Rhea! She's a small town girl, living in a looooonely world, she's taken midnight strolls going aaaaaaanyyyyywheeeeeeeeere. Yeah, it's a hell of a Journey
Rhea is in a semi-comfortable position, bored out of her mind most of the time, and trying to create a new form of magic- using fire to create life. Or at least, some facsimile of life that she first saw in a dream first time she came to La'marri. The last.. decade or so of trying has seen her failing over and over and over again. She needs someone to come and shake up her life. Maybe a romance to come along and distract her from all the things she's overthinking, maybe a bounty hunter coming after the 5k bounty on her head from her time as a bandit leader. Maybe a travel companion as she finds herself unable to teleport back to La'marri and must walk the whole way. There's tons of ways to shake up her life.
