"That would obvously be the correct thing to do, to follow orders and take me back to the capital." Eal smiled sweetly. Well not really sweetly, just . . . in a child like way. He loved to mess with people, but this wasn't the time. It was strange, his thoughts were among the same as the captains. Why would they send an entire search party after him if he was allowed? Was it because he was in danger? What could it have been?

The soldiers formed up around him and the captain, and they began their journey back to his home. "Well, captain, it would be a less awkward and boring ride if you talked to me a bit ya know?" He shrugged. "But if you are still angry for me going against you, I apologise, it was not completely right for me to just help mages." He paused. "Would that be all right with you?"

Hachen walked up the stairs slowly and poked his head out to see if there were any enemies around.  "The coast is clear."  Hachen said to Asyel  He walked out and held his hand down to help Asyel out.

Asyel lifted herself up off the ground, dusting herself off. She glanced at the bandage on her arm, wincing slightly. It stung, but she would be fine. She held her arm tight with her hand, doing as he instructed. He seemed to know what he was talking about. She followed him, trying to wrap her mind around how the illusion worked. When that didn't work, she just cleared her mind. She didn't like magic, not one bit, but when it came to her life, she would try to accept it. If she was able to escape from the authorities without being imprisoned or executed...it would be a good day.

She followed him up the stairs of the tunnel, pausing as he peaked out into the open. When he said everything was clear, she waited for him to climb out of the hole. She began climbing after him, taking his hand when it was offered. Once outside the tunnel, she dusted herself off, smiling slightly. Perhaps they would get away from everything. Maybe they wouldn't get caught. "Thank you again, Hachen." She inhaled deeply. "Are we supposed to wait here for the woman and your pig?" She looked around to see if there was any sign of them. As far as she could tell, they were nowhere to be found.

"Nah, I'm sure I remember where it is though.  Actually I hope pig led the woman to the right place, he's bad with navigation."  Hachen shrugged.  "Anyway, it should be,"  He looked up at the sky and then after a moment of thought he started walking, "this way."  After a few minutes of walking they arrived at a road and since someone was coming up Hachen told Asyel to get in the bushes on the side.  He couldn't tell who it was but it must have been someone important to have such a large escort of guards.
