~IN-DEPTH STUFF~Thrax is, well, a gnoll: big and hairy with lean muscles, hyenalike features, and digitigrade legs. Despite being a shrimp by Gnoll standards, he still cuts an imposing figure among humans. He has reddish-brown fur with only a few darker spots, mostly on his snout. He is missing a fang on the left side.
His typical casual wardrobe consists of light tan cloth pants, a red shirt with puffy sleeves, and a belt with a leather pouch at his hip. When traveling, he wears light leather armor, a pack for his belongings, and a leather cloak. He always carries a dagger made from one of his father's bones. It's a Gnoll thing.
PersonalityLoud, brash, and excitable, he loves the rush of a good fight. The only thing that surpasses his natural inclination toward violence is his love of music.

HistoryThrax has always been looked down on as a puny weakling. So he had to develop talents that could set him apart. He was discovered to have magical talent at a young age and became an apprentice to his clan's Stormcaller, a shaman able to influence the weather by way of music. The Stormcaller also performed to raise the clan's spirits.
His years of training were cut short when the Poisonclaw Clan attacked in the night on a day that was supposed to be sacred to all clans of the Serha Plains. They massacred his clan before they could form a resistance. The Stormcaller sacrificed himself so that Thrax could escape with the clan's sacred treasure.
Since then, he has wandered Adela, performing as a bard in various less-reputable inns and taverns, as well as anywhere else that tolerated a Gnoll. He hopes to one day make the Poisonclaw face justice and rebuild his clan from the ashes. Until then... being a bard is fun! Hells yeah!
