Physical description:
Kaela is small for a dragon poacher, only 5'6. What she lacks for in height she makes up for in determination and cunning. She's got an unruly head of dyed black hair. Her eyes are green, with specks of silver. She wears dark, black and brown leather armor when hunting, occasionally bringing along her prized dragon scale cape. She's reverted to wearing hooded shirts more often, as currently she's on the run. She's an excellent archer, and carries a unique dragonbone dagger that she's crafted from previous hunts. Occasionally she will hunt other beasts and animals too.
Personality
She's an absolute fireball. She should have been a sailor, she can have a foul mouth. She's very cunning, and uses her charm to lie her way into closely guarded dragon sanctuaries. Her motivation is money. Dragon parts fetch a good price on the black market. She enjoys the thrill of the hunt, but recently she's been harboring doubts about her family's reputation and their impact on dragons.
Kaela struggles with paranoia and callousness. She's constantly looking over her shoulder. She's become rather calloused at this point to the plight of dragons, as some of the dragon parts require the dragon to still be alive when harvesting them.

•Silent Flight: the design of the knife is made so that it moves through the air with minimal noise.
Kaela conceals these in her black leather wrist gauntlets.
Magic abilities:
Can harness fire as an element.
1. Flame Whips:
The range of these are short to medium. Can be used to pick locks. Using the fire ability makes Kaela quite tired, so she tends to save it for last ditch efforts.
2. Fire Shield:
Kaela can create a protective barrier of intense flames, forming a shield to block ranged attacks or engulfing themselves in a fiery aura for added defense.
3. Fire Healing:
Can use fire to cauterize wounds. This ability takes a while for her to recover from.
The way she subdues dragons with fire is a closely guarded (and much sought after) secret around Connlaoth and Adela, which might be why she's being chased. P
Relationships: her mom and dad are still alive, but their relationship is becoming rather estranged. Her parents make very good money off of dragon poaching, and have coached Kaela to follow in their footsteps.
History:
The Draketalons are a rich, feared dragon poacher family, controlling a network of dragon poachers and having an almost cult-like atmosphere within the groups. The Draketalons operations are headquartered in Connlaoth, but reach all the way down to Essryn and up north as far as the tundra.
Kaela's internal conflict between her family's legacy and her own growing internal reservations about dragon poaching could lead to some interesting situations.
