Physical Description tall and lean, almost lanky looking. His right arm and shoulder are clockwork and runs on magic. His eyes are gold on black. His hair is should length, shaved on the sides.
He carries the phantom blade soul cleaver. Soul Cleaver looks like a ornate hilt covered in runes with no blade. When Sloan wills it the sword takes on whatever shape he desires.
Personality cruelty is a art form for Sloan. He's the type that would stab you in the back just to see if the knife is sharp. Why does he need to be nice when he can just take what he wants.
