The only that kept Reym from losing control over his fragile spell upon seeing the creatures illuminated was that he was so filled with shock, fear, and a bit of awe that he froze in place. Every part of him went ice cold, and he finally gave into the paralyzing fear that his hunter's insticts had allowed him to keep at bay.

It was the driver's words that brought him back to his senses, only to see the man shift and change unnaturally. The other men moved as one, looking for all the world like a set of puppets to Reym's eye. Below, the door opened, and the dragon woman's unconcious form fell out, only to be retrieved by still more horrors. The butler exited the carriage next, followed by the young lord, the former seemed uneasy somehow.

The one who had once been the driver suggested he conform, and perhaps that was the wisest course. He still had his wits about him. If he went along with whatever they had planned, he may be overlooked. Yes, a hunter always knew to wait for the best moment to strike. Patience was an ally. Besides, who knew what ears were listening, what eyes were watching, or what words or gestures would cause the master of this place to unleash something even worse upon them? He nodded to the driver and jumped down himself, finally taking in his surroundings.

There was nothing reassuring about the place they found themselves in. It seemed almost oppressive with its sense of dread, and yet his charge seemed to be readily heading onwards. As the butler and young lord began to make their way into the immense structure, Reym quietly and as respectfully as he could asked the older man, "Sir, would you like me to come with you? ...as an honor guard?" He was torn, he had been hired to protect both the young lord and his cargo, but here they were being divided. He was inclined to stay close to his living charge, for the contents of the carriage could be replaced, but he was a creature of duty. He would go where commanded.

"Stay with the carriage, protecting the lords property. What awaits is not for your ears." Eid hastily instructed his mercenary soldier. Considering that he was the only sane soldier left, that would be most wise. Already the sense of death and cold blackness pervading the air, openly inviting them both into the belly of the beast.

Then a sudden music could be heard, an alluring choir of deep musical violin strings, followed suit with a sudden yet very loud organ. The sound of impending doom setting the mood, as their feet crossed dark onyx plated stone's within corrupted fairy light. The fairies had noticed them now, and humming with the music they came down like a swarm of bees, eyeing the lord and his entourage with jealous, dark eyes, incapable of retracting their evil grins.

Like little perverted demons they were like miniature females aside from their devilish face's. Finally their skeleton guides stopped, in the middle of another huge hall, on the other side. A giant singular chair fitting of a giant, sat a corpse, dressed in finest silk. As if it finally had reason to move, Lord Ravenfrost rose. His crown balancing on the verge of falling off. Like a rotting zombie, walking down the step's towards his price.

The music stopped when he reached bottom, finally able to touch her. Skin towards skin, pressing his vile palm against her face. "You have done well, Lord Sutherland. I'd be a fool to not honor our..." He stopped there, surrounding Dianatia in a purple light, forming a dark pattern on her skin. "agreement." Souls rising from the edge's of every pillar, green cloud's resembling humanity, laughing at them or sneering defiantly at him. Their lord trough undead.

"My appearance and magical power has seen better day's. Having been sealed and in chased within this frozen fortress has weakened me significantly. However." Then Dianatia rose from her unconscious state, fixated upon him, why did she stubbornly refuse the inevitable? "It is too late dragoness, you have lost and it is once again my victory."

A rapid arm movement, banishing her soul from the body slowly her spirit seeping out, a dark blue dragon trashing about while invisible black chains from his left wall dragging her away, the body going limp but still standing tall.

Laughing at her futile efforts to retaliate while his green corrupted self infected the body, his former shell vanishing like dust in the wind until it was nothing left. "Forgive the delay, I desired this body for a long long time and now it is mine." Panting heavily as if she had been running all day, the body collapsing. Kneeling in defeat, yet with victorious eyes.

"My services and advice will be yours if you want them. Consider my servitude as payment for your actions or demand another price."

Meanwhile
The driver changed appearance, much younger now. Almost as if his body started to age backwards in rapid succession and growing animalistic trait's. a set of furry leg's ripping open the leather boot's while hair grew everywhere, grey hair with white and black like a raccoon and then the face became slightly deformed.

