  Physical Description
  Atharon is a fairly intimidating half-elf not only in personality, but physical appearance as well.  To say the least, he's built like a wall and has not grown frail, unlike most other nobles.  Despite this he's long-limbed and can appear quite tall when standing at full length (especially with the way he carries himself).  He is very fair skinned which is in dire contrast to his midnight black hair.  His face is smooth despite his years, and as far as he's concerned, he's only gotten better looking with age.  It's yet to be confirmed if this is true.
  
  Often he gazes at one with a certain cold apathy that seems to project right through; it's almost as if he knows everything he needs to know about a person before he even says one word to them.  His eyes are of a piercing gray that seem to make one shiver if stared into them for a long time.  The visage, though stretched with fine skin, can appear rather knowing as well.  He carries the experience of years in his face.
  
  Personality
  Outwardly, Atharon has a love for the finer things in life. He's not into the wild immaturities of young bachelors but undergoes ploys that often involve Senoniya in some way (even if only in fantasy as he considers her one of these things). He embraces the privileges of his position and likes to dress decadently, but isn't afraid to walk around in rags if there's nothing else to wear. And if that's not suitable, he certainly wouldn't mind walking around naked if such a thing was legal.
  
  Like his wife, his visage is as esoteric as a ten thousand year old religion, and there is very little aid in knowing just what he might be thinking. The cunning this being his capable of is perhaps even greater than that of his wife. His mind is in constant flurry to create machinations in an effort to thwart an enemy's move against him. He's undyingly patient with such things, to the point where it might seem he forgot a past transgression, only to manipulate the playing field to his advantage and destroy them when they least expect it. Residing within him is a thirst for knowledge like no other, in which he learns words of wisdom from old masters of subterfuge and victory that are now long forgotten.
  
  In terms of family, like the majority of his blood kin, he's fiercely loyal to his family (mostly his immediate as opposed to cousins and the like). He's not likely to defend the name if insulted or be foolish enough to accept a challenge to a duel (he likes life too much), but rather he'd consider exacting his revenge using the same subterfuge and malice he would his political opponents. According to him, "The invisible enemy is the greatest enemy." However, even with this in mind, he's not afraid to use force and the whole of his power if necessary.
  
  And of his family, he loves them with all the love he's capable of and more. In terms of intimacy, there's no woman he'd ever loved or coveted more than Senoniya and it showed when he decided that he would have her the first moment he saw her. He leaves it open to the possibility that perhaps it was lust at first site as opposed to real love, but nonetheless he knows that love grew as a result of learning of her true nature. He sees her for who she truly is and encourages every aspect of her behavior and is not afraid to reprimand her for something he deems as "irresponsible". In his eyes, they are one in the same and firmly believes that when like marries like, there will be a never-ending happiness.
  
  Beneath his visage, Atharon is an increasingly collected individual. He has learned to control most of his emotions, save a few that revolve around his wife. And while he's not quick to anger, his wrath is not the best thing in the world to be a glutton for. He's cold and enjoys playing mind games with those he greatly dislikes (and they don't know it, yet). Usually he'll attempt to think first then act, but, when spurred to great passion, he'll express it with the utmost vehemence. When it comes to politics, he's quite a head for it (but his wife's better) and often connects political matters to the "thrill of the hunt".
  
  In a sense it's quite ironic that for all his belief in enjoying his position of power, he sees the realm of the Serendipity nobility with cynical eyes, scorning both their behavior and lifestyle all the while, he himself indulges in the pleasures of his position. It's not quite so much that he enjoys power, but the act of obtaining it. He enjoys control so much more.
