The girl looked around. Finally she had arrived at her Destination. For the whole trip she had thought that she wouldnt make it, but here she was. She as just in time. She was supposed to be here to meet someone who would help her. Her mother's Sister, who was living in the village had promised her a place to stay, and now all she had to do was fnd the elderly woman. She had said to meet her at the Inn called the Horse and Hound. Well, here she was and still no sign of the woman. Just as she was about to turn around and leave, a figure came out the inn and beckoned her in. She followed, the old woman would try insideif she couldnt find her. Besides, she was very hungry.

Goldie

Petaekka grinned merrilly as she took another gulp of ale that was continueously being refilled at her whim.  It had been a wonderful day and there was no better way than to celebrate with a pint in her hand and unsuspecting passersby grinning stupidly at her jokes.

Oh, but it never seemed to get old.  In fact, it got better and better the more she practiced....the more drunk people staggered outside only to realize the next morning that something very precious was missing....

Their money bags.

"An' then Ah said, 'ye best not be talkin' t'that!'" Peta roared the punch line of her story, pretending drunkenness in order to lure more people to her side.  It was amazing how many people would come over to hear her fabricated stories, how many people were so unsuspecting.

Grinning ear to ear, the small woman jumped off of her stool and fell into a staggering bow to the person next in line to tell their tale.  As he climbed up, she deftly plucked his wallet and emptied it into her boot before staggering into a table to drop the now empty bag underneath.  She could tell that if she continued her pursuits, the chances of being caught would raise dramatically, so instead she left the fable circle she had created and walked over to a small booth in the corner.  It gave her enough privacy and it also provided a view of the entire inn.

When the small bell that hung over the door chimed, her eyes flickered to the figure entering, the old woman who helped run the place leading her.  It took a quick glance to tell Petaekka that the girl was new here, but she didn't have any thoughts of robbing her.  It was always better to seem a good samaritan so when the poor fools woke the next morning they wouldn't think to blame that "cute little woman".

Leaving her half empty pint on the table, Peta walked foreward with a friendly smile.

"Ah can show 'er around, May" she told the woman.  They had gotten to know each other over the past few weeks that Peta had stayed here, mostly because the old woman had thought she was lying when she told her she was actually 22.  Her height made it difficult for people to believe it, reaching only four foot nine, but eventually she had proven it and now was...semi-trusted, but the good woman.

"Ah 'ave a nice table in th'corner if ye'd like." she told the girl with a genuine smile.