The chest and hips larger and more female in nature. Pulling out a staff from nowhere while observing the mercenary. "The name be Jil'daas, I has many form's.."

Smiling invitingly to the brotheri, he seemed like a stoic fellow not believing his eyes. Threading corrupted ground and probably despising it. " 'ther be no reason ta fear corruption and darkness. Ma earth welcomes decay and death. It's just another part of ther cycle."

Jil had longed for proper male company in awhile, eyeing Reym longingly the shifter's left hand dissapearing down into her own pant's, giving into female desire. "It's just that I ave'nt met someone as hot as you fer a long time." Stepping closer, imposing the scent of arousal upon him little by little. Pulling out a wet hand back out from tight leather pant's. "Please?"

The hallways they were walking through felt cold and dark, a music echoing through them to set the mood. There wasn't much light in the humongous place, yet the stones seemed to be illuminating on the path the young Lord and his butler were walking.

At last they arrived in a large hall, in the midst of it residing Lord Ravenfrost seated in a giant chair. What the young lord witnessed from that moment on was beyond anything he had ever seen before, his eyes widening at was happening right before their very eyes.

This was all his fault, he didn't know what it was that was exactly happening, but his eye didn't lie. The body that ones contained an annoying women now served as a vessel for Lord Ravenfrost, or now, Lady Ravenfrost. "My services and advice will be yours if you want them. Consider my servitude as payment for your actions or demand another price." she spoke.

For a moment Scott glanced at his butler's face, saddened yellow eyes reflecting gentleness and peace. "Servitude you say.." he said looking back at the Lady. "Whenever I ask for it, no limits.." He aimed his staff at her so she could grab on to it and get back to her feet. "It would seem like a fair price, however... What is it you'll be able to achieve now that you have your life back. Lady Ravenfrost" he spoke friendly as ever with his pure open voice, keeping a determined face to transmit a mature expression.

Even with his distaste for magic, Reym couldn't help but be fascinated by the creature's transformation. He had encountered so little magic while growing, that this was all so new. A male human had become a female boetheri? How was it possible? Even having witnessed it first hand, he couldn't make sense of it.

He was someone disturbed by the whole event...but it had been a long time since he had left home. A long time since he had seen others of his kind. For half a moment, her invitation seemed so inviting...something familiar and comforting in this dark, strange and dreary place. Then the butler's last words to him rang through his mind. "Stay with the carriage, protecting the lord's property."

"I don't fear corruption or darkness," he said sternly, "but allowing distractions of any sort to interfere with a job? That's something that'd keep me up at night." He walked to the carriage, then stood with his back to it, arms folded. "Your pardon...er...miss, but until the job is done, my employers are the only ones whose words I'll heed."

"You could have decided to serve the lord, while serving yourself. The therms were to look after the carriage and his property, he did not specify how." Jill settled down by following Reym back to the carriage, staying near yet never trying to touch or seduce any further. Pouting like a child not getting what she wanted, looking at him with beady eyes.

He did not know anything about Jill aside from her shifting abilities and she could accept that but she still wanted him, imagining how the Brotheri would feel like while carefully letting his right arm do the work he had refused to. "After all what is the difference between sitting there, and pleasuring me here while watching over the carriage? Your being awfully nice towards the lord."

Meanwhile
Eid was fuming inside a raging hot volcano of well, rage and vengeance. Unable to exact it because of the contract with his lord, unable to exact it because of his weaknesses, but ice cold on the outside and then his real nature started appearing on the outside, a tear fell down, already steaming from the aura he was unconsciously emitting.

Scott was blind about Ravenfrost, the man now inhabiting Dianatias body. Holding her soul hostage while goading Eid to attack its physical form. even kneeling as if offering servitude to Scott, Inside this fortress and with that body. He could only watch as his lord extended the rod.

