Not at the moment. The admins will usually have claims brought up every once and a while, but there is currently none.

There might be (I'm at work so I can't say for certain) but you have to be a member for a few months before you can claim :) Stay active and check back then! Glad you're interested though

Members are currently not allowed to create places of their own unless it is minor, such as towns and villages. No kingdoms/provinces/territories or cities without the Admins' permission.
