Night had settled over the Niahi Woods.  Crickets played the beautiful music that so often graced the air at that time of day, lulling the majority of the world into a peaceful sleep that would be hard to awaken from.  Even the trees themselves seemed to be asleep, barely even rustling their leaves in the cool night breeze.  Even though horrible things were going on in other places, at least everything seemed to be right with that part of the world.

Isis smiled to no one and nothing in particular as she slowly made her way through the woods.  Her cerulean eyes flashed silver as the moonlight that shone through the canopy hit her face.  It even gave her skin the appearance of being silver.  Her raven locks, flowing free from the hood of her dark blue cloak, danced gently behind her, caught in the breeze she created in her wake.

Her clothing seemed to match the nighttime motif of her surroundings.  While usually she a pair of well made breeches, shirt, and boots as she traveled place to place, this time she was dressed as she would be if she were simply about her home town.  Her body was encased in a midnight blue dress she usually reserved for dancing.  Her stomach was the only bit of skin that was shone besides her shoulders, and it showed off her curves, something that was often a part of her acts.  At the moment, she carried a pair of thong sandals in her hand, opting to go barefoot through the forest to keep down noise.

A sigh came from her lips.  The energy that crackled around her made it apparent that she was antsy to get where she was going.  For some reason that she had yet to figure, she had gotten up that morning with an urge to see Malious, a man she had met in that particular region some time before.  Maybe it was due to the man she had met in Serendipity who was connected with her past, but whatever it was, she wanted to talk to her enigmatic friend.

The small dancer stopped in a clearing, closing her eyes and reaching out with her magic to see which way she needed to be going in order to reach her destination.  She was eagar to reach his place.  Though night was far from frightening to her, she had the strangest feelin that something was going to happen, something far from expected.
