Made this account about a month ago, but I didn't have the time to work on college work and rp.  Now that it's summer I hope to rp here since I've been interested in joining a fantasy role playing forum.

A little about me

I'm 21, male and started off roleplaying in anime sites when I was 14.  I stopped roleplaying all together from 18-20 and when I became interested again I found most of the sites that interested me had died.

This place seems to have a good sized community and hopefully I can get a character ready to roleplay by today or tomorrow.

I had similar beginnings in role play (I was about 15 or so when I started doing the anime group rp things) and from there it just went into strictly original fantasy for me when I was graduating from highschool. I had an rp hiatus for like 2 years or something,a nd wanted to get back into rp and found this site through a friend and have been having fun ever since :D

The Never King- a king erased from history because of his dabblings in dark magic (among other things...) suddenly because a present day problem when an unlikely group of adventurers 'awakens' him from the grave. I ran the Connlaothian civil war. For more info, check out it's page here. The war has now turned into a 'Cold War' with it's plotting page found here. It's no longer a huge site wide event but the scars are there.

An RP gap of two whole years?! :o I don't think I could go two months without some RP in my life... wow...

In any case, let me be amongst those to welcome you to SotE! I'm Nascent, a relative newcomer here but a crusty ol' RP veteran overall. A lot like yourself I started pretty young -- probably 11 or 12, I'm guessing -- and I'm still in the mix now almost seventeen years later. Take it from someone who's been around the block a few times: this is the place to be for RP, m'friend.

Now then... I've got this longstanding tradition that I hope you'll indulge. Everytime I welcome somebody on a forum I make sure they receive a special welcome muffin. It's just a thing. ^_^ So, here's yours:
