CH. I – Painting a Portrait
Chagall is a lean man, refined in stature with his shoulders thrown back.  He is lithe and slim, and moves like a mountain lion stalking its prey, but has the eyes of a reptile, cold and merciless.  His hair is swept back, out of his face, and a little long at the ends, stopping just at the nape of his neck, while his dark eyes burn with a lazy fire, listless, yet anxious and easily agitated.  Eyes that say he does what he has to do because he is the only one that will do it right, carefully concealing hunger for something more.

Flesh is pale with a small mouth underneath a pointed chin, face gaunt and angular, his nose in particular is prominent and pointed much like the rest of his face.  His brow slopes down and away, his eyes high and buried deep in his skull.  A small tattoo rests at the nape of his neck, just below his shirt collar of three claw-marks.

+ PREFERRED CLOTHING +
He has a taste for the finer things in life, though it does not always show in his choice of clothing.  He wears unassuming garb, a simple coat over a heavy-duty woolen waistcoat over a clean and pressed cotton shirt.  One thing he never goes anywhere without is a pair of red leather gloves, roughened from use.

CH II – Mental Make-up
To those that meet him firsthand, Chagall seems to be a gentleman, proper and raised that way, but few could guess the dirt and dust he was born into.  Most cannot see through the guise, for it seems to be a mold he was made to fill; a poor man destined for a greater lot in life, playing the gentleman.  He is well-mannered, well-spoken, intelligent and respectful.  He does not suffer fools, or the opinions of idiots long.

Lurking underneath the façade is a man with a quiet ambition, a hunger for more than his current station.  His loyalty, tried and true, is only to himself.  He desires control to be the one in charge of those like him.  While he’s come a long way since his induction into the criminal underworld, coming from small things like banditry, pick-pocketing, he desires more – so much more.

His talent for discretion and organization make him the man to go to when his people want things done, as well as for people looking for a connection.  He is quite cold-blooded when it comes to his job, and is not something he will talk about lovingly.  For there are many names for what he does, Fixer being a lighter more general term, and goes without too many questions.  Though he would rather be the one in charge, he is not afraid to get his hands dirty when he has to.

+ FAITH +
Chagall has always had little time and patience for the heavenly faithful and the presence of those that try to instill their faith on others.  He quietly scoffs at religion, particularly any organized faith, though he supposes if there is little else to hold on to, the masses may cling to their feeble faiths for life and support.

+ HABITS +
Chagall is intelligent and as such does not partake in too much heavy drinking or anything that will disrupt the course of his thinking, alert mind.

CH III – Social

+ RELATIONSHIPS +

CH IV – Abilities / Skills
+ JACK OF TRADES +
Chagall possesses an aptitude for many skills that go along with his trade.  He’s stealthy, proficient in hand-to-hand combat, with quick reflexes acquired from work he did before becoming a fixer.  He’s highly intelligent, calculating, cool, and discreet.  From being a former pickpocket, to an occasional assassin, Chagall has made a name for himself by being able to get the job done.  He’s quite good at alchemy and botany and making poisons from ingredients he cultivates himself.

CH V – Gear / Equipment
*TBA

CH VI – Reflections of the Past
