It had been a long time since Jason had taken on a task like this. Sure, he took on the occasional odd request every now and then over the years since he had been on his own, but usually they were simple hunting jobs or hired protection. Always it was because Jason needed some money for provisions or shelter. Not this time. No. This time was entirely different. He wasn't doing this for money. It wasn't even an actual job. He had heard rumors over his lifetime, stories of a gigantic wolf-beast that rampaged through the land tearing everything in site to pieces. He always thought it was just a bedtime story the older wolves told their kids to keep them in line. Now he knew differently. Jason had learned over the years that there was always a hint of truth in every myth, legend, and rumor. While on a trip into a nearby town, Jason heard some seasoned rangers exchanging stories of their travels over a few drinks. Normally the young wolf would take heed of what the rangers said and just continue on minding his own business. This time he heard something that caught his attention. Apparently there was a vampire nest nearby. Not that that was unusual in and of itself, humans knew of vampires and tended to stay clear of their territories. However, this nest had gotten hold of a gigantic bloodthirsty wolf beast a few decades back and were keeping it as their own personal feeding bag, torturing it for fun. Its screams of anguish could be heard for miles.

That was why he had to do this. Certainly the beast had gone mad from pain and imprisonment, but Jason could not let what was sure to be a member of his kind be held prisoner and tortured into madness. He had never gone up against a full nest of vampires before. If he was being honest with himself, he wasn't sure he'd be able to accomplish his goal and walk out of there alive on his own. Unfortunately the only other wolf he knew was Sahara, and he didn't want to bring her into this. It was too dangerous and she wasn't a fighter. So he set out on his own, deep into the woods in search of the rumored temple where the vampires were. He had changed into his full wolf form for this. It was much easier to track and to move around unnoticed in the woods that way. It was the form that Jason felt the most comfortable in, the most like himself. His senses were so much more potent in this form than in his human one. It would take him time to make his way through the woods to the temple without being seen. He still had to figure out how he was going to infiltrate the temple and put the beast out of its misery, but he had to worry about getting there first.

Crouched, ears flicking in different directions, her concentration simply on finding what she had been searching for. Karida knew she had to help the poor beast she had heard of. Her heart ached for it, being used just simply for others gain with no reward... simply barbaric. Weeks had passed as she searched the Fell for him, only recently had she made progress to find where he lay. Karida knew she was close, and the closer she became, the more the fire burned inside her to free him. She had no plan on what to do, or how to escape but knew it was what she had to do, she could feel it in every fiber of her being.  Karida had no pack, no one to help or to fall back on if she failed, but it did not matter to her. She was determined to be the one for others to depend on, even if they did not know who she was or the purpose behind her actions... she just felt the need to help.

She crouched in silence for a few moments longer as her eyes scanned the area, no one around. Her ears shifted again, no noise other than the chatter of wildlife native to this land. Her snout twitched, no smell out of the ordinary. After confirming she took off in a sprint closer to the direction she believed the beast was being held. This was what Karida was born to do, run. She always ran with every ounce of energy she had. Not only was she fast but impeccably agile, able to change her gate to match almost any terrain. After a short while something caught her attention, immediately she stopped and listened. Standing silent she listened for a few moments, her form frozen. "Let it go" a whisper in her head pleaded .

Deep down Karida had hoped that more of her kind would come to rescue the beast. It had been so long since she had run into someone like herself. "No one is coming" she thought to herself. Her determination became much more fierce. She thought of how the same thoughts had probably crossed the beasts mind at some point and it pulled at her heart.

Immediately, she began sprinting again without hesitation, completely forgetting about what she had stopped for in the first place. She had let her heart get so wrapped up in the idea of the pain of this poor beast she failed to check her surroundings before beginning again. As quickly as she began running it ended... she had come across the path of another wolf. She halted, her paws sliding on the earth stopping within inches of him. Heavily she panted, attempting to catch her breath but also from the adrenaline running through her veins.

Her amber eyes locked onto his gaze in shock... someone else had come.

Karida's soul was enveloped with sadness so quickly just from looking into his eyes. She stared at this one wolf as if she could stare at all of her kind at once. Her eyes said it all as she expressed her pain, the pain of feeling alone. The pain of feeling as if they had all turned their backs on her and left her alone. Pain, for having to defend herself for so long. All she ever wanted to do was help, and never received anything in return. The pain that her childhood pack had left her with... the pain that resided in her after they never came to save her.

Instinctively she slowly started stepping backwards, her ears flat on her head, a light whimper escaping her snout. Then it clicked, what she was here for in the first place. She darted, running as fast as she had ever pushed herself to run. Not only was she running to put distance between the wolf that reminded her so much or her past, but to get closer to the beast she intended to save.

And so, with one mighty roar of agony, the location would finally be found for where the beast was held below.

