__________________IN-DEPTH STUFFPhysical DescriptionTheoden has deep olive skin and a sheet of pale gold hair that falls to about his waist, often rather unkempt. His eyes are angular, like the rest of his features, and dark gray. Built tall and powerful, a lifetime of very physical work has left him pretty well muscled and without an ounce of body fat. He bears a multitude of scars, but none of them are really large enough to grab someone's attention, unless he happens to be shirtless which reveals the rather nasty bite wound on his shoulder.
Favoring practicality over fashion, he usually dresses in woodsy browns and greens to better blend in with his surroundings. Somewhere in his life he'd gotten into the habit of going barefoot and apparently never really got out of it.
PersonalityTheo has always been a bit of a loner, not necessarily because he doesn't like people, he just tends to be awkward socially. It's much easier for him to be alone, though he can handle small groups of people alright. He's rather straightforward and says what he thinks, regardless of if it's a good idea or not.
Magic/AbilitiesHe's very skilled with a bow- well, he has to be if he wants to eat- but he also has a bit of a knack for knitting, which is maybe an odd hobby but he likes it.
RelationshipsNone that are really important, various friends in scattered places but no one close; he does have a soft spot for the people of La'marri though.
HistoryRaised in a La'marri orphanage, Theoden never really had any close relationships growing up. He wasn't starved for affection or anything, he just preferred being on his own. That didn't really change in adulthood, and he's perfectly content roaming Draconi Forest for his living.
Once upon a time he met some of "his" people, a clan of wood elves who traveled much as he did. Among them was his father, a man who had supposedly asked for his son to be raised in the forests but was denied by his mother, a talented alchemist. Unfortunately, the falling out was enough to separate the couple- his father has never really been one for monogamy anyway, and his mother was sure she could do a better job raising their son by herself, where they would have access to books and other necessities of her work.
But she fell ill, and childbirth was too much for her frail body, resulting in Theoden's orphan status. Though learning this offered him so closure, all in all Theoden didn't think it really affected his life all that much.
He did learn that he has several half siblings scattered across the continent though.
