Man, I haven't been here in quite a while.
Well, I was out buying school supplies and went a bit overboard. Since all I need for most of my classes are pencils and paper, I decided to get some art supplies I've always wanted. Along with some pencils, I also bought a poseable mannequin, a calligraphy pen, and a pad of bristol board. I've been meaning to experiment with ink for a while, but I haven't had the right materials.
The calligraphy pen was probably a mistake, but all the Microns were very, very tiny, and I wasn't sure about using a sharpie.
Anyway, whenever I can't think of something to draw I generally do a character of mine. This time it was Yones Mallack, the bitchy Mordecai. Enjoy:
