tunnel sloped downwards and curved every now and again, but maintained its path roughly east. It got low and very narrow in some places, enough that a fair amount of crawling and/or shimmying was required, but eventually it opened up into another room smaller than the first in area but much, much taller. Sunlight leaked through a crevasse in the ground above rimmed with moss that hung down like the stalactites from the ceiling of the cave. Tree roots, huge and thicker than Kal's entire torso, twined around the columns of the cave. Water dripped into puddles on the muddy ground. Animals skittered.

"There might be something here," Kal suggested. "Maybe a cache. I've heard stories about pirates leaving things in places like this."

Minaeve could imagine being naked with someone in these caves, but it wouldn't be with someone with a sausage between their legs. Rather than that, it would be someone with pointy ears and an ass she could stare at all day. Just thinking about it caused her bosom to tingle, and she felt it would be okay to massage her breasts a little bit to try and tide her over.

Despite having engaged in "swordplay" just a while earlier, Minaeve could feel sexual tension within her body. Even when she was satisfied in the end, her body always desired more. Simply being in close proximity to someone her body was reacting to in a strong way drove her wild. When it came time to fight the things that were no doubt lying in wait, Minaeve would do her best to impress Kallisa, and hopefully cause the she-elf to drop those trousers.

"I love the view here. It's really quite beautiful." Minaeve intentionally worded it vaguely so it might seem she were commenting on the cave aesthetics, rather than the real view she was staring at constantly.

I do hope whatever it is we're looking for shows up soon.

"Yeah," Kal admitted. "You don't often see caverns like this. Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts-- that tunnel to the north goes down and I don't think it stops until it hits Hell itself."

Kal circled the room, looking around rocks for any treasure-- she found a few discarded coins and a broken diamond necklace, but little else, and made her way back to Minaeve. The hairs on the back of her neck stood on end. Something skittered, hissed, from the next hall. Flicker dropped her torch with a clatter and drew her crossbow.

"Goblins," she said. Her ear twitched. "Probably about ten. Stay alert."

"Oooh. Something creepeth this way. I do love to get my hands dirty - in more ways than one."

Minaeve was looking forward to the excitement of combat. She wanted to see how Kallisa moved and used her crossbow on real targets. She was certain it would be most amusing and entertaining. Of course, Minaeve was quite skilled at meting out painful judgement, as well. In preparation, she flung her right arm to her side, and a large amount of corrupted energy flowed towards her extended hand. The energy solidified, quickly forming the shape and function of a most brutal looking scythe.

The scythe was quite effective, and Minaeve enjoyed swinging it around when in the throes of combat.

"Ready when you are, Darling. I can't wait to see you in action."

She wouldn't have to wait much longer. The goblins-- perhaps six or seven of them, certainly nothing Kal couldn't handle-- rushed into the cavern, shrieking and hissing. Kal immediately scattered caltrops in their direction. Two of them stepped on the tiny spikes and recoiled, yowling in pain. She took the opportunity to load her crossbow and fire two bolts, right in the forehead.

"Watch where you step," she called, taking a knee and taking aim for the goblin archer in the back. "Those caltrops can pierce most boots."

"Don't worry about me, Darling! I've been waiting for this most enthusiastically!"

Minaeve slowly ran her hand up her abdomen and across the softness of her left breast. Her hand glowed with a purple light as she did so, and she summoned an orb of Impure Energy. Flicking her wrist to send the orb into her scythe, Minaeve held her weapon out in front of her.

The top of the handle staff glowed brightly, as if preparing to fire something - which it was - and Minaeve dug her feet in to resist the powerful recoil. It was perhaps a little overkill, but there was no kill like overkill.

The scythe erupted in a bang, and a beam of purple energy - several inches in diameter - shot forth from the scythe's staff handle, cascading down the cavernous hall towards Minaeve's foes.

"Beautiful mayhem!" Minaeve exclaimed with an erotic moan as the beam of light blew off a goblin's head."

"I think that one was a little too excited. Don't you?"

"Wouldn't know," Kal called back. She shot the rival goblin archer straight in the skull, its brains splattering on the cave wall. Like the badass she is she ducked under the arrow he'd shot. It bounced off the cave wall and clattered harmlessly on the floor.

But there were more coming. Before she could reload, a group rushed her-- five or so with crudely-made swords and shields. They were human-sized even with hunchbacks, and even if individually they were fairly weak, a group of them wasn't always easy for a single fighter to brush off.

Kal cursed her luck and knocked one in the jaw with the butt of her crossbow hard enough there was an audible crunch and he went down like a sack of potatoes. She took out her knives for the next few and shook them off fairly easily, but one kept blocking her strikes. Muttering another curse, she sank her knife into his wrist, making the goblin shriek in pain, then kicked him in the chest and, without a second thought, stomped his skull under the heel of her boot. She spat for good measure and wiped the goblin blood off her hands on the leg of her trousers.

"There'll be more where they came from," she said. "Perhaps we should move before they get here."

"I do so love to watch you move, Darling." Minaeve cooed as she stabbed a goblin in the face with the butt end of her scythe. This excitement was almost too much for the already excited queen, and she practically shuddered with it as she moved. "Look out!"

Minaeve saw a figure in the shadows, weapon poised above its head to strike the elf woman. Minaeve was certain Kal was aware of this, but it was an abrupt discovery in any regard. Reacting faster than the dangerous foe could comprehend, Minaeve jumped into an abruptly appearing pool of black at her feet. A split second later, she appeared in the air above her target - a large club-wielding hobgoblin. She swung her scythe down the middle of the creature's head, easily slicing him in two before he could mutter so much as a cry. The hobgoblin steaks fell to the floor with wet, squelching sounds, and Minaeve stepped over it, looking most pleased.

"It wouldn't do to have that glorious rump of yours scarred, Darling. I'm right behind you."

"You should see what I can do with a dozen knives," Kal replied, chuckling a little. "Pretty neat party trick, if I do say so myself." Because juggling was totally not overdone or anything.

At Minaeve's shout of warning, Kal's ears pricked into alertness. She jumped and rolled to the side just as Minaeve lept forward with her scythe, watching as the hobgoblin fell.

Kal listened carefully, glancing down the tunnels. She let herself breathe. "I think that's the last of them," she said. "Thanks for the save. My glorious rump thanks you." She meant it as a joke but she realized as the words were out of her mouth that that could be taken in several ways-- and given what she's seen of Minaeve thus far, Kal could imagine what she could say. Something about being thankful in other ways, or suchlike. Even Kal could see that coming from a mile away.

She rifled through the hobgoblin's pockets for anything good-- very little. Some lint and a couple of neat-looking buttons, and a live gecko. Kal set the gecko free and tucked the buttons into her pocket to give to one of her cousins later.

"Come to think of it," she said. "These higher caves might've been picked over already. Let's head down-- I think I see a ladder." She pointed to a rickety-looking ladder heading down along a series of platforms once used for mining, down into another crevasse.

"Any time, my Dear. I do hope you plan to show me just how grateful you are to me later. I do so love returned favors." Minaeve giggled mischievously and moved close enough to brush her arm against Kal's lightly, surely giving the elf a chance to really experience Minaeve's hard-to-resist aura.

Kallisa mentioned a ladder, and sure enough, Minaeve found the rickety thing as Kal pointed it out. She looked out over the edge and saw it went a fair ways down. Despite the darkness, she could barely make out where it ended.

"Do let me go first, Darling. To be safe, of course. If you start to fall, I'll help you stay up."

Minaeve definitely did not have any ulterior motives in mind as she began her descent on the ladder. The ladder wasn't quite as rickety as it looked, but it did shake slightly.

By this point Kal was on to her but it wasn't like there was much she could do about it-- and having a beautiful woman looking at her ass wasn't the worst fate in the world. "Alright," she caved. "You take the lantern, then. Hopefully we're not diving in to a pit full of monsters..."

The ladder wasn't just one ladder-- it was a series, all built into the side of the crevasse onto platforms and stairways. Unlit lanterns dangled from the bottoms of some of the levels. More water dripped, landing in plinks and plunks elsewhere deep in the cave.

Flicker tossed a rock into the abyss. It fell for seven seconds before landing with a rocky clatter. About two hundred feet, then, if her math was right. Pretty damn deep.

Minaeve smiled moved down the ladder a ways, and stopped to hold the lantern out above the abyss below. The lantern did little to light further down, but she could at least tell a different platform was nearby. She probably didn't really need to use the ladders, but she was a cautious sort - usually - and did not want to have to deal with being breast deep in filth or worse.

Besides, she got what she wanted, and when she wasn't surveying the darkness around her, she was looking up, smiling all the way. After a while, she managed to fall onto the platform below, and she brushed herself off.

She looked up towards the elf woman, who was still on the ladder, and waited, with her hand held out, so she could help Kal down.

"One down. Several more to go."

"Ninety-nine ladders into the demon ass-pit, ninety-nine ladders into darkness," Kal sang to herself, a breath of exasperation in her voice. "Look down, regret your life choices, ninety-eight ladders into the demon ass-pit." Sarcastic songs aside, it was a bit of a comfort to know she wasn't going to be the one in the abyss first.

"Hopefully the rest hold up as well as this one," Kal commented, right as the last rung below her creaked. "I'd hate to-- AH--" And as if on cue, the last rung gave way beneath her boot. The ladder seemed to wrench itself from her grip, and she fell--

Right into the arms of her companion. Oops.

Fuck, she's gay.

"Well! I had no idea you were this forward, Darling. Color me most impressed."

Minaeve teased Kal as the elf woman fell into her arms, and face first into her generous bosom. Having this woman against her so drove Minaeve's sexual desire into overdrive. It was getting harder and harder to resist her usual "Tear-Never-Wear" policy with those she desired. She didn't move to remove Kal from her bosom, of course. She wanted to see how long the elf would stay.

Minaeve gently moved her hands up Kallisa's back, hoping these movements would have the intended heart-pounding effect on the woman she wanted. Again, our lovable, sultry queen wanted to steal a kiss, but she wasn't stupid, and wanted to make absolutely sure she didn't blow her chance to get under those unnecessary clothes.

Kal's head spun-- whether from the lack of oxygen from her current position in the magical mammaries or just because of how gay she was was up for debate. Still, it was nice-- so soft and warm, and so welcoming in the damp chill of the cave. It was tempting to just stay there, maybe catch a nap-- or maybe burrow herself further, move her hands a bit-- touching them would feel so nice.

Kal pulled away. "Ah--" she managed, face flushed, heart pounding so loud it was almost certainly audible to most creatures with particularly keen hearing. "Sorry, I-- wow, how does that top stay up?" Because that's what you do to change the subject, Kallisa. "Wait, let me guess-- magic, right? Enough that if the city guard got a whiff of you, you'd be the subject of a nationwide witch hunt. Fuckin' Connlaoth, everyone." Through all of that, she had pulled herself back and picked up the lantern again, creeping along the platform to the next ladder.

Still, it'd been nice. Kal would allow herself this time to be the gay disaster she was at her core-- imagining, if only for a minute, what all of that would feel like. Probably pretty great, though at this point that was a given.

"Ooooh. I bet you'd just love to find out how to get it to fall down, Darling. You're positively adorable right now - it's giving me the giggles."

Minaeve admitted she thorougly enjoyed the feeling of Kal's body against hers nearly as much, if not as much, as she enjoyed causing the elf to sputter and nearly drool from the contact. With another mischievous smile on her face, Minaeve slowly moved towards Kallisa, giving her a wonderful view of her deep cleavage. Once she closed the small, temporary gap between them, she gently pressed her chest against Kallisa; her breasts moved up against the elf's own as Minaeve leaned onto her toes to raise herself slightly enough to plant her lips on Kallisa's jaw, near her lips.

She whispered in her ear, enticing and tempting. "There's much more where that came from. It's up to you if you want to enjoy the ride..."

Saying that, she gently kissed Kallisa's cheek, and slowly, intently, lowered herself down, leveling her feet flat.

This is it, this is where Kal dies.

Luckily she caught herself on one of the support beams. "Uh--" she managed. She swiped the sweat from her brow and the tiny bit of drool from her lip with the shoulder of her gambeson. "I'm certain I could if I tried. Hands, and all-- I'm not helping myself, I'll shut up." She took a breath, though that didn't last long when Minaeve leaned closer and kissed her cheek. At that Kal's knees did buckle-- though luckily for her she still had a hand on the wall and didn't fall into the abyss, which would've sucked.

She swallowed. Her throat felt dry. "Uh, you know," she decided. "How about-- you seem very nice but let's hold off until we're not in a cave full of monsters. I mean who am I to judge what anyone is into, but personally I'd rather not have cave dust in places cave dust ought not be." And then she breathed. "Shall we move on? There's still treasure to be found."

Minaeve smiled. "I bet you are very skilled with those hands of yours.  You will have to demonstrate, and you will have my full, undivided attention."

As Kallisa stuttered to get herself out of this, Minaeve chuckled, deeply amused.

"Do no worry, my Dear. I'm not one for enjoying the warmth of another in a dark, damp, dirty cave, either. I am simply offering you something to look forward to in the hopefully very near future. And, it seems to me, you are very much inclined to look forward to it."

She winked as she spoke, and gently ran her hand down Kallisa's side as a final tease before moving to the ladder that led further down.

"If you'd prefer," she cooed. "You can go first this time." She laughed suggestively again.

Kal breathed. She got some air back into her lungs before replying, "You know, I'll let you have that blessing. Give you something to look forward to after the battle, or-- something." She chuckled a little, though her pointed ears burned right to the torn-off edge of one. She could flirt right back if she wanted to-- and breathing was a plus. Not that she'd ever be able to out-flirt Minaeve. Kal did the unlikely, not the impossible.

Experimentally, Kal tossed another rock. No notable difference in time-- God damn that thing was deep. Hopefully there would be something good at the bottom, since it didn't seem like anyone else had gone down this way.

Minaeve giggled as Kal blushed a little, and she moved to descend the next ladder.

------------

Sometime later, Minaeve's lantern finally illuminated what looked to be the cave floor, and she sighed with relief.

"Oh, good! Finally! Now I don't have to wonder how many ladders are left anymore."

The floor was solid, if filthy, so Minaeve decided to skip the last several rungs on the ladder and jumped down with ease. She stood up straight after the impact, dusting herself off as she went, and adjusted the fabric on her outfit, making sure her breasts were in their proper place.

"Still full. Still irresistible," she crooned to herself.

She looked up towards Kal, who was still on the ladder, and smiled.

"Come, my Dear. I do so love that beautiful rump of yours, but like you said, treasure is awaiting us!"

She teased, knowing full well Kal was going a reasonable speed down the ladder, but she did love to cause the Elf to stumble. It was adorable.

Kal had a quip ready, she really did-- but the shiver up her spine once she hopped down the last few rungs stole it quickly as an icy gust of wind.

It was cold, yes-- cold and damp, with water dripping from the ceiling and walls and landing in puddles on the floor. A trickle of water ran downhill, slowly widening into an underground river. Likely there were bats somewhere, slumbering in the darkness, undisturbed by the low light of the lantern. But there were no bats this low.

Kal's ears went low against her head. Her eyes, like a cat's, reflected a brilliant green in the lantern light. She didn't like this at all.

"I smell death," she said. "Downstream. Beyond that... I think there's something breathing." She frowned and looked over the map again. "I hate caves."

Minaeve could definitely hear some sort of inhale/exhale action going on somewhere deeper in the cave. She could also smell something gritty and as though it would set her nostrils aflame if she breathed it in too long.

"Oh dear. Is that sulfur? No, it smells more like black sand... volatile stuff.... What could be down here that would smell flammable?"

She thought for a moment - cross-checking anything she knew about scents like this and creatures or concoctions that might give off such a powerful aroma AND be in a deep, dark, dank cave.

"Oh my...." She spoke softly. She couldn't be certain, so she didn't want to frighten Kal with her hypothesis.

"Do tread carefully, Darling. I think there's something big and dangerous sleeping in here...."

"Could be blasting powder," Kal suggssted. "I've dealt with it before. Some companies used it to mine particularly tough ores, until that was put out of practice. I had a cousin who worked with a company that used it." She paused. "He may still be down here."

Kal picked up the lantern and handed it to Minaeve. "I'll go first," she decided. "Can you watch my back, make sure nothing nasty sneaks up? I think I see one of our peers up ahead." He must've fallen to his death. What a way to go.

Minaeve stifled a giggle, but still managed to put out a more suggestive than necessary comment.

"I do love watching your back, Darling. Leave it to me, but...."

Minaeve paused. While she wasn't afraid, she was certain there was more to what she was experiencing through her senses here.

"I wouldn't get too close if I were you... just in case. I do not think that whatever is down here is.... man-made."

Sulfurous trolls? Ogres with bad body odor? Surely it couldn't be something worse, could it?

It was definitely worse. As the trickle widened into a stream that they had to wade through, Kal spotted bodies in varying stages of decay, as well as rusty weapons, tomes with shredded pages, and arrows broken in half on the ground. The tunnel sloped downwards, heading into the maw of the darkness. It was no longer merely cold, it was downright frigid, and Kal's breath steamed in the air. Though the air reeked of the dead, there was a low rumble that made the hair on the back of her neck stand on end.

Suddenly, she stopped, ears flat against her head. "Don't move," she whispered.

From the darkness behind them, something hissed. Then sickening bone-cracking sounds echoed from the walls. The smell of sulfur increased until it was nearly choking, as well as the smells of decay. On the ground, one of the corpses twitched, then curled a rotting, bone-bare fist around the hilt of a broken sword.

"Oh dear. Just as I thought..." Minaeve sighed quietly and rolled her eyes.

She hoped she was wrong for the sake of things being easier, but she wasn't wrong, and while that was a case that usually made her happy, in this instance, Minaeve was not very happy at all.

"Why'd it turn out to be so complicated after all?" She asked herself.

On the bright side, she'd be able to have some fun. She liked a good fight, much like she liked a good bout in the night.

"Probably because the world hates us, specifically, and wants us to suffer," Kal said, in quite a light tone for the situation. She pulled a flashbang bolt from her arsenal and loaded it into the crossbow, shooting it into the skull of one of the skeletons. It exploded into a flash of white light that, while it didn't shatter the skull, stunned the nearby monsters and gave Kal the time to hurl a flask of oil at the area and shoot a fire bolt into the middle, sending the area up in flames. There were more undead, but they couldn't pass the fire until it faded. One of them was the mage from before-- except half his face was singed off and his eyes were gone. That was new.

"Oh my. It seems more of those other daredevils have showed up, then? I wondered why we never heard anything from any of them..."

Minaeve summoned her scythe once again, this time throwing it out in front of her - a spinning vortex of doom - and sent it bowling into a group of shambling corpses that included some more or less familiar looking shapes and sizes.

Her scythe returned to her in an arc, dealing more damage to other targets, and Minaeve caught it, kissed it apprecitatively, and slammed it into the ground in preparation for another attack.

She looked at Kal as her scythe charged itself of energy. "I admire your handiwork, Darling. It's quite explosive. I love explosive."

Kal grinned. "Wait 'til you see what I can do with fireworks," she said. "If you're still in the area come summertime, I'll show you. Best it not be in here-- it's more of a party trick to entertain my cousins than it is a weapon, and I'm not in the mood to inhale blasting powder today." But she kicked another oil grenade further back and shot it with a fire bolt. Flaming oil clung to the walls and kept burning, burning until it was out of oil. Which would be a really, really long time because Kal didn't fuck around with her explosives.

Stepping over the fires, she picked up a few coins and some jewelry-- little trinkets, nothing much. Kal sighs and kicks at one of the empty bags one of the undead was carrying in life. "Whatever is at the end of this had better be good," she grumbled. "I've got debts to pay off and I can't do that with cheap jewels and a few sovereigns."

An invitation to what seems to be implied as a family gathering?

Now that was unexpected. Minaeve was actually taken aback. In the time since she had returned to the world, Minaeve had never been invited to actually do something or go somewhere by anyone she had come across casually or sensually.

She actually ended up recalling some of the occasions she spent time with her own family seemingly (and literally) so long ago.

"Well, I... think that sounds rather lovely, actually..." She was thrown off a little, but only a little. Her scythe finally finished charging its energy, and Minaeve pulled it out of the ground, and raised it above her head. The scythe crackled and sparked with amethystine electrical energy, and bots of lightning arched towards throes of enemies nearby. The poor corpses were disintegrated instantly.

These were easy, but that's not what had Minaeve concerned. Whatever came next would surely be more difficult.

Kal blinked-- had she managed to catch the ever-unflappable Minaeve off-guard? But she didn't tease about it, and instead grinned. The scar on her lip curled into a C, and her right ear twitched happily. "My cousins will love you," she promised, scanning for more foes and, seeing none, returned her crossbow to rest position. "And my dad always says oh, Kallisa, you ought to bring more of your friends home, they're always so honest and lovely that I forget what you do for a living-- I mean, he'll love you too." She cut herself off during that last sentence. You go on one or two (or six) heists as a teenager to pay off your uncle's gambling debts that was jeopardizing the family's security and suddenly you're The Criminal Cousin.

"Let's head further down," she suggested. "I think-- can you feel the darkness breathing?" After this, Kal was going to climb a mountain-- put all that ground under her feet and then stomp on it. Take that, ground.

Hearing Kallisa talk about her family made Minaeve's heart tingle slightly. It wasn't an unpleasant sensation, and she had to think that she might be able to feel something sincere again one day. This thought didn't live very long however, as Minaeve shook it out of her head for now, and focused upon what Kalissa was inquiring about.

"Oh yes. I've felt it quite some time. There's definitely something big down here, Darling. Please, do be careful. I'd hate to lose you before we got to properly know each other better." Her words were a mix of somewhat sincere interest in Kal as a person, and suggestive eroticism. This day was certainly proving to be quite different than the rest she had spent in this new future world of hers. There was a small semblance of something other than undeniable sexual desire for this woman flowing through Minaeve. It unsettled her and brought old, sour memories bubbling up from the furthest reaches of her mind.

"Maybe a dragon," Kal guessed. "Was that request just because some noble wanted fodder to throw at a dragon holed up in his favorite mine? Couldn't he just use rocks?" Of course she said this as they kept walking downstream, the tunnel sloping slightly and beginning to curve.

After what felt like a long, damp, and frigid eternity, the stream had turned into what could qualify as a river, with a tiny, slippery pathway of ground on both sides. Water trickled down the frozen walls. There was definitely something breathing now because there was a faint breeze every few seconds-- slow and even, like the creature was sleeping. The air got colder with the exhale, warmed half a degree on the inhale, and then cooled off once again with the next exhale. Kal's nose and ears had reddened in the cold, and she'd pulled her heavy green wool cloak around her shoulders. Kal had always hated the cold, and this was definitely not a natural cold-- that made it even worse.

But their patience was rewarded. The river, now frozen entirely, emptied into a frozen underground basin with an icy cascade. It was open to the sky, and the evening sunlight cast orange light over the ice. There were bodies, bodies freshly-dead but preserved blue in the cold, with crushed skulls and armor-- likely the rest of the other adventurers that'd made it to the dragon before Kal and Minaeve did. Ice coated the cave formations and hung in sheets over chambers filled with gold and riches and in the center, the dragon slumbered.

It was quite a large dragon, its scales mottled silver. Its fangs were long and razor-sharp, and frost fell from its nostrils whenever it breathed. Lichens crusted its scales but did not seem to bother the dragon at all. It looked like it slept, though Kal could tell it was not truly asleep.

Kal was about to suggest they try and sneak past, maybe chip through the ice at the chambers of the dragon's hoard-- but then an eye opened in a flaming, glowing gold. Slowly, agonizingly slowly it lifted its head, stretching out its long neck. It unfurled its wings, each with a span as long as Kal's house was tall, and blinked at the new intruders-- eyes full of malicious intelligence.

"And so two new insects have found their way into the sanctum," the dragon rumbled, voice like a blizzard yet to break. "Quite a shame about most of your peers. It was enjoyable watching them scramble around for riches like scavengers picking a corpse long since cleaned, only to wind up dead by my hand."

Kal found her voice. "You could always, you know, not kill adventurers," she suggested. "I don't imagine dead men are very entertaining."

The dragon laughed without humor. It stood to its full height, chunks of ice falling from its scales when it moved-- it radiated a cold so frigid it made the insides of Kal's nose hurt. "You will know, dear humans," it said. "For I intend to kill you next."

Minaeve forced a chuckle at Kal's suggestion. "Funny, I had already come to that conclusion, myself. This should be fun...." Sarcasm aside, Minaeve was certain she'd need to go all out for this upcoming encounter. She was surprisingly concerned Kallisa would find her true powers frightening, and her more powerful form intimidating or terrifying, but she wanted to survive the upcoming fight and really give Kallisa a show.

Sure enough, as the two advanced further into the cave, coming across increasing amounts of bodies, ice, and dragon breezes, the dragon became clearer.

"Oh dear. This should be good..." Minaeve looked at Kallisa. "I certainly hope you won't think of me less after this fight, my Dear."

Minaeve quietly summoned her scythe, but her stealthy gestures meant little, as the dragon was already awake, and even went so far as to taunt the two women.

"Well, for one, I don't think she's a human, and I'm not quite such myself, so.... maybe switch your words to 'Prepare to die, creatures of non-human stature', or 'My my, aren't you two absolutely sexy? It'd be a shame to kill you. Go ahead and steal my treasure and go away as I sob to myself because I'm lonely."

She wasn't afraid of making the dragon angry. It was going to fight regardless. Minaeve was ready, and began her change to be prepared. She made it intentionally slow to give Kallisa more time to react and perhaps throw the dragon off.

Kal snorted. "Nice one," she said, getting to one knee on the frozen river and taking aim through the scope on her crossbow. The dragon was rightfully affronted and gusts of frost came from its nostrils.

"I should thank you to--" and the he shrieked in pain because Kal had fired an explosive bolt right into his left eye. Evidently that was where the conversation ended.

Kal immediately dove off the waterfall and landed in a roll on the thick ice of the frozen basin. She loaded a big shrapnel bolt into her crossbow and fired it near the dragon's ear, where it'd divert his attention-- if only for a second.

A second was all she needed. She grabbed another one of her oil flasks and threw it at where the dragon's wing met his torso, and shot a fire bolt at the spot before the oil ran off his scales. As the dragon roared, breathing a blizzard in her direction, Kal thought fast-- she sprinted away from the blizzard and ran for a mound of crates that'd been semi-hidden behind the dragon and the pillars of ice.

Minaeve laughed as she watched Kallisa move and attack the dragon. She certainly knew how to move.

As she laughed, the laughter became slightly deeper, more sinister, and slightly echoey. In the time since she had returned, Minaeve had be able to more control certain aspects of her change - including how her voice sounded. While intimidation would not likely work with a dragon, she felt it was appropriate - thus the echoey sinister shtick.

Flames of a Purple Hue engulfed Minaeve, and the flames grew higher as Minaeve grew taller and more..... Minaeve... As per usual, her height more than doubled, and her proportions were all much more pronounced and emphasized. Her normal outfit was replaced with a very light and billowy dress more akin to lingerie, giving anyone who cared more than ample view of her very large, very perky breasts, and pretty much everything but her most sensitive of places. Her hair changed to its amethystine color and grew in length until it was able to wrap around Minaeve's body in places that gave her assets even more focus.

"Mmmm," she moaned delightedly. "It always feels good to do that."

Minaeve turned in Kallisa's direction. "Darling, would you mind continuing what you're doing? I need to prepare a little bit more before I can really do some delightful damage."

Whoa. For a second Kal let her jaw fall open, staring in awe at Minaeve's alternate form-- and she took a second to admire each and every part, too. The dragon was still bigger, but Minaeve was closer to its size now. It was much more likely to be an even match.

But even Kal, whose heart had sped up greatly at Minaeve's transformation, couldn't spend all her time gawking. She looked around and spotted just the thing she needed.

"I have a plan," she called. "Keep him distracted! Also, watch your head in a bit." And then she threw a smoke bomb at her feet and melted into the shadows, slipping past cave formations until she found what she was looking for-- the crates full of black powder.

"Very well, Darling. I hope you like what you see." Minaeve spoke loudly with the same sensual tones as always despite facing down a dragon directly in front of her. The energy she felt coursing through her body when in this form was nigh overwhelming with wonderful bliss, and she couldn't help but caress her breast as she prepared her spell - it simply felt too good. Her senses were heightened and she was very well aware of the dragon's incoming jaws as he tried to bite the now much larger than before woman before him.

"Bad gecko. At least try to take a girl out to dinner before you eat her."

As she spoke, Minaeve deftly slipped the long handle of her scythe between her legs, and held it in place with her enticingly plump thighs so it was nice and tight up in her crotch. She had to admit it probably looked weird, but she had strong legs, so it was necessary for her attack.

Grabbing both sides of the scythe blade, Minaeve pulled back on it, causing the blade to collapse into a shape not quite unlike a ballista. However, instead of large javelins, this attack was more.... forceful. The scythe began to charge its attack, vibrating with increased intensity as its energy increased. Luckily for Minaeve, Ogan was a source of great energy, so it wasn't too big of a deal to use an attack like this on single dinky dragon.

The dragon's maw approached Minaeve, but, despite the great force of his bite attack, his head was thrown backwards, recoiling due to a great amount of force emanating from the scythe's charging that moved in conflict with the dragon's movements.

"Sorry," Minaeve chided. "I don't like being interrupted when having a blast."

With this terrible pun already done with, Minaeve released the collapsed scythe blade, and it was sent flying at a high speed towards the dragon's jaws. For the most part, the preparation Minaeve did while charging this attack increased the density of the blade, turning it into a very effective projectile.

Once the blade was released, Minaeve began shaking violently from the recoil sent through the staff, however, due to the grip her thighs had on the handle, she was not sent flying backwards into potential harm.

Her body was both beautiful AND functional.

Okay, Kal was officially in love-- but that could wait. She reappeared amidst the barrels of blasting powder and cut a hole in the side of one with her knife. She hauled it up the side of a ridge and kicked it down, watching it fling black powder everywhere it went. She pried open the crates and got out sacks of the stuff, pulling her scarf over her mouth so she wouldn't have to breathe it in. Powder floated through air stirred up by the motion of the dragon, and it settled on his scales and on the ice. Kal unloaded more and more powder until she was out and black dust coated the area like snow.

She loaded a fire bolt into her crossbow from her vantage point. "Get down," she shouted to Minaeve. "As far away as you can!"

The dragon, though battered from the fight and bleeding heavily from the eye Kal shot out, snarled. His remaining eye glowed gold. "Parlor tricks," he sneered. "You can't seriously expect to defeat me with a cheap crossbow and a load of powder."

Kal took aim. "Good thing I don't have to, then," she called back. She fired.

Minaeve watched the resulting explosion and flames as Kallisa's bolt connected with the powder-covered dragon. Minaeve could hear the dragon's roars as it burned.

"Something smells delicious," she poked. The flames continued to burn for quite some time; the dragon's roars grew annoying.

"Stop being such a baby. You brought this on yourself."

Minaeve removed her scythe from between her legs slowly, and the bladeless staff handle was gripped in her right hand, held out straight in front of her.

"I've been wanting to see what this does for a while..."

Minaeve snapped the fingers on her left hand, and as if egged on by the sound, the scythe handle extended rapidly, becoming flexible and whip-like.

The whip trail extended barbs along its length, and its speed increased as it approached the dragon. Upon arriving, the extension struck at the dragon's newly exposed burning flesh, piercing it and beginning an excruciating process as it delved deeper and deeper into the beast's body. At times, the barbed whip would exit the dragon's body, steadily wrapping it up in a barbed constriction. When the dragon's body was adequately penetrated and wrapped in barbs, Minaeve snapped her fingers again, causing this macabre contraption to begin squeezing the dragon's body, slowly ripping it apart from both the inside and the outside. As it did this, the staff handle convulsed slowly, as if it were sucking something out of the dragon's meaty, bloody body.

Minaeve felt a sudden surge of power with each convulsion, and this exhilarating sensation caused her to go weak in the knees. She had to squeeze her legs together out of pleasure, and arched her back while moaning.

"What is this feeling? I feel so good. Ahh! This power welling up inside of me. What is it?"

The convulsions continued for a while, but eventually they stopped, and at the same time, the dragon's roars stopped suddenly. The staff handle's whip-like end retracted back quickly, returning to its original shape and length.

Minaeve breathed deeply a few times after this rather unsettling sight finished, but then she felt a most strange feeling welling within her, as if an eruption came to pass.

As this happened, Minaeve was engulfed in purple flames just as she had been when she transformed. Her body stayed the same, but the clothing swapped out for a heavier, sturdier looking frame. When the flames died down, Minaeve, full of bliss, looked herself over.

Her body was now covered by what appeared to be black and purple plate armor. her midriff was exposed, but was covered by a see through mesh of black. Her cleavage was visible - obviously - with just a subtle hint of the same mesh. Her arms were covered in plate as well, and her hands had what seemed to be the jaws of a dragon on the outer sides. Putting her arms together, Minaeve found that she could form the complete jaws of a dragon that way.

"Most curious," she spoke quietly.

Her head was adorned by a helmet shaped like a dragon's head - it's lower jaw poking out below her chin. Her back had a smooth, black cape split down the middle, looking like wings as a result.

"Well, this is different than I'm used to." Minaeve wasn't sure what to think of this new form, but it felt powerful. It was a different sense of power than her more magically focused, and more preferred, form, but this was also acceptable.

"It seems that my body has absorbed that poor creature's life energy. Not his soul, but what made him tick and as powerful as he was. Most curious..."

This was it. This was the gayest Kallisa had ever been, in her life, and that includes all the times her heart problems had gone nuts because a pretty girl said she liked her crossbow, or something. She couldn't resist staring-- still reeling from the adrenaline of battle, Kal hopped down from the ridge, moving over to the hollow carcass of the dragon.

She tore her eyes away. "Well, glad that got done," she said decidedly, taking out a long knife and starting to peel reams of thick dragon leather off the carcass. "I think you evaporated all his blood, which, uh-- well, that makes this part easier. I'd been meaning to strongarm one of my contacts into getting me some dragon leather, but this definitely works... and I bet I can use the bone for some killer piercing arrowheads..." She started mumbling to herself about weight distribution and fletching, if only to keep herself from staring until her eyes melted.

Her hands stopped when the realization hit. Holy shit, she'd just survived a dragon.

She looked back at Minaeve. "That was," she said. "That was pretty great, huh? And, uh, I have to ask-- are you usually fifteen feet tall, or is this a special thing?"

Minaeve smiled as Kallisa admired her handiwork. "You did wonderfully yourself, Darling."

She walked towards the now-shorter elf woman and watched her work.

"The form you saw until now is how I usually am, but I can hold this form indefinitely if I felt like it. However, it's a bit standing out when you're the only fifteen foot woman with a body like this in public, I must say. It does have it's uses though.... obviously."

Minaeve squatted down so she could get a better look at what Kal was doing.

"This form... doesn't bother you... does it? I usually don't care, but, I admit, it is of concern to me this time around."

Not that it really mattered, but Minaeve had changed back to her original Awoken form, and her obviously huge chest was close to saying hello to Kallisa's face. Unintentional, but potentially effective all the same.

"For being a dragon, he was rather simple to deal with, my Dear. You were positively wonderful out there... I still feel excitement coursing through me."

The new surge of energy had left Minaeve very distracted.... but in a relatively good way.

"Yeah, I'm feeling a bit of that," Kal admitted, climbing onto the carcass and taking a sizeable chunk of one of the ribs for use in arrowheads. "And kind of hungry. Mostly I'm just glad I'm alive." She paused. "I'm glad you're alive, too. I don't think I would've made it through here without your help."

That was mushy. She flushed to the tips of her ears. Her heartbeat was going crazy-- she took a moment to take a few deep breaths and get it to slow down before continuing to take chunks of dragon parts. She got quite a few useable scales, too-- one of them would make a great birthday present for her dad.

"So, ah--" she managed. Fuck those were big boobs. Kal had never been one to focus on the breasts, per say-- she favored thighs, personally-- but at that point they were impossible not to notice. And they looked so soft and warm, and almost inviting. Minaeve was definitely into it, and would probably be okay with letting Kal touch them if she asked...

Kal shook the thought away. Not here, she decided. It was too gods-damned cold here to lean towards that sort of thing. Then she remembered she hadn't actually finished her sentence. "M-maybe sixty-forty on the treasure we can carry?" she suggested. "You can even pick through the hoard first to see if there's anything you really want."

"Well, I thank you for the most amusing cave spelunking I've ever participated in, my Dear. I haven't had this much fun in some time."

It was true. Considering all the flirting, tempting, seducing, fighting, chatting, and constant feeling of ecstasy throughout her body, Minaeve was very entertained.

She noticed Kal's pause as the elf woman noticed, and then promptly stared (likely without really realizing it) at her bosom. Minaeve smiled and bounced them around to entice Kal to "go for it". Then the elf woman continued her talking, causing Minaeve to pout slightly, but the queen wasn't put out by a long shot.

As Kal talked about treasure distribution, Minaeve nodded and stood up, consciously brushing her bosom against the elf's arm, with the slightest of moans.

"That's fine, Darling. I'm sure someone else would argue for an equal share, but I don't personally care. I've gotten much more of a reward already." She winked as she spoke those last words.

Minaeve walked about the cave, checking for hoards and treasures. She eventually found a large, heavy looking chest, and bent down to open it - doing so while giving Kallisa a very intentionally good view of her massive mammies.

The chest was full of currency and precious stones. Some jewelry and interesting looking artifacts were also within.

"I like this. I wonder what else is here."

This is it. This is where she dies. And she's said that before but this is really where she's going to die-- her heart is just going to explode. It just can't handle the sheer amount of gay that Minaeve is giving off right now because when Kal feels gay her heart speeds up and sometimes she faints. Obviously whoever decided she had heart problems only did it because she was too powerfully gay.

Kal cleared her throat. "Uh, yeah," she decided, starting to put gems in her bag. Was her entire face red? It certainly felt like it. In the midst of this, she spotted a dagger in a sheath made of sturdy black leather, studded with sapphires or some other expensive-looking gem. She offered it to Minaeve.

"I think this suits you," she decided. "And, you know, everyone could use a knife, just in case, even if you are pretty handy with that scythe."

Kallisa was positively adorably red. Minaeve could barely stand it. Everything about this woman just tickled her and excited her to no end. She certainly did not expect the elf woman to give her a gift.

The dagger was exquisitely crafted and beautiful. Minaeve leaned down to grab it, maintaining her awoken form to intimidate any possible remaining hostilities out of acting. And to entice Kal, of course.

Minaeve reached for the dagger, purposely brushing her hand gently and sensually against Kallisa's, letting the blustery elf feel her soft flesh.

"Thank you, Love. It really is quite a piece of work, if I do say so."

You are also a piece of work. A beautiful piece. She thought to herself.

Kal swallowed. "You're stunning-- I mean welcome," she said. "Well, both."

This was entirely too much gay. Her heart was beating so fast and loud it was almost assuredly audible-- and because it was far too much gay, her eyes rolled back in her head and she fainted, right then and there, her head landing on the pile of coins with a clunk. Kallisa is fucking dead, guys.

"Oh dear..." Minaeve couldn't help but sort of giggle at Kal's limp form. "I guess I laid it on a bit too thick, then...."

Minaeve moaned with pleasure as her body shrank down to her normal form. It always felt good. Shoving the dagger deep into her cleavage, hidden and secure, Minaeve got to work shoving all the treasures and valuables she could find into a corner of the cave wall. No one else survived, so only the two women knew it was all there. Minaeve could easily come back for it later with Kal.

For now, however, Minaeve had an adorable unconscious elf to take care of. Gently, Minaeve scooped Kallisa into her arms, securing the elf in her embrace. Her breasts would undoubtedly press against Kallisa's body, but this was unavoidable.

A pool of black formed at Minaeve's feet, and she sank down into it, Kallisa in tow. A few seconds later, they popped up out of the ground outside of the cave. It was still light outside, thankfully, so Minaeve had no real trouble heading towards the nearby city. It would take a while, but she relished this time.

Kal found her senses again in a minute or two, and the first thing she noticed was the large amount of boob in her face. She blinked, still a bit hazy, but didn't say anything to this and, in fact, readjusted her head so it was nestled a little further into Minaeve's bust. In addition to being fun to play with, they made excellent pillows.

"You're so soft," Kal marveled softly. "I didn't realize people could be so soft. When did we leave the cave again?" She blinked, getting her bearings. It was mid-evening and they were outside of the city. She had probably passed out because she was gay. Kal made a mental note to mention this to the cousin that made her that heart medicine-- make it stronger. Maybe someday they'd strike a happy medium and she could look at attractive women like a normal elven lesbian.

"Ah. You're awake. And here I was enjoying your adorable sleeping face."

She smiled as Kallisa adjusted her head to better use Minaeve's bosom as a pillow.

"Comfortable?" She asked teasingly. "I am indeed very soft. It is a marvelous feeling, I must say. You would find that I am quite soft all over, to be honest. I enjoy it, and I love it when others enjoy me."

The pressure of Kal's head against her breast felt good to Minaeve. Her breasts were very sensitive - in no small part due to their size - and she was pleased Kallisa was enjoying them in her own way.

"We only just got out of the cave. You passed out right before as well. I had to teleport us out. Don't worry, there are no side effects, Darling. You just worry about keeping your head comfortable. It is getting chilly though, and we're not quite at the city yet. I hope you're plenty warm. Don't be afraid to snuggle up more closely to me, Love. I am quite fond of the sensation."

"Don't have to tell me twice," Kallisa mumbled, setting her head back down. She was tempted to just take a nap, like her cousin always scolded her for not doing when something set off her heart problems, but she had things to do.

But ten minutes couldn't hurt, could it?

"I guess I should head back to my place in a bit," Kal admitted. "A bit, though. Business can wait."

"At least rest up a bit, Darling. We're going to head to a nice warm inn so we can relax, eat something to restrengthen us after that big fight, maybe take a bath. I'd love to get to know you a little bit more, as well."

Minaeve walked through the lands, every minute, it seemed as though it were getting darker. While Minaeve wasn't particularly afraid of being out in the dark at night, she did not really feel like being stuck out in the wilderness for long. Besides, she had an elf woman in her arms who Minaeve thought was absolutely adorable. The way Kal nestled against Minaeve's bosom was too much.

She really didn't understand why she was having all these considerate thoughts about someone else. It wasn't like her - well, it was a long time ago - and she was a little frightened by it, but for the most part, she enjoyed it.

"When you fainted back there, you gave me cause for concern. I won't feel satisfied unless we get you somewhere to relax. I can feel tension in your body. I think someone needs a massage. Or at least a good soak."

Either way, Minaeve was attempting to figure out how she could spend even more time around Kallisa. She'd love to bathe with her or give her a full body massage (likely with her breasts), but she wasn't certain whether it would be welcome.

She really never was concerned with this sort of thing before...

Kal chuckled, her eyes still closed and her head resting on Minaeve's chest. "I didn't realize you cared so much," she remarked. "Though all that proximity to an attractive woman might make it worse. My heart problems act up when I get too gay. I'm pretty sure it's because I'd be too powerful otherwise."

"I've got a vial of medicine at my house that I take when this happens," she says. "I think we ought to go there rather than spending money on an inn." She realized full well that she had a bag full of money to pay for things with but old habits died hard.

"And, not that I'm complaining, and not to sound unappreciative of the fact that you're kind enough to do this," Kal continued. "I'm pretty sure I can walk now."

Honestly, Minaeve  didn't really quite realize that she cared so much, either. It was rather surprising. This woman certainly was fascinating, and she wanted to keep around her. Something about that feeling refused to die down at all.

"Well, I'm certainly pleased you consider me attractive, Darling. Though, so do I." She laughed with a deep maturity and sighed. "You're not bad looking yourself," she teased.

Despite being loathe to release Kallisa from her arms just yet, Minaeve didn't want to make the elf uncomfortable, so she let go slowly, allowing the elf to find ground with her lovely legs.

"I suppose we could head over to your place, though I could almost certainly guarantee that we wouldn't have to 'pay' for anything."

She stuck her tongue out slightly as she said this.

Goodness, she was turning into someone else, it almost seemed like - her more upbeat behavior was surprising to her.

Thoughts of seeing this woman's home certainly were appealing, however. Especially from the inside and in a particular room, but Minaeve held these thoughts back. Another new concept to her.

"Have to be blind to not consider you attractive," Kal admitted, finding her balance and adjusting her gloves once she was on her own two feet again. She grinned a little. "We're the prettiest damn pair of adventurers in this city, huh? We could rule the world with this kind of talent. Today, Connaloth-- tomorrow, the universe."

But that was all in jest and anyway, Kal couldn't imagine herself running anything much bigger than her mercenary operation. She'd wonder, and perhaps she'd push her business slowly towards massive success-- but for now headquarters was a fletching shop in the mercantile district and that was fine.

Kal led Minaeve a short ways through the city, still bustling with life despite the hour. Reahj never slept, it seemed-- always there was somebody up, be they a guardsman patrolling the city, a parent reading a child to sleep, a servant doing the evening's chores or a thief lurking in the night for their next target. There was the chaotic energy that came with many different types of people mingling together about Reahj, and that was what Kal loved about it. Wherever she was, Reahj would always be home.

