A gloomy city set long the banks of a river, Tsubai is lit by endless strings of lanterns, from the smallest of boats to the largest of houses. In the center of the city, it's almost possible to forget what dangers lurk in the dark of the marshes.

Hidden from most, the Hunter Fortresses of Rulastinia stand tall and foreboding. Housing entire libraries of knowledge, these fortresses are kept under constant watch and guard to make sure only those trained to fight the forces of darkness are even aware of their existence.
