Okay, these questions are mostly for
@visualspice, since she's the one who made up the whole plotting pages for this, sooooo. . .
There's a ton of stuff on the Connlaoth Civil War, and I'm wondering if I have to read all of it, or are there just a few really important places that I should know about? I'm not opposed to reading the whole thing, I would just like to know what I should really focus on.
And another question, on the Plotting Page for this event, it says in the first post,

If you are looking mostly for Connlaothian characters now, I'd definitely make one if I'm going to join, but I'd like to know if outsiders are admitted as well.