She led Minaeve to a shop squashed between a shop that sold fishing equipment and a shop that sold saddles. The curtains on the doors were drawn and the lights inside were out. The sign hanging above the door had no writing, but an image of a fiery red bird with an arrow superimposed on top of it. Cases of well-made artisan arrows were displayed in the store window, alongside an ornate-looking bow. But Kal led Minaeve around the side of the shop into a narrow alley that smelled like mold and cat urine, and to a low, slightly lopsided door.

Kal unlocked it with the key on her keyring. "Watch your head," she said as she went inside, ducking under the doorframe. "Everything in this damned world is made for gnomes, my house included. Sorry if it's a bit cramped."

It was-- some would say cozy, in that high-pitched voice one used when they were denying an obvious if unsavory truth, but it was cramped. Kal tossed another log on the dying fire in the tiny hearth that nonetheless did its best to warm the space. She sat on the stool near the fire to remove her breastplate and the quilted gambeson she wore beneath, and took off her greaves and boots in the same motion. There didn't seem to be any rack for these things-- she just dumped them on the ground. Of course she lived alone, so there was no mistaking her gear for anybody else's and thus, no need for a rack.

"There's the house," she said. "The bedroom is the first door there, and the bathroom is the second. And please don't touch the papers on the kitchen table-- that's work and I have a system, even if it looks like garbage."

"Well, regardless of its size, it's still very cozy, my Dear. I grew up in a palace, but there were too many rooms, so I really felt it was just a waste of space. I do plan to try and reclaim a bit of my old home one of these days, but it won't really be worthwhile if I don't do it properly and with goals to follow it."

Minaeve walked around Kal's home a little bit, taking in the different sights. There certainly wasn't much to it, but Minaeve didn't mind. She watched Kal remove her armor, taking in the sights of her soft body being freed from its protective confinements.

She really was beautiful. Minaeve was nothing if not an expect on almost all things sex and intimacy, and she knew there was much that attracted her to Kallisa. Even things she never thought she'd care about. Staring at Kallisa's backside from behind, Minaeve felt her heart pound within her chest, and her breasts ached from arousal.

Slowly, she moved towards the sitting elf woman, quietly and with determination.

She spoke quietly and innocently. "I'd love to see the rest of your home... the bedroom, perhaps?"

Reaching Kallisa, Minave bent down to lean in close, pressed her ample bosom into the elf's back, and slowly wrapped her arms around Kal's waist. Holding her close, Minaeve moved in to kiss Kallisa's neck. She did so slowly, and sensually, making sure to send Kallisa down the deep end of gay, gently sucking on the soft flesh below her jaw.

Pressing her chest further against Kallisa, Minaeve whispered with a highly erotic moan. "I want you, my Darling.  I think you want me, too. I'm all yours, Love. Accept me."

Kal swallowed. Her heart sped up. Don't do this to me now, she told it. Predictably, her heart did not respond.

"Bedroom," Kal repeated numbly. "I, ah-- hope you don't mind it being a little-- close-- who am I kidding." She let out a breathy laugh. But a hand reached up to cover Minaeve's, her thumb gently and slowly rubbing back and fourth. "At this point, I think I'd be a fool to refuse."

Her mouth curled into a smile. She breathed, in deep and then out-- controlled but no less cleansing. Her other hand went up to Minaeve's head, fingers twirling themselves in her hair. She wanted to return the kisses, let herself live a little after her victory-- she'd just fought a dragon and lived to tell! Why shouldn't she open the box a bit?

"I hope you know that you're very, very persuasive," she murmured to Minaeve, turning her head a bit. "But I imagine you do."

"I prefer 'close', Darling. The closer the better. Especially when it comes to a woman as attractive and darling as you."

Minaeve enjoyed having Kallisa's hand in her air, and felt excited at the woman's touch.

"Yes. I am very well aware of my persuasiveness. I can't help it. I just have that sort of affect, I suppose."

Minaeve kissed Kallisa's jaw bone, and then her cheek, and then, when the elf turned her head, Minaeve went straight for her lovely lips, planting her own upon them. She kissed Kallisa deeply, making each kiss slow, erotic, and satisfying, barely coming up for air. As they kissed, Minaeve slowly moved her hand up Kallisa's side, caressing her waist and rib cage. Finally, her hand stopped upon Kal's soft breast, and she began massaging it gently.

"What do you say we go and get comfortable. I'd love to really get to know you better. And of course, you're more than welcome to 'explore', as well."

Minaeve felt good all over. She wanted more. So much more. It was so hard to hold back. She just wanted this woman and everything she was.

"Comfortable sounds nice," Kal replied, lips ducking back in for kisses to Minaeve's lips and jaw between her words. "It's a good thing the bedroom is so close, isn't it?"

And indeed the bedroom was just a few steps away. It was, in fact, mostly bed, but that was because the room itself was so small. Kal whacked the side of her head on the doorframe on the way in and muttered a string of elven curses that'd make the most seasoned sailor clutch his pearls, but any head injury was promptly forgotten when Kal focused her attention back on what was most important-- sucking face with, probably, the most beautiful woman in the world.

She ran a hand over the curve of Minaeve's hip. "Wow," she murmured, her lips inches from Minaeve's skin. "I'm the luckiest adventurer alive."

"Do you like my curves, Darling?" Minaeve cooed as Kallisa caressed her thick hip. Pressing her body tightly against Kal, Minaeve slipped a leg between both of Kallisa's so they could be as close together as possible as they kissed - each kiss deeper and more full of feeling than the last. Pleasure and arousal swept through every inch of Minaeve's body, causing moans and giggles to come forth.

Breaking away ever slightly, Minaeve turned so that her back was to the bed, and slowly she fell upon it, pulling Kallisa down with her without breaking a stride. Minaeve rested her head on a pillow, and smiled up at Kallisa, who she helped get into a better position.

"Don't be afraid, Love.." She gently took Kallisa's hands and placed them on her breasts, which were by this time very ready for some attention.

"They'd so love to meet you, my Dear." She slowly guided Kallisa's hands around her breasts, letting the woman feel their softness thoroughly. She wouldn't force anything upon Kallisa, but she wanted Kal to know her body in all its glory.

"If I ever say I don't, have me put away for delusions," Kal replied. She leaned down and pressed her lips to Minaeve's neck, trailing kisses just under her jawbone and up to her ear, then back down her neck. When Minaeve guided her hands to her breasts, Kal took the opportunity and sank into the softness, letting out a sigh of pleasure when she did. The softness was just as she expected-- and what else had she expected but perfect?

Reality check: Kal had survived a dungeon crawl and a dragon fight and was currently making out with her partner in the dungeon crawl and dragon fight. Still living, despite fainting from being so incredibly gay earlier, and she wasn't sure why she hadn't fainted again yet. Maybe she was tired of keeping the gay box closed.

When the reality of it set in, a blush rose to the tips of Kal's pointed ears. "I don't think my hands are big enough to hold these as they ought to be held," she joked weakly, though she tried anyway-- she tried to focus her appreciation of Minaeve's breasts on around her nipple area, thumbs brushing through the fabric of Minaeve's top. Perhaps it was best not to get too crazy, though.

"You don't need to be able to cover them completely, Darling. I think that it's fascinating that you have plenty to work with. And, goodness, do you know how to work with them."

Minaeve relished the feeling of Kallisa's thumbs working over her sensitive, and very alert, nipples. She couldn't get enough of it. While Kal continued to play with her bosom, Minaeve ran her hands down the elf woman's beautifully built legs - gently massaging her shins and delicious thighs.

"I have to say, my Love. You are very well built. Those legs absolutely are fantastic. I love watching them move.... and how they feel."

Minaeve moved her hands from Kallisa's thighs to her beautiful rump, giving it a squeeze before making her way up Kal's back and to her head. Caressing her cheek, Minaeve gently pulled Kal's head before her, not hurting her, helping the elf to move down closer to her.

When in reach, Minaeve once again pressed her lips against Kallisa's. Feeling her lips entwined with her own brought Minaeve to the edge of no return. All these enjoyable, pleasurable sensations at once were beyond anything she had ever imagined.

"You are, by far, the most fantastic woman I've ever had the most fortunate luck to come across. I daresay I shan't get enough of you."

Minaeve kissed Kallisa once more, and then wrapped her arms around her lover. Turning her body while also causing Kallisa to turn backwards, Minaeve caused both of them to end up on their sides. She slipped a leg between Kallisa's thighs once again, pressing against her.

"I hope you enjoyed me as much as I enjoyed you, Darling." She spoke softly as she caressed Kal's cheek and ran her fingers through the elf woman's hair.

Their breasts were pressed together, Minaeve's far outsizing Kallisa's - amusing to Minaeve, to be certain, but nonetheless a very exciting sensation.

"I bet you didn't start the day imagining you'd end up in bed with a woman like me."

Minaeve chuckled as she kissed Kallisa once more.

"And of course, there's plenty more of me to explore... If you recall me from when we were fighting the dragon."

She chuckled, referring to her almost Goddess-Like Form from before.

Kal chuckled. "As stunning as that was," she admitted. "I doubt you'd fit in my house at that size. Your head would break through the ceiling and I'm still paying off the initial loan." She would definitely need a bigger house if they wanted to try anything in Minaeve's power forms. Maybe Minaeve's place was bigger-- though that asked the question, did Minaeve have a house, or a place to stay-- tonight nonwithstanding? She'd ask later.

