Hello! I've been roleplaying off and on for years now, but I haven't done anything consistently in quite some time! I'm hoping to get back into the feel of things; so if anyone has any interest in RPing with me let me know! My biggest draw to this site was how laid back it seems to be. Unfortunately, a lot of sites now a days are either really strict or a ghost town :(

SOTE is VERY relaxed and is anything BUT a ghost town. It's thriving and very much alive with rp!
Hope your enjoy your stay and play here with us and don't hesitate to ever ask questions or hit up the plotting area when you're ready to dive into some rp~. The admins and members are all very personable and happy to help!

The Never King- a king erased from history because of his dabblings in dark magic (among other things...) suddenly because a present day problem when an unlikely group of adventurers 'awakens' him from the grave. I ran the Connlaothian civil war. For more info, check out it's page here. The war has now turned into a 'Cold War' with it's plotting page found here. It's no longer a huge site wide event but the scars are there.

Salutations new friend! I agree with VisualSpice. This place is no ghost town, but an awesome place to be. If you are looking for someone to write with I'm always game for a good story.

Hi and welcome!  I'm Ivory, and I'm fairly newish here too.  I had the same concerns about joining, but SotE is really easy to get into and the folks here are fantastic!  You're going to have a great time!  :)

Glad you were able to find us. I too agree that a laid back site is the best. Having started here first I was shocked to find that other sites were NOT like this ^.^ I'm sure you'll be RP'ing in no time with us and be swamped in threads because it's that much fun (and really should be classified as an addiction.) I'm sure everyone has said it by now before me but if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask we are very friendly and eager to assist!

I look forward to seeing what you make for characters and working with you in the future!

Your post sounds a lot like me! Haha! I was drawn here for precisely the same reason! Once you make a character for roleplay with, I'll check it out and let you know if I have any fun ideas to play with!
