I had asked this before in the cbox, but I don't think I ever got a clear answer. So I decided to ask it again here.
How should someone who plays a leader go about making announcements for the area they have control over? Do they just post it in the Plotting Center/Province thread, or should they use the Current Events forum? Or should they use a different method altogether? I remember Rhi saying something about a special member group, or editing the permissions mask, but I haven't heard anything since.