The roar was a mix, between pain, rage, lonliness. The main emotion that could've been heard this time was the longing to be free. Even from deep within the temple, it echoed out with much power, sending it through the small door frame. Now, this wouldn't have been an issue for anyone, except for the two guards who stood at that doorway, continuously clutching their ears and groaning out in annoyance. The roar would halt after a while, and new noises could be heard now, that these wolves would be the first to hear. Whimpers, and an inaudible sentence or two that were followed by laughter.

One of the guards stood there with a bow in hand, though was dropped quickly a moment ago to clutch her ears. Her skin was healthy, her eyes more stressed on the fellow guard than anything else. She stood barely over five feet, and her armore was the scattered, cult-like armor that such vampire clans wore. She gritted her teeth, her long fangs seen now protruding past her lower lip as she looked to her fellow guard and spoke with a lisp. "I grow tired of these stands, Jonas. When is our own shift over!?" Her voice hissed out with more rage than anything else. For not in a long time had anyone braved the temple, let alone the entrance of it.

The other guard was standing at a solid six feet, with a little more muscle than the average human. Because of this, his shirt was taken off, which gave the vibe that he was the strongest one physically in this cult. Returning to flexing his body and staring down at it after the roar, he responded to the fellow guard without looking away, and a much calmer tone. He, too, had a small lisp developing. "It is over when the others come out, Elise. Do not forget that standing out here-" He grunted at this moment, flexing his hands together as he stared to his biceps with an unmodest grin growing on his face. "-That this is a price I am willing to pay for the reward we've been blessed with." At that moment, the male dropped his arms, looking to her with wide eyes as a heavy inhaling was heard, clutching onto his ears as another sound came out.

A howl, a howl that could've been felt to the very core by the wolves nearby. Could it have been that this wolf sensed them? Or was it simply another noise that the best below made due to another harvesting? Nevertheless, the howl was very loud, and making the brute fall to his knees even though his hands clutched tightly to his ears. The female roared in anger as she clutched onto her own ears, kicking at the temple wall in an attempt to relieve stress.

At that moment, with no others around, it could've been a swift execution if the wolves wished it. The both were distracted for the time being, the archer's bow was on the ground, and even the weakest wolf in a pack could've overmatched this other vampire's strength. A simple match that wasn't very threatening. But what was threatening, however, was the cult that lurked beneath, the group that would've been harvesting. The number was unknown, but looking down the stairway, the room itself was very large.

He had smelled her before he had seen her. The unmistakable scent of another werewolf had caught his attention and made him stop in his tracks. There was another. Maybe he would have some help in this endeavor after all. He turned his head in the direction the smell was coming from, keeping his eyes focused and searching for any sign of movement while he let the sounds of the forest penetrate deep into his mind as he took note of them all. That was when the wolf came into view. It's coat was a beautiful mixture of grays and reds. It was larger than most normal wolves, but about average sized for a werewolf. Much more slender than that of the shifters, though. Jason noticed how agile the wolf was as it darted down her path. She was getting closer and fast, running directly at Jason. She was quicker than any wolf he had ever met before, almost as fast as Jason if not just as fast. The large grey wolf turned to face the newcomer, its bright red eyes watching her intently. He had assumed she would slow to a stop a few meters from him. He was wrong. When it was clear the wolf was not going to stop Jason became worried, his guard going up as his body prepared for a fight. He crouched low, getting into a position where he could easily sidestep and pounce if he needed to. His ears dropped flat against his head, his lips curling backward to bear his fangs. A low growl emanated from his chest.

And then, at what seemed like the last second, the she-wolf dug her paws into the ground and slid to a halt, stopping mere inches away from Jason. Her gaze locked on his, obviously panting to catch her breath. Jason relaxed his body, realizing there was no threat. He stood to his full height and tilted his head to inspect the new wolf. He only had a few moments to do so, however, before she slowly backed away and turned to run once more. In those few short moments, however, Jason saw a lot. The wolf's eyes revealed more to him than anything else, the way most being's eyes did for Jason. He did not see any fear or aggression or even worry in them. No. What he saw was hurt and loneliness. She had whimpered slightly as she backed away from him, her ears pressed flat against her head. Then she was gone.

A sudden bloodcurdling scream sounded about the forest at that point. It sounded as if whatever had caused it was in immense pain and very large. It had to have originated from the beast Jason had come to find and put down. The howl had come from the direction the other wolf had run off in. Was she trying to do the same thing? He supposed he would find out soon enough. He took off at his full speed in the direction of the sound, keeping track of where the other wolf's scent was as he went. He arrived shortly outside a beautiful temple that he could only assume was the home of the vampire's nest that were keeping the beast captive. He stayed among the treeline and took in every detail he could as he went, scouting out the location before making any move. That was when he smelled them. They smelled like death and blood. Nothing good could come from something that smelled that way. Not far off, just outside the entrance to the temple, were two figures. One was unmistakably male, the other a female. The male was shirtless and larger than the other vampire. There was a bow at the female's feet, a disgusted look upon her face as she spoke with the other. It looked like the male was too busy checking out his own muscles to really care what she had to say. They hadn't noticed Jason yet. That was good. It would be easier to take them both out if he had the element of surprise. He was crouched low directly to the left of the pair of guards. The male was the closer of the two to him. His eyes glanced around for any sign of the other wolf. Her scent was strong; she was close.

