Not far from the capital city of Arca were a small village that were mostly known for it's crystal mines that produced many wonders made from the crystal they mined. It was a calm day work continued as usuall the workers went on with their day, never noticing the small child that sat against one of the buildings.

Timea were leaning against the wall not worrying too much about another overload since it were not that long since it had last happened, She were here in this town because she had learned that she could use natural crystals to store magical energy in but as she were dirt poor she had no way of obtaining such crystals.

-"There's no way i can get enough money for even a small crystal..."

She said to herself while letting her gaze drift over the workers that walked about doing their thing not even giving Timea a second glance, to them she were just another homeless child that would probably be gone by the next day. And at this point it seemed that would be the case because Timea could not stay too long, her pursuers would surely find her if she stayed too long.

"Oh, come on back, doll!"

Jordan Starling had tried to leave the inn - where she'd hoped to apply for a job as a barmaid - casually, but the words the man shouted after her made her stop and turn around and snap back at the man, "You call me 'doll' one more time, sir, and I'll knock your head off!"

But that didn't stop the man from catching up to her and putting an overly familiar arm around her. "Calm down, do- kitten," the man grinned. "How was I supposed to know 'that wasn't the kind of job you meant?' No need to be someone. Why don't you come back and see what we can work out?"

Jordan removed the man's arm from around her and, making good on her promise, clipped him open-palmed on the back side of the head. She stormed off before he could follow her. She didn't want that job, that was true. But she needed to find something. It had been four months since she'd left Featherfall, and what she'd taken with her was getting a bit thin to live off of...

Lost in these thoughts, she didn't even notice Timea, who she walked straight into.

Timea looked to the side and sighed as she decided to try and get some rest before continuing her thoughts about how to get some crystals, She did not even need a scuplted one just a raw piece of crystal to use for putting some magical energy into so that she could ease the pressure of the magical energy inside of her.

-"Hmmm?"

She opened her eyes when she heard someone very near her but before she could look up at the person she was walked into and fell over. She opened her eyes to realize she were lying under the person who had collided with her and she felt her left arm hurting a lot which quickly brought tears to her eyes. She whined as she tried to get up but she were not strong at all and such could not get up from under the person who were on top of her.

-"Owww.."