A lizardly grin so large hidden behind silk hair and gleaming devilish blue slits, oh yes this was the emotions his old body had been lacking. Chills down his spine, no her spine, no MY SPINE. "With this new body, i shall return to Serendipity, and claim back my seat of power. I have already made preparations and we shall be there within minute's. No draconi forest, no countryside. Just a fast and speedy teleport to Arca. Your allies and escort will be brought with us."

An unpleasant feeling coming from Eid bothered the young Lord. He turned his head to his butler, who seemed to be focusing on one point. Eid dropped a tear, it was obvious Scott's deal had hurt his feelings.

'Lady' Ravenfrost then answered to his question, Scott agreeing the deal with a simple nod before turning to his butler again. He felt bad seeing him like this, after all, their bond was just as strong as with his father. Various thoughts ran through his mind, he had made a good deal that was for sure, but at what costs? Just how powerful was Ravenfrost, just how high in ranking was his seat of power, just what would happen to Serendipity with 'her' return?

Either way none of these questioned applied to how well his business would run, for however powerful Ravenfrost was, 'she' was an ally now. Having reassured his heart with his mind ones more he couldn't help but feel he owed Eid, putting his hand on his arm for he was too short to reach his shoulder. "Eid, if you ever desire to talk about past matters..." he then let go, giving a friendly smile in hopes to calm the old man's heart. "It might sooth whatever it is you're feeling".

"I have not been a bad tutor, my teachings are even striking back at me." Eid laughed inside, the irony of teaching youth about how to manage business, cold mannerisms and to take advantage of each situation. Now he ended up regretting it. "You have acted as the lord i trained you to be should have acted. Just because she was a past employer does not mean she gets special treatment."

It was all an act thought, his mind all the memories, a past life, past experience's. This was one of the reasons he had become a butler after several years of intrigues and desiree's. He had found himself no longer desiring, a void lusting for power, and ,power ,more ,more ,more. where once a man had stood and then abandoned everything.

She had helped him trough a period of his life where the option had been between suicide and servitude. She had refused him to take his life because of her greedy nature and forced him trough countless of impossible tasks and her presence was giving him a hard time during the carriage ride.

Drying off the tear, life was life. Death was permanent, usually. She had not died, unless the body was destroyed it would merely be temporary housing for lord Ravenfrost. He wanted to calm down, but couldn't. He wanted revenge but couldn't. Ravenfrost was definitely in control of this situation.

Seeing Eid's soul writhing, oh Ravenfrost loved it. Her laughter descending from the roof, resounding and echoing within the dark and cold wall's. A serpentine smile of Ecstasy and utter delirious madness. "Kekeke, haahahahh. Do you see now Eid? I TOLD YOU YEARS UPON YEARS AGO. Nobody can kill me."

A torrent of cold wind, wrapped itself around everywhere, souls of the damned and dead wailing and dancing within it, and then a lovely music, Lord Ravenfrost now Lady Ravenfrost, the aura wind and then suddenly corrupted green fairy light. Fairies carrying with them a purple cape with his emblem on and more equipment, sinisterly latching them on to the dancing Ravenfrost, everything swaying in motion with violin's and organ music. "BECAUSE IM AL READY DEAAAAD."

They might have been playing around but the music did not fit the stark black theme. It was an old song about flowers and withering trees into winter. Some of it was bright and light but the theme had a subtle undertone of darkness constantly playing. Drawing the signs upon the floor around lord Sutherland, the lady Ravenfrost swayed around patiently.

"Don't move my lord, we are about to teleport away. Your servant's will follow suit but don't worry, new ones will always be ready to take their place." Upon the climax, every fairy spun and flickered violently. Half of them dying, their bodies just stopped dead and their light faded to nothing. Then as they hit the ground in unison.

Shimmering gold light embraced everyone and a bulb filled the middle of their room. "Touch it and tell the bulb your destination. Home, Arca, Fairy light can take you anywhere your heart desires."

Anonymous

A cold wind roamed around the room, causing goosebumps on the young lord's warm body. He didn't like how Ravenfrost was messing with his butler's mind, being impressed and slightly freaked out at the lady's dancing and speaking however he dared not let it show.