"I rarely start the day imagining I end up with any woman," Kal admitted. "It's been a long time since I've... well, since I've even felt the desire for romance, really. The last girlfriend I had was, oh, ten, twelve years ago? Back in my traveling days. She was really something, but ultimately what we both wanted was too different for it to work out once the Stone Stars disbanded. Ah, well." She shrugged. She hated talking about the past-- it made her feel old, and reminded her she wasn't getting any younger.

"Yes... Despite my habits and predispositions towards everything romantic and erotic, I prefer not being a 'homewrecker'." Minaeve smiled at her stupid joke and gently held Kallisa's hands as they continued to explore her breasts.

"Maybe one day, when we find a higher ceiling, then. I'm certain you'd really enjoy it."

Kallisa began talking about her last relationship. Minaeve admitted to herself that she didn't care about whoever it was Kal dated in the past - all that really mattered in that regard is that it opened up the opportunity for Minaeve to claim this woman for herself.

"Her loss, my Love. Now I have you, and you have me. Two very attractive women extremely attracted to each other. Nothing much better than that if you ask me." Her statement included everything involved in having relations with another, but she certainly enjoyed their current interactions quite a lot.

Minaeve's breasts were getting extremely bothered, and her nipples' sensitivity was starting to bother her a little bit due to the consistent rubbing of the fabric against them. This called for a most bold, yet very delicious move.

"Here's dessert, Darling." Minaeve teased. "Nothing better right before bed, I think."

Quickly and deftly, Minaeve wriggled out of her top - breasts bursting out of it with a most erotic jiggle. They slapped against each other, making sensual noises, and rested, fully exposed, in the full view of Kallisa's pleasured gaze. Her nipples were very erect, as was to be expected, and she smiled.

'They feel so much better when not constrained below cloth. Feel for yourself, Darling. They're ready as ever."

Kal snorted at the homewrecker comment but that was quickly forgotten when Minaeve pulled her top down-- well, that was one way to stop Kal from talking about her ex. She felt her heart speed up but she took a moment, one hand clenching the faded quilt on the bed, and cooled herself down. Keep it together, Davennus, she told herself. Don't ruin it.

"I take it back," she says, cracking a smile and leaning forward, pressing kisses to Minaeve's neck. "I've had daydreams about coming home to a beautiful woman before-- I just never thought that woman would end up being a work of art."

Her mouth moved lower, slowly trailing down to Minaeve's collarbone and over the top of one of her breasts. One hand played with her exposed nipple and the other found its way to her waist, staying put there while the other did all the work.

"Oh, yes, yes, yes!"

Minaeve was beyond the threshold now. She absolutely loved it when her breasts were fondled and kissed. Some of the best sensations in the world to her. Kallisa was very good at sending Minaeve into the abyss of pleasure, and it was all she could do to keep her legs from spasming and potentially kneeing Kallisa painfully. Minaeve gently rubbed her body against Kallisa unable to keep still any longer. She probably wouldn't do anything more beyond that, but it felt too good to lay unmoving.

"More. You make me feel beyond good, my Love. I wish I had come across you sooner. This is beyond amazing."

Kal had to agree. "I could've been doing this the entire time," she said slyly, her thumb running across Minaeve's erect nipple. "If I'd known this would happen, perhaps then I would've bought a bigger house." Though truth be told, real estate could not be further from her mind.

Kal moved her hand from Minaeve's breast and moved closer, hands going around to Minaeve's back. Her brain buzzed, though with what she wasn't sure. There was the physical pleasure, but then there was something else, something deeper-- something that made Kal want to maybe take things a step further.

"I'm going to bite a little here," she murmured into Minaeve's neck, her hands rubbing meaningless shapes into her back. "Tell me to stop if it hurts-- or if you don't like it."

With that she started the kissing again, slowly, almost teasing-- then she scraped against Minaeve's skin with her teeth, biting gently, but upping the ante and sucking on that spot as the seconds ticked on. A few marks here and there would do nicely.

"Well, maybe we could find a bigger home for our use sometime." Minaeve whispered, barely managing more than that from the constantly waves of ecstasy hitting every inch of her body. She wanted this woman. She needed this woman. Her body. Her everything.

"I'm usually the one running the show, but I have to say this is positively beautiful as well. I'll have to return the favor soon, I think."

As Kallisa closed the distance to cover her in kisses, Minaeve slowly slipped her hand into her lover's shirt, rubbing Kal's belly, and working her way up to the woman's smaller, yet equally gorgeous, breasts.

"Ooh," she chuckled. "I think your body is just as excited over me as mine is over you."

She massaged Kallisa's breasts gently, playing with her nipples with a skilled finger, feeling their arousal under her touch.

"I don't think you could do anything I'd dislike at this point, Darling. I want you to do everything."

"That'd be nice," Kal murmured into Minaeve's neck. She pulled her mouth away when she was satisfied at the reddish-violet mark blooming where Minaeve's neck met her shoulder that'd be a lovely midnight-purple in the morning. "I'll look forward to the day when I don't hit my head on rafters when I'm trying to dust."

Kal's breath hitched when Minaeve's hands met her breasts, nipples perked up in the night air. There were a few scars criss-crossing her skin where Minaeve's hands roamed, both recent and old, but it all tingled beneath Minaeve's soft, hands.

"Gods," Kal breathed, the syllable starting with a moan before fading. "I knew you were the type of woman who had a way with hands."

But it was getting late. Kal breathed, pulling herself back and admiring the set of love bites she'd left on Minaeve's neck and shoulder. She grinned breathlessly, leaning down and pressing a kiss to Minaeve's lips-- soft and slow, but with no less passion. "Perhaps we should pick this up at a later date," she suggested. "I've no doubt you could keep me up all night if we kept going, but work waits for nobody."

'Yes. I'll have to treat you to my most pleasing touches in the future, Darling. I'll make you feel good everywhere. That's a promise."

Minaeve kissed Kallisa's lips, returning the favor, and smiling as the elf pulled back.

"Oh yes. My stamina knows no bounds when it comes to war under the sheets, I assure you. Next time - and if I have my way, there will be many 'next times' - I'll send you so far over the edge, you won't want to stop."

Minaeve pressed herself tightly against Kallisa, getting in a few more kisses on the elf's neck and lips before running her hand across Kal's rump and down the back of her leg.

"Sneak peeks for pleasure to come," she teased.

"It's starting to feel awfully hot in here, too. I dislike being in uncomfortable heat in bed. Don't you?" She smiled. "I think we need to cool off a little bit somehow.."

Minaeve focused her mind on her clothing, and sure enough, she was able to manipulate them until they disappeared into the shadows from whence they had come in the first place. All she had to do to be dressed once more was call upon the darkness to clothe her. It was really quite convenient. Soon enough, she was really quite completely naked - every inch of her curvaceous, fair body was free of any clothing. Being naked was one of Minaeve's favorite things in the world. Especially in cool, pleasant weather.

Minaeve stretched her arms upwards, breasts wobbling about attractively. The movements caused goosebumps to form on her skin as, even with her body temperature being so high from all the excitement, it was cooling to move about.

Smiling at Kallisa, Minaeve gently placed a hand on her lover's side. "Like what you see, my Dear? All of this can be yours, you know. Anytime you want it. Now..."

Minaeve chuckled mischievously as she deftly lifted Kallisa's shirt up from her body, and pulled it off without a hitch. Taking a moment to admire the elf woman's bare torso and abdomen, Minaeve moaned with approval.

"Mmmm. I definitely like what I see. I could get used to this view."

Not entirely satisfied, Minaeve went further, and undid the straps and pulls on Kallisa's trousers, quickly pulling them off and throwing them in a corner. She ran a hand down the elf's now exposed legs, giving them a squeeze.

"You have a beautiful body, Darling. I want to feel every inch of you against me tonight."

She pressed herself against Kallisa, kissing her again.

The two now very bare women were close together. Minaeve positioned her bosom to provide a most comfortable place to rest her head.

"I could probably get used to this," she whispered to herself.

Kal flushed to the tips of her ears. How she hasn't fainted yet throughout all of this, she doesn't know. But was it really the worst thing in the world? At least Minaeve had warned her about the impending strip-- in a manner of speaking.

"You have an infinite wardrobe," Kal said, awed. "You know, I wondered-- I guess that helps with the whole traveling light thing." Now is not the time, Kallisa.

She had to admit it was nice-- feeling Minaeve's hands on her breasts, her toned stomach, her lean and muscled thighs. Her skin was the slightest bit rough and pockmarked with scars and calluses, telling stories of a life lived with activity. Her palms were tough but tender when they moved up to cup Minaeve's cheeks, her thumb brushing Minaeve's cheekbone. It was a tender gesture for an otherwise heated context-- What could she say? Kal loved a contradiction.

Kal nestled her head on Minaeve's bare breast contentedly, feeling the softness and the heartbeat beneath. Her fingers played idly with Minaeve's hair-- on the move, as always. "I could deal without the dragon battles," she admitted. "Though I'd do it a lot more if things like this happened afterwards."

Minaeve gently held Kallisa's head against her bosom while gently running a hand down the woman's side. She also kissed her lover's forehead gently, loving any excuse to feel this woman's skin against hers.

