Kirnardaz wandered the city, the whole place glowing red under the evening sun. The bustle of the afternoon had died down and the city was serene. The Soot Wolves kept crime down, by being the biggest crime presence in the city, and the people wandered freely knowing that muggings would be Soot Wolves only, and that relatively few would occur.

Soon these people will be dead.

We can rule this city.

Kill them all, right now.

Oh god, please no, please! AH!!!

That set of thoughts ran through Kirnardaz's mind as he walked, before he stopped to observe someone. She bore a striking resemblance to Eleni.

Eleni...

He continued to observe her, following, his piercing gaze focused solely on her. She would no doubt feel his gaze. He would be obvious too. He made himself obvious to her. He wanted her to interact with him in some way. He changed his visual form so that only she could see an illusion, one making him look like he did in his demonic form.

The presence of what she could only assume was a man, had been felt by not only her, but her feline companion as well. The lynx continued to walk behind her, feigning ignorance. Meanwhile, the pair conversed over their pursuer.

Would you like me to inform him? Ashqan inquired, tail twitching out of irritation. Raksha didn't want to ruffle anyone's feathers, though judging by the way she and Ashqan were being stalked, the man had every intention of doing something.

The telepathic young woman continued along the alleyway, realizing that there was an open street not far ahead of her. Instead, she turned, fixing Kirnardaz with a curious stare. "Can we help you with something?" It was then that Ashqan turned about, her displeasure easy enough to gauge based on how the large feline held herself. Raksha was normally a pleasant individual, but when she felt she was being taken advantage of, she became rather short, rather fast.

"I can't see any other reason as to why you'd be following us," she noted aloud, gaining a snort from Ashqan. Unaware of the mans intentions, it only made sense that both the girl and her companion were on their guard. Raksha held her head rather high, her brow quirked-indicating her suspicion.

Kirnardaz flashed an evil grin at the girl, then strengthened the illusion magic, and for a second, to her, the man would appear to flicker between his demonic form and the form the illusion magic form.

Then he turned, and sent a very small, quiet message to her telepathically.

Hello.

The message would reach her, and he would give her full access to his mind, and in doing so, he could look for weaknesses in her. He could turn her into his pawn.

Look to your right. See the homeless man? See his wretched, poor, pathetic life? Watch it flicker and fade.

NOW.

The demon took the man's body in possession, the homeless man powerless to resist the psychic onslaught. Then he made him take his own life.
