Serendipity's capital city, located in the province of Kia's Court. The inner portion of Arca, the part which is closest to the castle of Serendipity itself, tends to be upper class whereas the outer portion of Arca tends to run lower class, and it shows in the architecture of the buildings. However, though there are some rough spots and slums in the town, for the most part the city is kept rather orderly by the soldiers that protect it, and it is guarded by an outer wall. However, there are still homes and farms that lie beyond the town and in the country.
A huge trade city that borders Moonspear and Whitesands. It is split down the middle by a river and each province rules the half that falls on their side. Just up river from Cerenis, it receives a lot of merchants and tradesmen. It is ruled by two mayors, one appointed by Moonspear, the other Whitesands. The city also has a large section controlled by traders from Featherfall, using bribery and coercion. Because of the multiple leaders, rules are different depending on which side of the city you are on. Smuggling is rampant, using the confusion to sneak illegal goods through or avoid paying taxes on their goods. It is a hive of criminals and smugglers, making many parts of the city dangerous to be in.
At the edges of the Riverlands, where swampy waters and mists cover the foothills, a gang of criminals have made a home for themselves at the ruins of a fallen castle. Though the swamp appears vacant, this band of criminals called The Mountain Cats thrive.
