Physical Description
Not by any means a small girl, Victoria has curves, curves, curves, and a pair of breast too well endowed for her own good!  She has tanner skin than she'd like to have, flatter lips than she'd like, a pretty enough face and strong jaw, dark as night hair and dark brown eyes.  SHe normally can be found wearing proper dresses, almost always with a corset and parasol in tow.

Personality
Head strong, strong willed, stubborn, a bit ill-tempered, proper, prudish, blunt and truthful, Victoria is not a woman to be trifled with and will let you know if you're grating on her nerves.  But all in all, she is still a woman and does adore long strolls by herself at night, reading a good book (especially a steamy romance), tackling the mysteries as a Negotiator (however, her Aunt tends to tend to most political affiars as she is almost forced to watch from the side lines)

Victoria always desires for more, becoming restless and wishing to be more helpful than she is.  She has a smart tongue about her and a bit of an arrogant streak-
After all, she's part of the Armani blood line and a negotiator, one of the most rarest breeds of being there are!

Magic/Abilities
Victoria is a Super-Natural Moderator and Mediator, and Marchioness (but currently known throughout the secret and super natural worlds as a Negotiator); keeping political balance between the world of the super-natural, and those of the natural, everyday mortal beings.  Because her blood line works as a negation of any and all super natural powers (not to be confused with magics, as the power simply works on super-naturals, such as vampires and werewolves and deviations of such things- though could expand out if the marchioness were so inclined to broaden their knowledge and power)

Marchioness (or Marques) as they are simply called, hail from a an ancient line of beings that were once known as super-natural hunters, who now, simply work as a liaison between worlds: being able to talk to ghosts, ghouls, werewolves and even vampires who seek to live a more harmonious life with those of natural, mortal blood.

This breed of beings are known in this day and age as simply the 'Negotiators'- but they still claim themselves under the title of the protector of boarders, a marques or marchionness (male of female cane take on this lead) and tend to have spur-attic international relations and locations of their various blood lines and keeps.  There is at least one such keep per new country as the world expands, as the Negotiators try to keep peace between both the world of the super-naturals and natural-mortal ('innocent') bloods (after all, had not such a breed of persons existed, what's to stop vampires or werewolves from taking over and turning every man woman and child into their kind?)  The Negotiators believe quite avidly they were created and blessed by the original creator god, so that all of his creatures could remain in harmony while this breed of beings worked on their behalf- keeping the peace and sanctuary.  Because of their reputation in the more ancient days, they had once been seen as merely hunters and killers of the more reckless species of the super-natural.

Negotitors might appear as normal humans, having no distinct markings or features like a vampire or werewolf might, however, those with super natural smells or senses would notice they don't have any natural aura about them, as if they are hollow and non-existent soul, their body almost seeming to be an empty canister that, well, once the proper spell is invoked, becomes  very real vessel for containing super-natural elements.

For example, if a Negotiator blesses his or her glove, and touches a werewolf in it, even if he or she has become transformed by a full moon, they will (eventually) have their powers dissolve and turn into humans, but only when remaining in contact with the article of enchantment, and only if the enchanted object is held by the flesh of a Negotiator.  This enchantment can only be placed into inanimate objects and is only ever a power wielded by this blood line.

They are also very much mortal, have mortal blood lines and can very much bleed.  Negotiators also can not sense the super natural, so might rely on the held and sight of others (though some types and species are just easy to identity) but if a vampire or werewolf might never show it's true self, the Negotiator might never realize what they are until, perhaps, it's too late.

Negotiators are not stupid, despite their blood line having thinned greatly over the years, making their race of people nearly extinct (which is why the Negotiators find it important to force marriage at a young age and press the issue of creating heirs, especially among their own kind and in some instances, will marry sister to brother, cousin to cousin, niece to uncle, etc) just to ensure their lineage does not simply fade away.  After all, if it were not for this breed, who would keep the wild ones in check?

Victoria's parasol, which is normally on her person, doubles as a weapon, depending on which one she has. One in particular carries a hidden gun inside, firing a small, but potent musket ball; and another one has a retractable blade. Another functions as a holster for enchanted equipment, and who knows, she might, one day, own one that functions as all three!

History
The Armani family is a very proud one, with proper etiquette and very snobbish and proud relations with both humans and super naturals alike.

It is said a very small portion of their blood line might contain werewolf blood, which can never come to fruition due to the Negotiator genes dominating their genes (children of negotiators will almost always bare negotiators, though it's almost impossible to breed with any other types of beings) though it is claimed the Armani were able to crack that several generations ago with a werewolf breeded (quite numerous times.. actually) with his bride.

The idea has always intrigued Victoria.

Victoria grew up as a proper lady, and was quick to be taught politics at a young age.  Her parents had died when she was too young to really recall them, but she remembered them always striving to appear as a symbol of perfection, so she, herself tries to do the same.  Keeping modest, prudent and indifferent towards the super-natural race, so as to appear a fair shouldered and minded individual towards their type of specie.

Her Aunt tended to her at a young age and became regent over their keep, which resides in the mountains between Connlaoth and Serendipity (which is somewhat of a strainful location, considering Connlaoth's views on magics and the like).  Connlaoth's grand duke is the only duke the Keep is ever to associate with, and their connections are always strained. But the Armani family has always kept it sense of duty about them, to serve the people and all of the nations; lest the entire world fall to a plague of vampirism or the like!

Victoria is very well to do, very highly educated and very much set in her ways like her Aunt.  However, she has a bit of a wild streak in her, and normally will find herself butting heads with her Aunt, especially over the idea of marriage and international affairs. She wishes for her to marry her cousin or Uncle, while she? Well, she understands the logic behind it but doesn't want to settle down just yet.  Plus, she hasn't found anyone to impress her enough to consider husbandly material.
