Physical Description
Pale skin from never (or rarely) seeing the sun, her skin a near sickly, pure white color with just the faintest of freckles and nary a blemish more.
Hair is spun gold, long and thing with spiraled curls about her back and shoulders. She's never had a haircut and just wears the hair long and loose.

She's normally dressed in plain white robes and a thick chained collar around her ankle attached to a rather extensively long and thick cut chain. The chain has been attached to her for so long she simply treats it as another limb and moves around its confines naturally. If asked, she barely recalls a time without it, and does day dream of the sun, but seems to have accepted her fate rather cheerfully.

She has deep blue, near violet eyes- ultramarine which, can unsettle someone how dark they are against her pale skin and hair

Personality
Meek but cheerful, and somewhat ignorant of the world outside of the library and books. She's incredibly smart where books She's well versed are concerned but has a very limited sense of humanity due to her small to nonexistent contact with the outside world. Her master essentially IS her world and she gets the brunt of it from them.

Magic/Abilities
Ithica has an incredible memory, a brain functioning like an archive itself

Watcher Kassem-
Master whom works at the main library and refuses to set foot in the forbidden archives. Leaving that knowledge strictly to Ithica and her alone. His job is to sort through and help approve those who are worthy of setting foot onto the secret library.
