Jordan pulled the cape around his spare frame. It was cold here, very cold. He hated being could, but it was more than that. He was tired, and he knew that he needed to find some place to rest.
A small inner voice urged him to make a small hole in the snow and curl up and sleep. He bite that voice back. It was a perfectly useless voice, it never offered him anygood advice, and more often than naught would get him into big trouble.
His eyes narrowed against the wind as he walked on, looking for anyone or anything that would be helpfull.

Even though Hyoite was a settlement, it was just as far north as the Sionad Tundra and therefore just as cold. An icy wind also blew, sending Dalisme’s ginger hair into disarray. Fara, her noble grey steed disliked the temperature too but as Dalisme kept telling her, she had fur, humans didn’t.

Hyoite was fairly quiet, only a few locals passed Dalisme as she wandered through the village in search of an inn. However they didn’t seem to be used to visitors and stared at her.

She sighed, her breath turning to mist in the freezing air, how had she gotten herself into this? Oh yes, her teacher had said she needed to search the world to ‘find herself’. It sounded like an excuse to get rid of her to Dalisme but she didn’t really have anything better to do.

She scanned her surroundings with her crimson eyes, nearly everywhere was white; she hated snow. Annoyed and cold she sat down on a wall and contemplated which direction to head in. She didn’t want to ask the rude locals where the inn was but despite the village’s sparseness it was difficult to find anything.

Jordan shivered and saw the girl. He picked up his steps. Maybe she would know where ther was an inn.

"Hey you girl," He said in a slightly annoyed voice.

He saw the horse and his stomach growled.

He shook off the urge to go eat it, that might not be the best way to make friends.

Dalisme glanced at the man as he approached and noticed him look briefly at Fara.
The guy looked cold and lost, like her so he probably wasn’t a local. That and he wasn’t staring at her in suspicion, most people did when they saw her because she had red eyes, they probably thought she was a vampire or something.
However Dalisme decided she didn’t have time for the man. She quickly jumped off the wall and walked off with Fara in tow.
