Physical Description
A tall, broad shouldered, muscular man with deeply tanned skin from years spent in the sun. He has wild, dirty blonde locks that fall to about shoulder length and tends to keep a scruff beard- although on occassion he's gone clean shaven. He has blue eyes like the sky and tends to wear practical clothing. He has a single piercing on one ear.
He's also devilishly good looking- and he knows it

Personality
He can come off as a chauvinistic pig because well.. he kinda is. Always a man looking after his own back, Winston headed south when the war in Connlaoth got to a point where he'd be forced to fight. He served his time and wasn't about to fight for a cause he didn't believe in- not to mention he and his sister were water mages.

He is a confident man who is very practical but isn't without his own sense of humor.. and honor.

He also really enjoys the company of women and booze- being drunk helps him forget he was a coward and failed his sister

He isn't a fan of sweets. He prefers bitter foods and drinks


Magic/Abilities
Excellent marksman and soldier - he's one of the few persons in Essryn with a gun. He uses them sparingly as getting more ammunition isn't exactly easy
Knowledgeable survivalist
Storm mage - although he doesn't fully realize this yet (he thinks he's some type of water mage)

History
Born and raised Connlaothian, his father was a career soldier and tradesmen. He had connections to Essryn, and he and his sister both had the chance to grow up exploring the desert as well as the rolling hills of Connlaoth.
They were mages, however, and known too - his father preaching honesty and he fought for the Grand Duke until the day he died.

Which left Winston as the male heir of the family and things quickly went down hill from there..
