Residence tbd- but the woman's soul is currently soul bonded to the writings her brother had done to preserve the work of the Never King, keeping them from ever being destroyed. It is said if you possess any of those sacred writings, that a woman's voice may be heard or even a fiery figure of a woman's ghost seen from time to time... but that could all just be superstition

Physical Description A tall woman with a powerful air about her, with long flowing dark hair and yellow eyes that were once a far different shade- almost the color of midnight.
Personality A dedicated and confident woman.. on the outside. On the inside, past mistakes still haunt her days
Magic/Abilities High Enchantresss who has the ability that- literally what she says can come to life. But it's at a cost of life energy- be it her own or another. She need only touch people or things that have once been alive to get them to do her bidding. Because of this, she wears gloves at all times, lest she accidently use her powers on another by mistake. She claims she gains her powers from 'The Endless Flame'- a keeper of the world whom she devotes her life to- as well as to that of the Never King. It was seen in a vision she was to aid him, though she wasn't entirely sure of her purpose, she just knows that- despite the path forward, there is a long conquest destined for her great king and she is meant to be there to aid in that destiny.
Relationships She has two half brothers- one being the never king- the other, his high priest and scribe, however, neither brother shares blood- they being born from different fathers, and Hebara's mother was not the wife that gave birth to the Neve King.
History She learned from a young age she had an unfortunate ability to make anything do what she commanded- but at a high cost that has since scarred her. Her magical employ was subjected to royal use only- being the daughter of the Never King's father by her mother whom was a lesser wife/ concubine.
Despite having royal blood, she was never awarded the title of a princess, but rather is kept close and tight to the church and the Never King to work for him and ensure his embolden plans for the countries future come to fruition.
It is perhaps because of her last words that bring about the Never King's return...
Her life unto the book, so that the words and his name, his story- be preserved forever.