Just then another loud howl came from beneath the temple, causing both vampires to clutch their ears in pain. That was just the opening he needed. Without any hesitation, the large grey wolf darted forward, launching himself into the air at the male vampire. He felt the warm salty taste of blood as he tore into the vampires neck, ripping it's head from it's shoulders in an instant. He didn't think a vampire's blood would taste that way. Perhaps it was because it wasn't his own blood. It was the blood of the creatures it had fed off of recently. How disgusting. He looked up immediately after landing, ready to finish off the other guard. Hopefully the other wolf had taken advantage of the moment like Jason had and taken her out for him.

Karida snarled as she heard the howl of pain from the beast."This is it" she thought as she continued to sprint in the temples direction. As soon as the temple was in sight she crouched down, hiding among the landscape. In her head she counted "One....Two...." her eyes scanned for more but two guards was all she could see. Karida took in a breath of the area, she could smell the other wolf she had bumped into. Although she could not see him, she knew he was just as close as she was.

Another loud howl came from within the temple, the other wolf running towards the guard in her side view. Karida was slightly in shock at the sound of pain in the beasts howl, the pain in it reminding her of her very own screams from long ago.

In a fit of rage, Karida sprinted from her hiding place and went straight for the female guard who at the moment was kicking the temple walls. With a single jump she closed the remaining distance between herself and the guard, latching her large jaws on the back of the woman's skull. A cracking sound echoed as her teeth penetrated the guards cranium. Karida continued to rip and maul at the woman's head until she was certain there was nothing left of it.

With the woman's body now laying on the ground, or rather what was left of it, Karida looked up in preparation to finish off the other guard. To her surprise the other wolf had already made work of him. By now she had hoped her intentions were clear. She would, without hesitation, do whatever it took to save this beast.

Standing over the lifeless body of the once annoyed guard Karida shook off her coat, flinging the blood that was dripping from her snout against the walls of the temple. Afterwards her gaze shifted to the other wolf.  This time when looking into the other wolfs eyes, instead of sadness, there was determination.

Within the attack, the male vampire as well as the female had no other choice, their natural inferiorities compared to that of the wolves submitting their lives in the unfortunate case. Hands once clasped on ears weakly tugged at the fur atop of the male wolf's head, before going limp and dying very quickly. The female let out a shriek, but even with as ear-piercing as her scream was, the howl drowned it out all the same. The thuds wouldn't have been heard as the howl was over, for the beasts within surely had to suffer that more than just tonight, and their hearing would be weakened immensely by now after these long decades of thriving.

The blood that the male consumed, be it accidentally or instinctively, grew to a very pleasurable state, giving him a renewed energy. The wind would've left his lungs for a moment, depending on how much he savored, and his breathing would've been cleared from the potent formation of this blood. Nevertheless, it had no other effects but a new taste to a strange mouth, and with that, the voices were heard inside.

Laughter, cheering, shouting, and mocking. All of these components were heard deep within the temple, as whimpers and loud, ferocious barks echoed randomly, followed quite quickly with whincing. Looking down the path, one could only see the end of stairs leading downwards. However, if they braved it, they would come to a very large, rectangular platform with the beast inside.

There would be about twenty seven vampires, some within their horrid formations of bat and man, strewn about the area. However, none of them were armored well, and their weapons were that of ceremonial rather than defensive. There were three of the smaller species dancing atop of a hill of black fur, proving that as it rose and lowered, it was living.

The face was the first thing to be seen, along with the state the monster was in. Large bolts, hammered into its feet and hands, sprawling him out upon the floor as blood, both fresh and dried, covered the area around it. Along its biceps more bolts were seen, tearing through skin to meet with the ground, stone cracked below the bolts to prove how deep such metal delved. The face of the monster was all that was needed to be seen to confirm both the legends about it, and the painful howls it had been crying out for so long.

The beast's face in its entirety was decorated with slashes and bites. And even along its maw, deep scratches caused from claws or nails were seen, vivid and prominent. His eyes seemed to be the only things that were unharmed, but even then, a scrape could be witnessed along a left closed eye. The mouth remained shut, most of the time, for only the vampires knew of the bolt that connected his bottom jaw to the floor, which proved to be very painful during times of howling. One can only imagine the physical torture such a beast had to go through, and would have if these two fellow beasts were not willing to rescue him.