Lady Ravenfrost then explained how the teleportation worked, Scott slightly concerned for he wasn't sure if he and Eid would be traveling at the same time. He quickly snapped out of his pitiful face towards Eid and replaced it with determination. His hand reached for the bulb, speaking "To Serendipity, Arca!" at touch.

The room filled with light as a feeling of dizziness came upon the young lord, leaving him barely able remain on his feet. The gravitation soon got a hold of him, feeling as if he was floating towards the ceiling. Slowly the bright light vagued back to reality, Scott now looking over Serendipity. His body floated downwards into town slowly.

He couldn't help but feel like a ghost for nobody had spotted him, until his feet had reached the ground. For others it appeared like a swarm of fairies started to multiply at the position of Scott's belly, though Scott wasn't visible to them yet. The fairies formed a transparent egg filled with light. As the light faded Scott could be seen, just standing there waiting with his determined face. Eventually the light faded completely, the egg around him falling to the ground like sand the size of dust, leaving Scott standing in a circle of few dead fairies.

Finally, he had arrived in Serendipity.

"Nice to the Lord?" Reym raised one eyebrow, "Kindness has nothing to do with it. A job is a job, and it must be completed to the best of my ability. What I actually think of the one who hires me is of little importance. I'm here to protect this carriage, and though I may not be able to do much against the dangers here, I can't do any good unless I'm alert. I won't be concerned with anything except my job."

He paused a moment, then added thoughtfully, "Once the job is over, though..." he let the thought trail off. He had been raised fairly conservatively, and was still largely confused by this shapeshifter, but he was also a young male, and not above having a bit of fun with an attractive female, no matter what she may be.

Still, it was a hard and fast rule: work came first.

A gigantic light, as if the sun had suddenly risen or intruded upon the cavern for a few moments and then it was gone. Jill nodding reassuringly to Reym-ath. "This is going to be a long watch. Want something decent to eat?"

The request innocently enough to someone who fed soldiers hallucinogen, still flunking about and barking at each other's like dogs. Jill figured he would say no. They always did. "No tricks, promise." Fairies returning from the room his lord had entered. Their numbers and light greatly diminished, allowing for a decent view of their female curves and demon smiles.

Rolling her eyes backwards, figuring he would definitely refuse now. She simply turned her back towards that sexy man beast and started walking towards the kitchen areas. Darkly colored tail on grey fur with white circle patterns wagging sensually about. "Want something from the kitchen? meat? nuts? water?"

Anonymous

The light was a bit startling, but Reym carefully held his face neutral, silently hoping that the lord was all right.

His hostess began walking away, towards the kitchens he supposed, based on her question. "Some meat would do fine," he mused. Something to keep his strength up anyway, it had been a while since he'd last eaten. "...and thank you," he added. Remembering what had happened to his fellow guards, he was cautious about what was served, but hunger could be just as distracting as...

Well, he didn't want his attention wandering.

Instead he looked to the faded faeries, wondering more about their diminshed light than paying attention to their forms. Had they caused the light before. Regardless, they hardly seemed capable of doing it again. Still, he watched them.

The fairies danced for a long time, apparently unfazed by their spectator and then suddenly. Rising like a swarm of bees they scattered, taking the dim green light with them. Vanishing into cracks and tiny caverns made specifically for them.

Silence, everything was so silent. The other guardsmen were gone. Horses shifted their weight nervously, interrupting the quietness as the darkness grew eyes. White eyes from white souls, quietly observing them from a distance. A girl emerged suddenly, her face right next to his. Black eyes and a malnourished almost deformed body. Screaming at him yet not making a sound.

Her clothes in tatters, with claw corpse like hands ripping straight trough his head with cold spiritual agony. Wailing as a green glowing ghost appeared behind her from the floor. Drawing her back into the darkness while she scraped the floor, screaming more soundless screams. Begging, thrashing about and then vanishing.

"I only found chicken. Roasted will do right?" the halls echoed with Jill's voice. expecting an answer rather immediately.
