Icarus walked through the streets without paying attention to the people he was bumping into. He was fixated on a paper, written on it was the mission he was debating acceptance. It was a hard mission but it had a very considerable compensation. It would put a big dent into his sister's operation fee but it would be no benefit if he were to die.
The mission was to enter a well known monster cavern that many people have tried to clear out. Now monster hunters specifically were being requested to clear out the cavern, to alleviate any panic in the streets of the monsters within. However this cave has boasted many fierce beasts, some not even know to man, although the sanity of those leaving is questionable.
He knew he was talented but he would need another person to drag him out of the cave after he fought the monsters. He sat down on a bench in the street and sighed after looking over the paper one more time. Looks like this is way over my head.
He let out a loud yell and felt better inside. Although that feeling was replaced by embarrassment when he looked around to see the people in the streets giving him strange looks. He smiled and looked quickly back down to his paper but did not read. He sighed once again and said, "Looks like I won't be going on this hunt."