But yet, as these vampires were healthy and nourished in the beast's blood, they were frail. All of them, even those in beast form, lacked meat upon their bones, skin stretched out along anorexic bodies. For they survived off of the beast's blood and the beast's blood alone. The curse of both of these beasts countered any progress that such blood could offer to any other kind. As the vampires were creatures of blood hunger and the blood of such a monster halted just that. The flavor of the curse drowned all other desires to consume, all except this beast. And because of that, their bodies took a toll, that they lived in happiness rather than health, that every day they would continue to weaken to the point that it would mean their very fall, as of today. Not a single creature in this room would've been capable of escaping in time for two, let alone one, healthy, powerful wolves crawling in.

But yet, at that moment, they would see much if they entered at that moment. Aside from three, miniature, two feet tall gremlins with their sticks, poking into the creature's fur back, there were several vampires to their left, three female and four male, harvesting on one another. On the nearest right corner of the platform, closer to the entrance, two frail vampires in bat-form were seen, standing tall and fighting against one another with matched, weak strength. Towards the far back a fatter vampire sat in a broken throne, a female upon his lap who obviously care to look at the wall with a grin rather than the leader's face. And none showed any remorse for their actions against the beast in before them.

And so, Farthok the Untamed, the Treacherous, the Starving, was now that of a morsel. Farthok the Humiliated, the Harvested, the Imprisoned had taken over and replaced him. And now, as the beast stared to the stairway, for once in many years tears came streaming down the sides of its eyes, sensing, and soon seeing, that which lied above to save him. But these tears seemed to never end, as if they built up for this moment to show the gratitude, the reward in humiliation, for those who would save him, or at least save him from this fate.

It seemed the other wolf had in fact taken advantage of the situation just as Jason had. When he looked up from the dead vampire at his feet he saw the other wolf standing over the female, its seemed to have been mauled to pieces. The wolves locked eyes for a moment then. There was nothing of that pain that Jason had seen earlier in her eyes. Now it was replaced by what he could only assume was determination, perhaps bravery. She seemed to be just the type of wolf he would want by his side on such a mission. He was glad to have her. Just then the painful scream had come to an end and more voices could be heard coming from inside. Still looking at the other wolf, Jason would dip his head in acknowledgement before turning to slowly creep his way into the temple and down the stairs in front of him.

Immediately after entering the temple the horrid stench of death and both old an fresh blood permeated the air around him. It was absolutely disgusting. He didn't want to spend more than a few minutes breathing that in, he could only imagine what it must be like to have spent decades smelling it. As he made his way cautiously down the stairs, however, he had begun to block out the unwanted smell. Instead, his focus was on something different. He could now see the reason for his journey laid out in front of him. An enormous wolf creature was bound to the floor in the middle of the room, metal bolts ran through it's hands and feet as well as it's biceps. Blood covered the floor surrounding it, both fresh and dried. Several of smaller creatures were dancing atop of the poor beast. As Jason tore his eyes away from the cruelty before him he realized just how many vampires were down there. One. Two. Three. Four....He counted twenty seven all together. They were spread out among the chamber, in varying forms and sizes. The one good thing he noticed though was the visual frailty of their bodies. He had no idea why, but it was obvious to Jason that these vampires were certainly not the peak of their race. In fact they all looked to be very sick, despite the fact they seemed to be enjoying themselves. This was going to be easier than he had thought.

Jason turned his eyes toward the creature in the center of the room once more as he decided which way to attack from first. What he saw was heart wrenching. The creature had locked eyes with the large grey wolf and, to Jason's utter surprise, tears streamed down the beast's scarred cheeks. That was the last straw. He couldn't kill the poor thing like he had planned. He had to free him. And every last vampire in this temple had to pay with their life. A growl emanated from the would-be alpha's chest, vibrating throughout the chamber. It was a subconscious action. He couldn't help himself from doing so, not with the anger he now had inside of him. Jason darted off the stairs and toward the two vampires in bat form that were the closest to him. In a blinding rage he leaped through the air, clamping his jaws around the right wing of the vampire before him and tearing it from it's body. Blood flew everywhere as its flesh tore. Without hesitating, Jason immediately pounced on the second vampire and knocked it onto its back on the floor. His massive jaws locked down on the creature's skull, a resounding crack could be heard throughout the room as the overwhelming force shattered it to pieces. Turning back around, he saw the first vampire struggling to fly away, a useless attempt with only one wing. Jason stalked forward, slowly at first as he savored the feeling of hunting down this vile thing, and then leaped up and clamped down on this one's head as well. Only this time he didn't just kill it. This time he swung the creature around and launched it through the air at the seven vampires that were harvesting on one another just moments ago.

All of this had take just under a minute to happen. Jason was certain he could rely on the female wolf to take care of the seven vampires that were now probably very disoriented thanks to Jason. So he turned his attention toward the fat vampire and his mate, assuming they were the leaders of this coven. As he made his way toward his targets, the three little gremlins seemed to find their courage and were now standing his path. He stopped for a moment, eyes still locked with the eyes of the fat one, before using all of his speed and strength to swipe the three creatures with his right paw, decapitating them instantly. Blood squirted from their necks before their bodies fell to the ground at different angles. He continued to press forward. The vampire that was his target now cowering behind it's mate. He was nothing but a coward. Jason was going to enjoy what came next...

