Valeska looked to the sky again, a small smirk on her lips. “We met when I was about 3000 years old, both of us were chosen to observe humanity. I had not known him really before then. He and I spent a year perfecting our human forms, so that the humans would not be too suspicious. We were given orders just to watch them, but Valerik quickly grew bored.