"I don't mind doing this whenever you want, Darling. I absolutely enjoyed this wonderful night of ours, and want many more just like it. In fact..."

Minaeve smiled. "I was thinking we could spend some quality time together tomorrow. You could show me around the city a bit more as I've had yet to explore it for myself - been busy doing other things and all. We could find a nice place to chat and get to know each other, and then maybe even have a lovely little picnic outside in the night. Doesn't that sound absolutely marvelous?"

Minaeve's body tingled as she thought about spending another romance-filled night with Kallisa under the stars (romance was something she'd never cared about, but this time was different). Maybe she'd surprise the elf woman and give her much more to explore next time.

"Make me yours, Darling, and I want you to be mine."

She still had a bit of hesitance to the whole thing due to what had happened in the past, but....

The past was the past, right? Maybe she could finally really mean something to someone, and perhaps, eventually, she'd come to open up to her old self more, as well.

With these hopeful thoughts unconciously flowing through her mind, Minaeve gently kissed Kallisa's soft breasts - each kiss long and lingering.

"Feel free to sleep, Darling. I'll keep you warm and comfortable as you do.

"I know just the place," Kal said, smiling. "I know this city like the back of my hand. Soon's I finish with my errands for the day, my focus is all on you. And I'll make breakfast." Kal could make some mean pancakes, if she did say so herself. "Don't worry, though. I'm at my best early in the morning-- I'll probably be done before you even wake up."

"Don't have to tell me twice. Good night," she murmured, kissing Minaeve gently for the final time that night. Then she nestled her head back against Minaeve, head tucked under her chin. Kal couldn't remember the last time she dozed off feeling so content, so satisfied, so safe. If there were to be more nights like this, Kal would fight off a hundred dragons.

She woke early, when the sun was barely poking its head over the horizon-- force of habit. She wriggled out of bed as best she could, trying not to disturb her bedmate. She nearly hit her head on one of the beams in the ceiling and dodged like a boss, ducking under the doorframe to the kitchen when she went to make herself some coffee and open up the shop.

Soon the smell of coffee grounds filled the small house, and Kal knocked the stuff back like bitter medicine that nonetheless did its job. She flipped through business orders left by her attendants-- Pinch, Ryder, and Toothless-- sitting at the desk behind the register of the shop as the sun rose above the buildings. When it was up and shining in the front windows, Kal went up and flipped the red card in the window over to the green side, and unlocked the front door. Soon her employees would start to arrive, and then she'd make breakfast for herself and Minaeve.

Minaeve woke up slowly - stretching her arms and yawning and relishing the pleasant coolness against her skin that the air provided due to the morning. She noticed that Kallisa was out of bed - probably straight to work considering what Minaeve had learned of her in their time together. She could still see her body's imprint on the bed, and traced a hand over it.

Minaeve was a jumbled mix of feelings and emotions - many she hadn't felt normally in quite some time. It was strange. Whenever she thought of Kallisa, she felt a rather tight, twingy sensation in her bosom. She wasn't certain what it was, but it wasn't altogether unpleasant. She was certain, however, that the previous night was one of her best, and if spending time with Kallisa meant she could have more nights like that, along with all the other emotions and activities that came with extensively interacting with Kallisa, then that was alright with Minaeve. At least for now.

Getting out of bed, Minaeve looked around for Kallisa. She heard some light noises a bit away. And the smell of coffee. A pleasant scent to wake up to, to be certain. Minaeve eventually found Kallisa sitting at a desk in what appeared to be the shop from before. Smiling, Minaeve slowly approached the elf woman from behind like last night.

After a few moments, Minaeve stood behind Kallisa, and wrapped her arms around her lover, cupping her hands over Kal's breasts gently. Holding her, Minaeve leaned forward to kiss Kallisa's cheek.

"Morning, my Love. Unable to start slow today, I see. Well, there's no problem in that. Sleep well? How were the world's best pillows? Fluffy enough for you?"

Minaeve chuckled, prepared to let go of Kallisa if anyone else showed up.

Kal's ear twitched when she heard Minaeve getting up, and she smiled-- another day with Minaeve. Kal would never turn down an opportunity to make a friend, especially if it'd be good for business, but this felt different. Minaeve probably wasn't economically advantageous. To Kal's knowledge, she was a wanderer with insane magical powers that were interesting but not immediately profitable unless she wanted to become a prostitute or something, and that just felt like a waste of Minaeve's particular skillset, and anyway, Kal didn't deal in flesh-- her business code was she didn't get involved with that sort of thing. So no trafficking, no assassiantion, no enslavement, nothing where the goods in question were people. Kal was a merchant, not a monster. Her mercs did clean work and, if things worked out, nobody died that didn't need to.

So what was this, anyway? Kal didn't usually find herself wanting to spend time with somebody unless it'd be good for her business. In her thirty years of living in the heart of Reahj, she's learned that altruism was well and good but if it didn't make a profit, it probably wasn't any good. Her cousins that married did it because the partner had something to offer. Her cousins that went into deals with flesh did it because it was profitable and their moral compasses were a little looser than Kal's. Even the aunts and uncles that raised Kal did what they did because it meant a profit, because it meant there was a chance that something would raise them a little higher than what they were. There was an element of altruism in there, but at its core the way Kal was raised was that the end goal in life was to make money.

Well. Kal had money-- perhaps not a lot, but between her store and her company, she could live fairly comfortably. True, she was one unfortunate accident away from ruin, but as long as she was careful, she had enough to pay for her property and her food and clothes and some extras, too without stressing too much. So, what now?

Perhaps that was all there was to be done. Perhaps this was the end of her story; this was why she'd gone on those adventures when she was young, why she'd clawed her way to the top of the mercenary world and claimed the throne by her bloody fingernails. Perhaps the emptiness she felt was just a reaction to the fact that she'd achieved her goal.

But that was neither here nor there. She grinned a little when she felt Minaeve, still working on her papers. "I can never get anything done in the day if I lie in in the morning," Kal admitted. "Though I admit, it was tempting. Many a head must've been happy on your chest."

Minaeve shook her head at Kallisa's statement.

"You're the first, actually. While I admit I've spent many an intimate hour with many people, it was never romantic, and I never actually slept with anyone. You're the only one I've wanted to actually spend time under the covers with."

Minaeve kissed Kal's neck, gently massaging her breasts as she did so. Her intentions were not to bed Kal again so early so quickly, but she knew that one could show affection away from the bed anyway. She wanted to give Kallisa an enjoyable pick-me-up to help her through the morning the only way she knew how: Sexual Stimulation.

"You're also the only one I've ever felt a desire to have more than sexual intimacy with. I admit that it is a bit strange to me, but not altogether unenjoyable. I'm just not used to having desires beyond the flesh in regards to others. I'm liking it, though. You make me feel more and more like my old self. Like love might not be such a fairy tale anymore. I thank you for that."

Her own words surprised Minaeve.

Love? Was that what this was? Perhaps. She could certainly see it being the case, though she wasn't certain. She certainly was attached to the beautiful elf woman before her.

The first, huh? Kallisa couldn't deny her ears warmed a little at that. If Kal was Minaeve's first romantic experience in a while, Kal had better step up her game.

"Of course love's not a fairy tale," Kal promised, tangling her fingers in Minaeve's hair and leaning back to kiss her, leaning back in her chair to do so. "But it doesn't mean I won't do my damndest to make it feel like magic." She grinned at that, and set her pen down. She stood, narrowly avoiding hitting her head on a rafter, and cracked her knuckles.

"Alright!" she decided. "Let me get the shop opened up, and we'll start the day with breakfast! It's my dad's recipe, so it's not quite a Kallisa Original, but I've, ah, improvised. I hope you like rosemary." She mumbled that last bit. Though maybe she should spice it up? No, best not. She wanted to make this day great, if not perfect, for Minaeve. Kal was not the type to half-ass something she decided she wanted to do.

"I'm sure I'll like anything you cook up, Darling. If I can ever find the ingredients, I'll have to make a Valyrian delicacy one of these days. I've not had it in so long."

Minaeve chuckled at her own words. It was a good morning so far. Certainly a farcry from most days she experienced in recent times. The fact that she had someone she could spend time like this with - it was going a long way towards making her feel like her old self again. It would take a long time, but perhaps she could heal at long last.

Minaeve kissed Kallisa once the tall elf got up to go about really starting the day, and gave her rump a playful squeeze.

"I do love to watch you move, my Dear."

Curious as to what it was that Kal would be making, Minaeve followed her and observed.

"What exactly shall we have prepared today?"

What in the nine Hells was Valyrian? But there were more important things to worry about, so Kal shrugged. "If you give me the recipe, I'll see what I can do."

Kal started taking ingredients out of the cupboards and setting them on the somewhat-lopsided countertop. Flour, a few eggs in a little box insulated with sawdust, some butter, some sugar, the day's milk delivery-- and a few sprigs of rosemary clipped from the neighbor's bush. She started putting the ingredients together into a bowl and whisking it all together, humming a little song with no real melody as she did so.

"Pancakes," she said. Had pancakes been invented? Who cares. "Then I'll open up the shop and have the kids mind it for the day, and we can swing by the post office so I can mail a few things, and by the merc's guild office so I can turn in some paperwork. Then I suppose we could spend the morning in the city-- does that sound alright to you?"