All seemed to be working out as Karida followed the male wolf into the temple, pausing when his eyes met hers. Copying his moves she also dipped her head to show her cooperation. How could this all be possible? The fact that not only Karida had found the temple, but that another wolf appeared to help. It had been months since she had even heard a rumor of one, much less seen one in the flesh. The thought of another wolf even having an inkling to help the helpless restored her faith in their kind. For so long she wondered if all wolves were like her family, leaving the weak to cover for them as they took advantage.

The moment she passed into the temple Karida shook her snout back and forth, as if that would help with the horrendous smell. Attempting to block out the smell she tried to focus on what was ahead, following the male wolf descending in front of her. He reacted before she did, clearly from the pure carnage taking place before them. As soon as Karida was able to take in the situation in her heart ached. Frozen for a moment she scanned the beast, seeing all the gruesome torture he had endured for who knows how long. How could any creature do this? A memory of herself screaming in her cell from agonizing pain rattled through her mind, answering her unspoken question. Of course anyone was capable of being heartless.

Echoing Jason, Karida's growl followed his. She lurched forwards in a mindless rage, ripping at whatever flesh she could find first. The first vampire she attacked had its head ripped from its shoulders in a matter of seconds, quickly she moved on to the next. She counted in her head as she started ripping through them one by one. After finishing off the fourth she was blindsided by another, sliding under her frame, knocking her to the ground. A loud whimper escaping her body as she hit the floor with a thump.  Pure adrenaline had her up in seconds, ripping at the vampire that managed to blind side her. A significant pain erupted in her rear leg, causing a slight limp to her gait. Enraged by the fact she had let one of them get the best of her she continued to slaughter the two remaining vampires on her side.

Turning her attention to the Vampires that Jason was now targeting Karida crept towards them, shadowing Jason's movements, her teeth showing... dripping with the blood from the creatures she had slaughtered. She stopped beside Jason, the only thought in her mind being that he had better get to them before she did if they had even a sliver of hope of having a quick death. Karida played in her mind how she would kill them... slowly... agonizingly... gruesomely. These awful creatures did not deserve her pity, what they were doing was simply wrong and it hit Karida where it hurt most.

Taking a deep breathe through her teeth Karida began to change into her human form...

What now stood in the place of the timber wolf was a an average height girl, perhaps slightly on the short side. Long locks of brownish red hair trickled from her copper-toned shoulders to her waste, her blue eyes with flecks of amber darting straight at the remaining creatures. She wore a knee-length maidens dress, blue in color. With bare feet she stood proud, shoulders straight, fists clenched.

"How dare you!" she screamed. "How dare you... you despicable, vile, disgusting creatures!"

Taking a few steps closer to them she continued, a slight limp on her right ankle where some bruising was beginning to appear. "I will rip you apart! Limb from limb! I will pull your bones from their sockets, rip the skin from your faces and hang you out to dry!" her words like venom. "And when that is done I will take the remaining pieces and shove them down your rotting throats!"

"We are not toys!" her voice cracked "Just as you feel, we feel! Just as you breathe, we breathe! Just as you bleed, we bleed!" a tear trickled down the curvature of her cheek "We are not your pets to lock up and play with as you please!"

In frustration Karida spit at them, turning her head away, wiping at her eyes. "We are not your pawns..." she stated, sobbing at the words. "We feel far more than you pathetic beings could ever dream of!" With that comment Karida was done, she had said what she needed to say. In frustration she knelt down and picked up a broken stone from the ground, and started fiddling with it in her hands before chucking it at the coward of a creature hiding behind his mate.

Tears dried on her cheeks she looked directly at the cowardice creature, extending her arm in front of her forming a point with her hand. " I will end you."

Thorok

With the sounding of a snarl and the wolves beginning to scatter, the pouring eyes of the beast closed calmly. And with that, with that a blood-curdling howl was heard, as the wolf lifted its head as high as it could towards the sky, re-tearing the skin around the bolt that was within the ground. Blood spurted around the metal, painting it once more. But the wolf didn't mind right now. Because this was the last of these metallic, sharp, torturing bites he would feet. And his eyes were content with closing, his nose grew wet once more in this adrenaline-filled moment. And his mouth was joined to howl that of a rallying cry. This was was mightily loud, echoing through the entirety of this tomb and sending sharp pains through the vampires' ears. And, if they perceived it this way, the wolves would've been incredibly motivated with such an approval from the beast. But no matter what one would've called it, it was instinct. For the blood that coursed through Farthok, the blood which grew for him to slaughter, also bared the blood of the pack, and the blood of the moon. And with that howl, it was nearly over.

With the couple in the back upon their throne, the leader acted afraid. But after a few moments, inducing the feeling of being afraid, the long haired brunette threw her head back, cackling evilly at the  she-wolf's words, and how the leader was acting. As the rock was throne, the fat vampire jolted his right hand forward, fingers spread and palm out, with a shocked, sarcastic face, as an orb of magic covered them, barely transparent with a shade of red. The two looked to one another, the female approving his sudden move as they looked to the pair of wolves. They seemed to prideful to share their words with the wolves.

And then, at that moment, a whimper came from the beast, howling loudly once more. After heavy breathing, his adrenaline picking up wildly, he spoke aloud, his voice cracking as he began to cry. For at this moment, he didn't see the two, so he didn't know if they were going to be paying any attention to him. His voice was filled with desparation and a thousand cries in one. "Hre'ee!"

The voice was low, deep, powerful. And yet, it was wobbly at that moment, for he choked back the rage that the wolves should've been in front of him. It was his right, no other's, for him to slaughter those in the throne. And to feast upon every body here. They'd taken everything from him, and he would take it all back tenfold. With their help, he was already halfway there. Either way, the pathetic words 'free me' were distorted, with one jaw stapled to the stone floor beneath him. Hopefully, however, after a growl within the back of the wolf's throat, they would've understood his statement.

The vampires sitting proudly upon their throne frowned, staring with a glare now to both the wolves and the beast. They grew weary, as the monster wasn't known to be able to speak. The female's eyes widened greatly, as if she had more to do with his pain than what was there. Farthok's legs clawed their claws against the ground, as well as those upon his hands, scraping on the ground. "Hre' 'ee!!" The monster roared out once more, blood spurting from the bolts, making a sharp bark, ear piercing at that, and then a whimper following the sudden jolts of energy running through its limbs.

He was so close, so close to freedom. His heart raced, making more blood pour through his wounds, and taste more of his own blood which satisfied him for the moment. His eyes watered and widened with the thought of being able to climb out of this wretched, filthy hole. Thoughts of running free once more came to his mind. But yet, something was.. different.. As if the lust for devestation and utter genocide was replaced with that of discipline and responsibility. After all, he was in this hole because of those actions in the first place.

Either way, his heart raced a bit more as he replayed the words of the female in his head. The pain. The utter pain within her voice.. if it wasn't the vibes alone that began to strike at Farthok's tender, sore, damaged heart, the voice was enough to send him over the edge. His eyes softened greatly, peering as far back left as they could, attempting to stare to this creature which preached with such empathy for him. Whatever caused her to feel this way, she felt it, and not only that, but she understood it. That alone made the beast whimper again for a moment, breathing heavily out of its mouth now, a tongue daring to scratch past the rusting, metal bolt and lick its snout, returning with little regret, appreciating the sharp pain that it took to comfort himself for once in forever. His tongue was dry in comparison to his days of freedom, but all that he could think of because of that was how full he would be after this torturous judgment was broken, and the chains of Farthok the Untamed were released.

She lifted her ear from the ground and looked upon the rocky ground beneath herself, She could hear the voices from beneath the earth and they tugged at her heart. But what most pained her was the cries of the beast as it was such a primal cry for freedom, she clenched her powerfull jaws as her form quickly changed to that of and enormous wolf beast and she slammed her powerfull fists into the earth beneath her so hard it shook the ground. To those beneath a dull thud would be heard followed by another and another before stopping, Iron huffed angrily and looked at her hands that bled from assaulting the ground.

-"..."

She clearly saw that she would not be able to get through with her bare hands and just as she were loosing motivation she looked to the side and found herself grinning widely at what she saw, again those beneath would and feel the celing shake more violently than before and the sound was more of a crash instead of a thud. After the third strike the celing began to crack and loosen and with a great howl Beast in Iron raised the great boulder above her head and slammed it into the ground with all her might.

-"FREE!!!"

She howled as the ground beneath her gave way and collapsed and she fell down along with the boulder, rubble and dust fell down from the great hole in the celing along with something large that slammed into the floor not far from where the beast was chained. once the dust settled one could see the large boulder that had been used to break open the celing and on top of it stood Beast in Iron rising well above all but the chained beast whom was a head or so larger than Beast in Iron, Her silvery fur shone slightly in the light that sifted down from the hole above and her large yellow eyes focused upon the chained beast before her as she stepped down from the boulder. In her eyes it was easy to see the anger she held but more than that was the sadness that she held in her heart, She knew just from the howls she had heard earlier that this beast was in pain but what she saw before her made her realize just how much pain.

-"..."

Tears formed in the corners of her beastial eyes as she stepped towards the chained beast untill she was in front of him, She looked into his eyes not with pity but with empathy before placing her large clawed hands to either side of the beasts head and placed her forehead against his tears now running down her cheeks.

