Okay, for anyone who's read
THIS PAGE HERE, you probably noticed that a lot of mages from countries not Connlaoth have started disappearing, as well as the head mage of Serendipity, plus the king. Now, naturally, being the country most famous for hating mages [strike:2e40dt50]and being a total dick about it[/strike:2e40dt50], the higher ups in Connlaoth would want to make some sort of effort to find them. Even though they hate mages, generally speaking they also hate the possibility of two other countries declaring war on them for kidnapping mages [strike:2e40dt50]and being outright bastards[/strike:2e40dt50].
Of course, since Connlaoth DOES hate mages, they wouldn't very well send their highest ranking officers out to find out about these disappearances. They need them to do...officer things. Whatever officers do [strike:2e40dt50](having sex, probably)[/strike:2e40dt50]. However, not wanting to get invaded by two other pissed off countries, Connlaoth would probably dispatch regular infantry and low-ranking officers throughout Connlaoth to lead investigations of their own. While the number of soldiers dedicated to this task numbers more than a thousand, they're moving primarily in squads rather than in any large formation, each moving in different directions and conducting their own investigations.
My character, Devilyn, is heading one such group. It numbers only 8 men (and women, of course) overall, and will be heading into Serendipity first. Their prime objective will be to discover who is behind the kidnapping of Head Mage Chailyn, with secondary objectives including discovering the whereabouts of King Fenway and who's behind the other mage kidnappings in the kingdom.
NOTE: It is preferred anyone taking part in this mission be from Connlaoth, and preferably in the Connlaothian military.Squad RosterCommander:
