When I look at the RP's at SOTE I see most of the RP's have:

at the beginning of the name, why is this? O_o

It's just something the forum does when you reply to a post. It's set to put Re: and the title of the post your replying to as the title of your post automatically, signifying it as a reply. You can always just change the title of your post before hitting submit if you want to like I just did.