-"Look to the Sky brother... And know that you will be free"

She whispered to the beast and closed her eyes before rising to her feet and turning towards the others in the room and taking a step foward so that the chained beast could look past her and see the sky through the hole in the celing, She opened her eyes again and looked upon the vampires and the two other wolves before taking another step foward slamming her foot down and planting her claws into the floor before going down on all four before baring her fangs towards the vampires.

-"My Given Name is Beast in Iron and i am your Death!"

The female wolf stopped beside Jason, shifting her form from that of the wolf to a beautiful young girl. The emotion behind her words mirrored his own, a long growl emanating from within his chest. Just at that moment a loud howl came from the beast bound to the floor, what sounded like an attempt at speech followed shortly after. The pain and anger was obvious within them. He could only be saying one thing: free me

In immediate response, the large grey wolf shifted to talk on his human form and walked pointedly over to the beast. One by one he pulled out the bolts holding the creature prisoner until they were all gone, staring directly into the eyes of the lead vampire as he did so. The expression was clear on Jason's face. It said 'try to stop me, I dare you.'

As soon as the last bolt was removed, the ceiling rumbled and came crashing down to the floor. Luckily nothing came down on top of Jason or the others, but it did leave quite the minefield of debris and rubble. It was obvious what had caused the cave-in immediately. Another wolf had arrived to help. Her words may have been a bit over-dramatic, as was her entrance, but Jason was glad so many had shown up for what he thought would surely be a suicide mission on his own. "Stop." he said both to the new wolf and the other female whom he had arrived with. "It's not our place to rid the world of this scum. They held this wolf captive for years, torturing and feeding off of him. It's obvious how much pain and suffering they caused. It's only right for him to be the one to end them, to take revenge for what has been done against him and satiate his anger and hate. Stand back and watch." It was more of an order than anything else, the natural authority and power he held was obvious in his voice. His crimson eyes resting on each of the three other wolves for a moment as he spoke, finally stopping on the two remaining creatures of the night. 'It's almost over.' he thought to himself.

She watched as the scene unfolded before her. A wolf crashing in through the ceiling, the wolf she had arrived with changing into his human form and unbolting the beast. Was it over already? "No..." she whispered looking to the brunette cynically laughing at her earlier speech.

Even in her weak human form she was determined to end them. She meant what she had said. She would happily tear them limb from limb. Assuming the dim red she saw was a shield of some form she did not care. She would go at it and rip her skin to shreds if it meant she could get at them. Just as she was about to sprint in their direction the male wolfs voice echoed to stop.

"Dammit!" she yelled turning around towards him. Her eyes searched for his, only to lock onto them for a moment before he turned his attention. "When will it be my turn?" the thought creeping its way in her mind. "When will I get to take revenge against those who have wronged me?" the dialogue played in her mind.

Despite Karida's best efforts she could not bring herself to take a single step in the creatures direction. The mans order had created some kind of hold on her. "Dammit! Dammit! Dammit!" she screamed again falling to the ground, clearly feeling defeated.

Shifting back into her wolf form Karida hid her eyes from all of them. Instead she limped her way to the edge of the room to make way for the beast to unleash what she assumed to be an ungodly amount of revenge.

Thorok

And suddenly, snarls and barks, feet that were freed kicking out wildly as the leeches being pulled out made bites so much more painful than in the last days. The one below his jaw didn't seem to hurt as much, though. For dead flesh surrounded where the metal hugged to the ground. And with that, the monster snarled and barked sharply one last time, his massive frame limping around, lifting up the vampires into his mouth like a dumpster, chewing only a few times before swallowing whole. But this only happened twice, as his next move he dragged his tongue along the floor, collecting all of the blood they had stolen from him for oh so long. Slashing open stomachs to feed upon organs, mainly kidneys and hearts. But after another five bodies, this stopped, and the beast froze in realization.

His eyes grew from black to the shade of blood, staring back to the creatures within the forcefield. His wounded hands and feet made his shoulders raise and wobble as he drew closer to them, a rumbling like stone upon gravel escaping endlessly through Farthok's throat. This was the moment. This was it. His adrenaline began pumping up as he stood upon his hind legs, his right hand planted against the wall as he looked down upon the both of them. And with that, his hand reached through the forcefield, for it was made with his blood and his alone, and swiftly the beast grasped onto the large and fat vampire, who shrieked in horror at the sight he witnessed. Throwing him to the ground hardly beneath him, the werewolf bathed in the screams and shouts the vampire gave, as his left leg was torn from his body, bringing much of his hip bone out to view. His claws slashed into his thick gut, letting blood and organs spew everywhere. With this, the forcefield died, but the female seemed to be collecting herself, as if she thought she could be safe.

