Evangaline didn't stay too long, she knew he would smell her, especially with the beast inside of him, there wasn't much she could do. Still she opened a window to help air out some of her scent. She then turned to leave, still leaving the window open. She didn't take anything, and she left pretty much all in its original place.

She snuck out of the house, disappearing into the shadows. She hadn't found anything definitive about the detective, but her suspicions had been confirmed. She knew he was the beast of course her abilities had told her that and they had never been wrong before. She was disappointed that she hadn't found anything that perked her interest.

Some time would pass before Aniel  would return home, when e would though, it was clear t him that someone had entered his home, even though some effort was put into concealing who it was who had done it, it was obvious that someone had came inside. Aniel would sigh slightly, closing the door behind him inside the main room, growling slightly to himself, now away from others, unafraid of being caught.

The night was still young, and Aniel was not going to let this go down so easily, he still had a scent, feint but there. Not anything he can chase. But it did not matter, he had a feeling he knew how it was, and she was going to be getting a visit before the end of the night. taking his armor off, exposing his unclothing, witch was mostly just sleepwear modified to be more suitable for working in. Cracking his neck by tilting his head up and right sharply, then left. He would close his eyes, heaving inward deep for a moment.

The howl of a wolf could be heard across the district, a common occurrence and something most people would not think twice about, or even wake to. But for some, it was a clear and definite warning. The Hunt was on.

Evangaline could feel it, an odd feeling she could not deny. She could feel the change, the influx, an odd buzz ran across her skin, almost like electricity. She knew then he was coming after her, she knew he would be able to tell she had been in his house, now she had to decide if she was going to try to run and hide or if she was going to try and face the beast head on.

She knew one thing, she had to go somewhere where there would be a less likely chance of them being seen, especially if a fight was to happen, which she was praying wouldn't consider his was a detective.

Evangaline found a tucked away alley where it would be just them if the man could track her to that point.
