Revis keep his senses open. He was in dangerous territory being in this forest. Sure there were wolves, bears and other large predators, but there were also basilisks. He didn't want to run into one of those. He didn't have any sort of protection from their deadly vision and poison. He wished that he would had some goggles made to give him protection from their gaze, but no, he had to let himself be distracted by a shapely woman. That'll teach him to be a womanizer.

He stopped in his tracks when he heard the howls of wolves nearby. He pulled out his trusty crossbow and loaded up a reloader on it. It was a good thing that he had gotten a repeater crossbow. If any wolves tried to attack him, he would be able to take them out before they get close. If any did get by, well he always had his daggers to use for close combat.

He growled thinking that he should have just taken the long way around this forest instead of going through it.j He then noticed movements deeper in the forest. He pulled up his crossbow and keep it steady and stayed still in the shadows. He waited silently to see who or what would be revealed by the streams of light that shone through the tree tops.

Ayvuen had just found where he was going. Nowhere. He did not know where he was going, in which direction, where he actually was, or why he had decided to leave the dragon along. He shook his head ruefully before freezing. He had seen movement in the distance. It could have been anything, a bear, wolf, another dragon, anything! He pondered whether or not to draw his swords or his bow.

He reached toward his sword then stopped; drawing his sword from its scabbard would make too much noise. He removed the bow from his back and notched an arrow, drawing the arrow half way, just to be ready. He took a deep breath then released it. Then he began to move forward, hoping that whoever was there was a person that was friendly and not an animal that wanted to kill him.

Revis could hear an arrow coming at him with his tuned ears. He dodged out of the way by going into a roll and had his crossbow ready. It seemed that it was a person that he had spotted. Now the only thing was to see if this person was friendly or not. Then again the arrow should have told him something, but its always nice to try and get things straighten out.

He could see a person moving his way. "Hey, watch were ya shoot your arrows, ya might take someones eye out with that bow," he shouted as he stood up and dusted himself. He keep his crossbow out just in case and had a dagger inside his hand hidden and prepared to have it come out to use for a surprise attack just in case.

(ooc: Sorry for not posting, my computer was broken, still is. Btw, when I said he released it I meant his breath? XD)

Ayvuen listened for any sign of life after shooting his arrow. Then he noticed someone dodge the arrow as it came close to them. Then the person spoke. "Hey, watch were ya shoot your arrows, ya might take someones eye out with that boy."

Ayvuen was suddenly embarrassed. He knew he shouldn't have shot the arrow when he wasn't sure whether or not his gut was right about it being an animal. He rubbed the back of his head a bit lost for word. "Well," Ayvuen started. "It seems I have a need to apologize, sorry mate."