The squeals turned into a high pitch wheeze as the head of the chubby monster looked to the wall as it thudded against the ground. But even so, the female walked towards Farthok calmly, who still had his fun threading through the vampire, eventually ripping off his other limbs and throwing the large portion of his body against the wall, splatting against it and making a very gruesome scene once his work was done. Panting, the beast looked to his hands, his giant, powerful hands. Restored to him was the strength of a hundred men, but yet, the holes in his palms seemed to prove every so-remembering. His chest expanded and shrunk mightily, for right now adrenaline only picked up. Then his snarl returned as he took a mighty step around, looking with confusion to the female who stood there.

"I'm... sure you will look upon me with gratitude."
Her voice hissed out, smooth and silky. "Who else here saved you once a week? Who gave the full moons your rest time? Who-" It was too sudden for a scream to occur, as her entire upper body was soon covered with Farthok's jaws. Lifting her up he jerked his head around, shaking her violently, lifting his head up as the charred skin on his throat would reveal him drinking the blood within her. Then he threw her to the side, where she'd be clutching onto what life she had at that moment, too pained to be able to scream, but just enough to breathe. Farthok limped away from the person, staring down to the she-wolf with a rage, but yet, satisfied with the drool that came from his throat. For it was many, many a year that he was even capable of salivating. His eyes gave to her a message, and that message was simple. 'Do what you wish.'

And with that, the beast tumbled against the walls, crawling out of the tiny exit just barely, pulling his bottom half through as a new air filled his lungs. The air of the forest. The air of the wild. The air of the Hunt. At that moment did Farthok's eyes soften, as if looking within a dream. But instead, they touched the moon, studying every detail he had missed during his days below. And his feet would've been pressed into the ground, fully extended, his chest pumping out as his hands were gently thrown back. From there, the beast closed his eyes, ducking his head and then lifting it as high as he could into the sky, and howled.

But this howl was much different, oh yes. This howl was filled with power, rather than agony. Gratefulness rather than fear. Joy rather than sorrow. This howl echoed through the night sky and through the forest, already sending creatures running and the birds flying into the night sky. His howl echoed on for at least a good minute or two, before he halted, slowly lowering himself as he dropped to the ground, waiting for his comrades to introduce themselves as he licked his wounds the best he could.

((OOC: Sorry for the late reply stuff happened :3))

Iron froze in on all four when the male wolf more or less ordered her to stop and her yellow eyes fixated upon him calmly, She sighed heavily as she stood up again and looked at the scene unfolding in front of her. She could feel the power of the order restricting her actions but it was not enough to truly stop her, but she agreed to what he was saying this wolf had the right to take revenge for years lost more than anyone else in the room.

-"..."

Iron gazed back into the eyes of the beast when it looked at her, it was easy to understand that look but Iron no longer felt like killing the barely living vampire as it seemed like a light breeze would kill it now. Iron felt no pity for the vampire but she refused to kill such a weak creature it just would ot give her the satisfaction she wanted, she went down on all four and shifted smoothly into her original wolf form before turning around and calmly making her way out with disinterest in her eyes.

-"Feel free to kill her... I don't feel like doing it anymore.."

She said with a calm voice as she began moving up the stairs and following them up to the surface, She briefly looked to the moon and listened to the howl that the beast made. It felt good hearing it's howl that liberating howl made her forget about the feeling she had when she had first laid eyes upon the beast, She sat down not far from the beast and simply waited for the other two to come up to the surface.

The beast had been freed, the vampires all but decimated. One was left barely alive. The newcomer had followed the large wolf out of the temple, leaving Jason with the female he had entered with. The grey wolf slowly walked toward the half-dead vampire now, stopping just beside her. His eyes turned red, sharp claws extending themselves from his fingers. In one final swipe he decapitated the woman. She may have utterly disgusted him, but there was no reason to prolong her suffering.

With a sigh of relief that this was now all over, Jason glanced over at the she-wolf one last time before shifting back into his wolf form. He walked slowly, pointedly, past her now. Their eyes locked for a moment, the grey wolf stopping for just a second as they did so. Then, without any hesitation, he took off up the stairs and back into the woods. He was no longer needed here, and the fatigue on his body from the night's events made him crave sleep. So he headed straight back to his own 'home' to get some much needed rest.

Karida stared at the half dead vampire laying before her repulsed by the very sight of her. It wasn't even worth her time so she turned tail and took a few steps away from it. Her attention was quickly turned back to it as the male wolf she entered with ended it. She stood in silence in her wolf form as he walked past her, but felt even more frozen as he locked eyes with her for only a moment. What was this feeling? It was as if her stomach had all but turned into butterflies and was attempting to surface through her snout.

Before she could even work out how she felt he had already began to exit. She took a moment to look around the blood covered temple they had just defeated before heading for the exit herself. Going up the stairs and exiting she paused in front of the other female wolf that had entered before lowering her head in order to show thanks for her help. Afterwards she too sauntered off into the forest to continue on with her life. Her mission had been accomplished and this feat would be one she would remember for the rest of her life.
