How come HTML doesn't work on Player Limits

I tried to edit my Player Limits as you can see on the left, but the html doesn't work.

I saw someone else who edited the name of the link, so how do I do it?

There is no HTML code here anymore. It's all bbcode.

You want to use this instead

But remove the *
