Arca

Serendipity's capital city, located in the province of Kia's Court. The inner portion of Arca, the part which is closest to the castle of Serendipity itself, tends to be upper class whereas the outer portion of Arca tends to run lower class, and it shows in the architecture of the buildings. However, though there are some rough spots and slums in the town, for the most part the city is kept rather orderly by the soldiers that protect it, and it is guarded by an outer wall. However, there are still homes and farms that lie beyond the town and in the country.

The Wolves Den
The headquarters of a thieves guild known as The Soot Wolves. Secretly located under Arca's wealthiest district, it's the springing point for all of the guilds activities. Well hidden entrances, and many shop fronts all over the city, lead to this hidden complex. Equipped with everything an aspiring thief could ever need, just rumors of its greatness bring in new recruits.
