Sage cringed intensely at the sudden sounds of roof shingles coming apart and falling; they'd surely be noticed now! Look at this thing, thinking it's being stealthy at all... agh! More teleportation would be Sage's way and stay that way, too... it was only safer than using flight spells, was it not?

Of course it was, by his standards, He continued walking along the rooftops nonchalantly, waiting to reach the gap before holding up a hand and having his appearance fade onto the next roof. He stayed on a side where it'd be hard to see from the main road below; that is, if the elite hadn't been alerted pre-emptively by the tile's fall. Sage was definitely still very concerned about it, checking behind him and around him rather constantly just to be sure.

Hvit was withholding laughter with great effort, trying not with all his willpower not to break into fits and giggles. He did this sort of thing every day, but watching the Acranaloth stealth his way through the whole thing was hilarious. In all honesty, the Mordecai of this city knew not to arrest a dragon, even if they possessed magic. Dragons were very long lived, and grew to be powerful foes of crossed, but little yugoloths? Eh, they couldn't really do much.

Besides, even if the little fox was in more immediate danger, Hvit had no intention of letting it fall on him. His plaything was not to be trifled with, and if a few dozen bipeds had to die for that to be made clear, so be it.

"Catch up little fox!" Hvit called, his voice barely crossing the roof. He might as well still humour the Arcanaloth, in thinking that they were being searched for. In all honesty, Hvit had seen the Mordecai give up on the alley shortly after Sage had teleported a second time, and move back into formation at the gate. But this was fun, and Hvit rarely had fun in a scenario where someone else was having fun as well. "We've to get to the Warren by sundown or her entrance becomes much harder to locate!"
