I need to make art of Meisa anyways, so seemed like a good idea to make a thread to share some of my artwork! I'd be more than happy to take requests for your characters, though they're little more than sketches done with a pencil and some paper. I put about 10 minutes into each sketch, and mostly do busts and head shots because I'm still working on learning how to draw people while coming up with a style I enjoy and can work with. So, for now have some Meisa sketches!

If you have a request just post a link to a reference, either a picture or written, though for written descriptions I may take some artistic liberties.

Aww, what a cool concept :3
and I can relate to mostly drawing busts and stuff in about the same amount of time, but hey- practice is practice, right? Also, can't wait to see what more you'll draw :D

The Never King- a king erased from history because of his dabblings in dark magic (among other things...) suddenly because a present day problem when an unlikely group of adventurers 'awakens' him from the grave. I ran the Connlaothian civil war. For more info, check out it's page here. The war has now turned into a 'Cold War' with it's plotting page found here. It's no longer a huge site wide event but the scars are there.

Thanks, Visualspice! Humanoids are something that I enjoy as characters, but struggle with to draw, so I've been trying to get better at it. Hopefully with time and effort I'll eventually figure it out!

Yeah, my only advice is to keep practicing and finding good reference helps a lot!

Oh nice, Pero.

Those are feathers on Meisa, right? Man, feathers are a pain in the butt to draw! I have a character who is an avian-humanoid of sorts and the feathers just came out all wrong (too bad they cover a lot of his body) hrngh.

I look forward to seeing some more  drawings from you. :) (And roleplay posts, of course!)
